There is no air conditioning, but when opening the windows, flies or mosquitoes did not bother. Very quiet for sleeping, despite the noisy river, excellent internet, not far from restaurants and the city. The room was clean. Close to the highway

We had a 3 day stay in Zell am see. The location was a quick 10 minute walk to the city center and therefore away from the crowds and noise. Fantastic hotel for families, the photos don't do it justice. The staff were really friendly and helpful, especially Eva and Lenny who looked looked after us all week. We stayed in a Junior Suite, I'd definitely recommend the more modern rooms in the annex, lots of storage and a separate partition for the kids' room. A wonderful hotel for our family that met all our requirements. The staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities were excellent, in particular the kids play zone which included a soft play. The swimming pool and bar were also fab. It felt safe and the kids enjoyed it.

First time in austria ..room was basic but clean ...went with sister and her room was very modern compared to ours ..yet we paid the same price ......food was ok .....all inclusive ......only drink you could have was beer and wine.....no shorts or cocktails unless you paid for them ...9 euros ........no entertainment in hotel except for one night .........all in all a nice setting for a hotel

We stayed at the Hotel Der Waldhof in January 2025. Our group was a mixed group of six friends (all roughly in our 40s) on a skiing trip to Zell Am See. We booked the Waldhof through Crystal Ski, and stayed in 2 of the Junior Suites, 3 to a room. The price per person for the week was £1144 - this included just the room, half board and flights. From the welcome to our final goodbye the experience was a good one. Friendly helpful staff, comfortable room and facilities. The only issue was the lack of tea making facilities. Having to pop downstairs to get hot water all the time was inconvenient but we understood the rationale. We hope to come back one day, in the meantime we would definitely recommend.

This hotel was perfect! Very central to the city Center, with a bus stop right outside too! The rooms were spacious and clean and I had a balcony with seating. Rooms have optional daily cleaning. In the old city, right on the promenade, the rooms in the building next to the hotel are uncomfortable or bad.

The location is very convenient, with two entrances, one near the river for easy access to the bus stop, and the other leading to the main street. The room provides individually packaged toiletries, which is a nice touch!

This hotel stay was extremely unsatisfactory. We booked a superior room, but were given a room on the top floor with a pointed roof, resembling a loft. This was completely unacceptable. The location was wonderful, within walking distance of almost everything we wanted to do. The hotel is in an historic building therefore it lacks some of the modern conveniences. Pretty clean, our room is very cold and there was no heating, but they gave us electric heater. The food is OK, you don't need to think about something special it's just like everywhere.

We were not able to reach in time for dinner, but we had already paid for it. However, the hotel staff gave us a cheese platter with some bread and salad. It was a very welcoming gesture. 1 star less because the toilets are not built for someone like me (187 cm). Everything is very low, and the shower area was too small.

It is a great hotel if you get used to do self check in. If you don’t familiar to self check in or those machines, it would take you some time. We have been to many hotels in many countries... but Das Neuhaus is up there with the best of the best. Located in the middle of the pedestrian area, the rooms are large with a beautiful view, super clean, fancy showers in a spacious bathroom. Toilet in separate area is rare these days. We had an absolutely wonderful family stay at Almdorf Flachau Chalet. The chalet is beautiful, with fine little details everywhere, it is a gorgeous and cozy place that has everything you need for a great stay. We felt very welcomed and definitely want to come again!

We could book the accomodation in August 2023 because of a last minute cancel. Normally it was fully booked but there should be more of these accomodations. Both owner and manger are very friendly and helpful. I cannot really mention any downside of PromiAlm.

We stayed in one of the huts for a week. It was perfect. The hut was large, cosy and spotless. Peter was the perfect host - extremely helpful and accommodating. The region is stunning and there is loads to do for families. We hope to visit again soon!

What was promised was kept. We were able to experience an incredibly beautiful week with dear friends in the Almdorf Flachau. The chalets are fully equipped, nothing is missing. Even with 9 people everyone had their own place of retreat. Peter read every wish from the lips. That was definitely not the last time.

It was conveniently located near the airport. It was the best value for money room, and it wasn't too small, so it was just right for one person. However, the towels were very old. They had been washed well, but they were faded, which is something I've never seen in a hotel before. Other than that, it was a normal hotel with the bare necessities.
