I stayed at Hotel Schloss/Baden to join my cousin's wedding. It's too far from city center, but the retro style of hotel and the rose garden are enough to stay. Spent amazing 3 nights at the thermen resort. Reception staff was extremely helpful in providing free train service card, directions for free laundry within the hotel. Apart from the wonderful sauna and infrared cabins to use, the amazing surprise was the restaurant in the next door hotel serving avocado vegan samosas(mouthwatering).

This was a very quick stop of two night we enjoy the nice facility and the great customer service and the sport activities that you can have .

We absolutely loved our stay at the Trofana Royal - our favourite hotel in the Austrian Alps! The rooms, facilities and restaurant are all excellent - really hard to find any fault at all. We stayed ( couple) at Hotel Norica for 5 beautiful days ( 4 nights). The personnel was very friendly and helpful. The reception, bar, restaurant, room service were perfectly managed. You could feel the family spirit and could meet the nice owners, supporting the hotel team. The room was clean and cosy. We stayed in the Hotel Norcira for one week from the 8th to 15 th March. On arrival reception staff were excellent and gave us a room up grade without asking . We found the staff in the hotel to be excellent in all areas . A special mention to Florian in the restaurant who looked after us very well every evening and morning that he was on duty. My family stayed in the hotel for the half term week. They could not have been more pleased. They described the food as fantastic and the staff as incredibly kind and efficient. The location is also excellent. I have skied in Bad Hofgastein so I know the area well.

The rooms are very nice, comfortable and elegant. The staff is very helpfull (Sarah and Dorinel). We apreciated the diversity and the quality of the food. You can go directly from the hotel to Alpentherme. We spent 4 ski holydays here and for sure we'll be back next year.

Brilliant in all aspects. Lovely staff and fantastic service and awesome food. Spa is amazing and the outdoors therme pool is wonderful and warm. Highly recommend this awesome hotel and its amazing staff and spa. The only tiny tiny tiny two things are that afternoon tea finished at 430 pm so we missed it every day as many skiers would.
