This is without doubt, the most stylish, cool hotel I have ever stayed at. We arrived late and they could not have been more professional and accommodating. It is not at all flash or aimed at the Gucci/Rolex brigade, but if you want style and quality this place is faultless. They undersell themselves which sums the place up. Uber cool. We had a superb stay here in February half term. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable with a mountain view at the rear of the building. We thoroughly enjoyed the good food on offer at both dinner and breakfast. The ski room featured plenty of boot heaters and was easy to access. The hotel ran a minibus to either of the main lift areas which was quick and efficient.

Amazing experience, we took the suite the design is super convenient and the area is fully equipped with the relevant extras. The breakfast is good and the attitude of guests knows their place in the sitting area is great. We ended at Gut Stiluppe by chance and let me tell you it has been one of the best experiences we've ever had! The staff was superb and very helpful, food was delicious and the room was just on point. We also visited the pool and sauna area and it looked like a 5 star spa. Everything was perfect, from rooms to swimming pools, and from ski storage to kids play area. Except the evening meal serving speed can be a bit quicker, because we have young kids. The speed would be absolutely fine if only adults were involved.

The rooms are very clean and the location at Neustift im Stubaital is perfect for skiing at the glacier as well as for hiking and walking around in summer. We’ve been in the area 3 times before, this time was our first holiday as a family of 3. Our little boy enjoyed every single second. The hotel and staff were great and very friendly. Horrible bed. Haven't slept in such a bad bed since I was in the army. The thin curtains let morning sun in, waking me up involuntary at 6am every day. They had no front desk staff in the evening. Not a 4 star feature... There weren't also any stores open in the whole village after 6pm. Couldn't get even a chocolate bar after that. This village clearly doesn't want any visitors.

This hotel strikes the right balance between being family friendly and avoiding the big noisy mess more dedicated family hotels are. Kettle and hairdryer are in good condition too! There is also a mini fridge (which turns out is the only hotel that has one of all my hotel bookings). They used a smart pad function for you to set up your own morning call too, like it!

Nice view of mountain from window. The rooms are a bit dated and the toilet drainage is very slow when showering causing water "flooding". It was nice that they provided free chips and manner and drinks in the room as welcome gift. The staff service was excellent too, no other complaints.

The location and hotel were great, but the extras were a bit too expensive. Otherwise, everything was fantastic.

We stayed 2 nights in the Hotel. We enjoyed every minute. Service, room, sauna, swimming pool in-and outdoor etc. etc. It was just best to relax after going for a tour around in the Zill am See area. We just not happy with trip.com

I went there because I wanted to use the pool. Our room was in a somewhat older building. It was spacious, had a terrace, and had a clothes dryer, which was nice. However, the bathroom was a bit cramped, which was a bit inconvenient. Everyone was friendly, but the woman in the sauna corner was quite rude (to the point of degrading the hotel's image).
