This is a nice hotel but I’m not sure I’d class it as a 4 star hotel. Rooms are clean but ours was nothing really like the pictures. It was noisy at night until the traffic thinned out on the main road. In hindsight I wish we’d asked to be moved. We loved our stay here. The hotel was perfect for our week in Austria. The location is central to the shops and eateries and only a very short walk to the transport connections. It may have once been a 4-star hotel, but that's long gone. The entire building is showing its age, and clearly nothing is being done to stop the deterioration. Hotel staff was kind and super friendly. Wellness was beautiful and the whole hotel was clean. It is located right next to a ski bus stop. I had one of the best breakfast here and also the restaurant for dinner was very convenient. Parking place is huge and across the street.

We had a great time at hotel lenz, the location is great and just 5 meters next to the cable car station. The hotel personnels are friendly and kind, the food is value for the money and delicious. We travel to Innsbruck at least one a year and this is our go-to spot—the location is amazing (close to everything, but not noisy), included breakfast is great, staff are friendly and helpful. Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent therapists, and a beautiful, well-maintained, and clean facility. The food is outstanding and varied! The Bärenhof is a 3-minute walk from the thermal baths and 5 minutes from the train station and gondola lift. We were treated to superb buffets and dinners for Christmas and New Year's Eve. The most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed. There are plenty of amenities and offer top quality service. We arrived at the winter season, so the only down side is the room service closed early. But it doesn't compromise the love of this fantastic hotel. Highly recommend to book the room with balcony of lake view, it's worth every penny of the money.

Not recommended! No air conditioning! Absolutely unbearable! It was so hot! Like a sauna! We contacted Ctrip to ask the hotel to send a fan, but it was still too hot, so my mother barely slept all night... Everything else was great, very quiet, with an electric kettle and slippers. The breakfast staff were excellent and very attentive!

We had an absolutely wonderful family stay at Almdorf Flachau Chalet. The chalet is beautiful, with fine little details everywhere, it is a gorgeous and cozy place that has everything you need for a great stay. We felt very welcomed and definitely want to come again!

We could book the accomodation in August 2023 because of a last minute cancel. Normally it was fully booked but there should be more of these accomodations. Both owner and manger are very friendly and helpful. I cannot really mention any downside of PromiAlm.

We stayed in one of the huts for a week. It was perfect. The hut was large, cosy and spotless. Peter was the perfect host - extremely helpful and accommodating. The region is stunning and there is loads to do for families. We hope to visit again soon!

What was promised was kept. We were able to experience an incredibly beautiful week with dear friends in the Almdorf Flachau. The chalets are fully equipped, nothing is missing. Even with 9 people everyone had their own place of retreat. Peter read every wish from the lips. That was definitely not the last time.

A very peaceful quiet hotel, even though it was busy. A beautiful park just next to the hotel, which is centrally located. The rooms are just sufficient if you are out most of the day. Fantastic hotel for a stay in Baden. The location is close to many walking paths in the Vienna Forest, the casino (if you are up for that), Baden downtown, and much more. I have been there with my family some years ago. The hotel is comfortable, but our room was furnished with old components. Nevertheless we enjoyed our sojourn. Just outside there is a magnificent park with plenty of roses.

Hotel is really great if you're going skiing with small kids for the first time. They have small magic carpet in front of the hotel, but since there was no snow when we were there, hotel offers minivan transfers to close locations which was a life savior for us since the hotel is up the hill. You can also rent sledges for free. They have everything you need for small kids, room is nice, as is the view...

We had a very pleasant stay at the Hotel Zentral. We were there to ski and watch the Hahnenkamm. Getting back and forth to Kitzbuhle was very easy on the train. The staff was excellent. Especially the wait staff in the dining area. The Breakfast had lots of options and was very good. Nice little bar area in front. Rooms were very nice. Would highly recommend staying there.

This beautiful hotel is located in the zone of the Palatinate, among the vineyards that produces the best wines of the area. The rooms are very comfortable and the service of the hotel is great.
