The only downside was that we could not get the air conditioning to work and we had to have the windows open over night as the rooms were too hot, it’s noisy as close to the road but would definitely stay again.

The service was excellent. The front desk staff were professional and friendly. Since I didn't have cash for the taxi, the hotel even paid for it, which was a huge help. The room was spacious, and the mini-bar was free. Great value for money!

The hotel's location is fantastic! I loved the view of the Danube. Our room's air conditioning wasn't working and it was freezing, so the front desk upgraded us directly to a Black Suite, which was a wonderful surprise! The room was huge! All in all a good spa, hefty pricing with 82 Euros for one day (sauna and swimming pool). If you buy the Day Spa package, be aware that the tea, water and sunbeds are only available in the swimming pool area on the 2nd floor. It’s quite a walk from the sauna area so no use there - especially given that tea and water are the most relevant in the sauna.

It was a great stay! We chose the half board which was good, as we were tired to go out for a dinner. The view from the balcony was amazing and we enjoyed a short walk to the water fall a lot.

Gartenhotel Altmannsdorf is Vienna’s best kept secret! Large, spotless rooms, with modern furnishings and inclusions. The underground station (U6 Am Schöpfwerk) is less than a 10 min walk. Excellent breakfast with stunning views of the deer park, which is part of the old Altmannsdorf castle. Friendly and obliging staff. Highly recommended.

We loved it! One of the rare times a hotel was everything it advertised: pretty, in a scenic garden with deer and squirrels, clean rooms and delicious breakfast. A nice hotel somewhat distant from the city centre, but that's not an issue as there's a subway stop only a couple minutes' walk away. The neighborhood is very quiet and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Our visit was during the winter, so the garden wasn't much to look at, but I'm sure in the summer it's quite a sight.

My 3-night stay ended up being cut short to 2 nights due to a flight cancellation. Everything else was very pleasant. I booked a hotel for two nights at over 5,000 yuan a night, facing the street. The waiter was quite arrogant when I checked in. I booked a room with a balcony, but I was given a room without a balcony. The room was also very small. I requested a twin bed room, but the waiter had to temporarily separate the beds.
