First the warm welcome from the staff at check-in, they got us checked in, and then gave us a rundown of a few things to see in Brugge, where to eat and what to avoid. The room was clean, huge in size, and quiet. Only downside was the mattress was a little bit hard. The front desk team were very amenable to our requests too.

We had a really nice stay over the weekend in the Hotel Flanders. We had a shared balcony for our two rooms which was amazing! The breakfast was really nice and I liked the vibe of the hotel. It's located only a few minutes from the city centre and thanks to this you have a lot of quiet during the night. Also nice and helpful personnel :)

Excellent Hotel and Even Better Team We were staying for the Tour of Flanders, and from the moment we arrived the team could not have been more accommodating. Secure storage for bikes, early breakfast on event day, super friendly and predicting our needs before we asked.

Absolutely loved everything about Hotel Harmony. Beautiful building, really friendly staff, fab location, gorgeous views and our room exceeded our expectations. Staying at the Hotel Harmony always feels magical. The location, the staff, the atmosphere, are all top notch. Our room was very spacious and we had an incredible view on the Gravensteen Castle. The breakfast buffet is one of the best. While there is a huge variety of choices, you can even order an authentic Brussels Waffles. And I mean, authentic. Not some Americanized version of a Belgian waffle...

Staff were really polite and helpful, especially the gentleman who checked us into the hotel. The hotel is nice and clean and facilities are excellent in the hotel and the rooms. Unfortunately the only downside was our tea, coffee and water wasn't stocked up properly so we could not have tea.

This is my second stay of this Hotel I was impressed the first time, I had a great room which was at the back of the building, it was large and quiet. But sadly on this occasion my room wasn't as half as good. There was a constant humming and it wasn't my AC particularly noticeable at nights. This hotel is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The biggest compliment I can pay it is that it felt like home. The staff were all outstanding and helped with places to visit and getting around. The room was superb, huge bed and so comfortable and clean. Stunning hotel with real character. The room is very retro and located in the center of the old town. It feels like every piece of furniture is an antique, but the bathroom facilities are modern enough, and the restaurant and corridors are very stylish. I thought that the sound insulation would be poor in such an old house, but it was actually okay. There were some minor floor noises that didn't bother me.

We stayed for three consecutive nights. The bathtub faucet took a lot of trying to turn into a shower—isn't it time for repairs? A great night due to an excellent meal with friends, a spacious room and a very comfortable bed, followed by a breakfast in the sunny veranda with a well selected buffet. The hotel is situated within minutes of Bruges but you never notice/hear the busy road 👌😊

We had a lovely stay at this hotel probably the best part was the hotel staff who just couldn’t do enough for you. We ended up in Bruges unable to get a taxi and the exceptionally kind receptionist came , in his own car , and picked myself and my family up, you just can’t get service like that these days so grateful and could not speak more highly of him.

Liked this hotel and would stay there again. However next time we would pay a little extra and opt for a bigger room than we had on this stay. We were there for 4 nights , and the room we had was probably only suitable for a 1 or 2 night stay.

There were no slippers in the room, and it seemed like there was no water either. There wasn't much service, but the breakfast was okay.

Breakfast was not free. Not sure why it’s advertised as free but we had to pay for it.

Room was very clean and spacious. Lovely shower. Would have been nice to have had a coffee/tea machine in the room rather than just a kettle. All of the Staff were extremely helpfull and cheery. Perfect location. Very convenient to access the public car park although we found it difficult to find the entrance initially.

We stayed at this hotel recently and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is excellent—close to many attractions and surrounded by plenty of restaurants, so getting around was very convenient. The room itself is a decent size with lots of cupboards for storage, which I really appreciated. Bed in our initial room was extremely firm, but we asked at the front desk & the lady there very kindly moved us to a new room with a mattress topper. Was apparently the only one in the hotel, so I think we got pretty lucky there but the front desk lady was extremely understanding and friendly about it all. Cleaners were also lovely the one time I met them & room was always very clean.

Nice place, nice hotel. It’s very obvious it’s off season in Blankenberg. Sadly that means that some of the advertised facilities are not available.. pity. Breakfast looked nice, would have liked some but doesn’t start till 8 which is too late for me and anyone else who has to be at work… pity.

Hotel de Orangerie is beautifully located, making it easy to enjoy the charm of the city. The room was cozy and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing stay. Only drawback is older age people have a problem getting into out of their high tubs, and very low ceiling in the room downstairs-so would not recommend for people over 5’11

The hotel is beautiful, there is no doubt about that! It’s designed perfectly and it feels very luxurious. We were disappointed, however; to stay in a room that had quite a serious mould issue in the bathroom. It covered the walls and the ceiling and caused a very musty smell when the shower was on. We didn't spot this until later in the evening as we had dropped our bags and left earlier in the day...

This hotel is quaint and charming. The staff are accommodating and polite. I booked the basic room without fully reading that it’s at the entrance of the hotel. Still a charming room but the noise from the street and sliding doors kept me up. They were able to upgrade me for a small fee. Both rooms were clean, comfy and had everything you’d need. I had a small room. It was a Beautiful room, with a shower, fridge, desk, coffeemachine with Two cups a day, tv, small table and 2 chakra, a hairdryer. Very friendly staff! The swimming pool and sauna are great!

We were in Saint Sauveur hôtel at very bad, cold and windy days, but inside the hotel It was warm and very cozy. We especially want to congratulate and note the good attitude and room service of the service Bulgarian staff, who after we left called us for a forgotten necklace of my wife. It offered a very nice, spacious hotel room with a view. The room was very spacious and had plenty of resting areas. There was also a kitchen sink, stove, and microwave oven available for use. If I were to return, I would choose this hotel again.

Beautiful hotel with amazing staff and food. Location is ideal. Only negative was the restricted access to the toilet. In order to fit a more luxurious jacuzzi bath, space was sacrificed for the toilet which was wedged in a small space with high sides on either side. Having said that, I would absolutely stay there again.

What a beautiful hotel in a beautiful city. The location could not be any more central, the staff are wonderful and the breakfasts are without the doubt the best breakfast I have ever had in a hotel. Small hotel with a personal touch. Breakfast was lovely and hospitality brilliant. Steps to suite not for anyone with walking difficulties or poor eyesight ( lift only stops one floor above). Hotel Van Cleef was a joy to stay in during our visit to Bruges. The owner and his wife are very accommodating and the staff is always friendly and helpful. There is probably no better place in Bruges to enjoy a luxurious visit.

Stayed here for two nights at the end of October, one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in. Spotless clean, excellent service and great amenities. Location was perfect for us.

Apartment was very comfortable and clean and a decent size for two of us sharing. It was nice to have a table inside to sit at. The only very small thing, was there didn't seem to be a working air vent in the bathroom so it got quite steamy, but we just kept the door open after a shower.

A tranquil heaven in a vibrant city. You are only a stones throw from the bustling center of Bruges. The garden offers a tranquil spot. Beds were comfortable and all the amenities you need. We stayed in a garden room looking directly out on the garden.

The hotel is easy to find. 5 min walk from the train station. The reception is polite and helpful. They allow us for early check in. The room is tidy and clean. There's a spacious public area on the ground floor and a coffee machine for us. Transport to the city center is also easy. I love the environment here.

Very friendly receptionist, but the cleanliness is far from ideal. The exposed part of the matrass showed visible stains, the entire bedroom floor was covered in lots of circular stains, and there were long hairs still left in the bathroom. If it wasn't for the friendly Nepali receptionist, my experience would have been significantly less favorable.

Room smells like mold, pillows and covers full of sweat, had to open the window during the night to not suffocate. If you are reading this do not book here.

It is located close to Antwerp Centum. Room are clean and bright. Carrefour express are located about 3 mins away. Very convenient.
