Good hotel in the center of Hasselt. Rooms are good, comfortable and with all the needs. They have a very good gym to use and they are pretty much located at 3 minutes walk from Hasselt main square.

I would give this hotel 3 stars. It’s fine for a short stay of 1–2 nights, but definitely not a luxury experience. On the plus side, it’s very budget-friendly, so you get what you pay for—but not more. The breakfast was just okay, and the room was also fine, nothing special. Overall, it’s a reasonable choice if you’re looking for something simple and affordable.

Pretty good location as it is directly next to the train station. Also, it is about a 20 minute walk to the city center which was quite straightforward. Convenient location, though a bit far from the Markt, about a 20-minute walk. However, public transport is super easy to access, with both bus and train stations very close by. The service and facilities are excellent, and everything is very clean; the room itself is also very spacious.

I needed a room for the weekend as I had no hot water or heating at home so I knew the brand and location, all Ibis leave me with the same feeling, such a colourful brand but they really need a face-lift to all properties and rooms including this one. No noise protection and a little old.

Perfect located near city center. Rooms are ok but small. Bathroom is tiny. Good price quality. For a single night I would come back. For longer stays I would try to find a bit more room space and more quiet rooms. We did woke up several times from other guests. This is ofcourse not Ibis but the rooms are not properly sound proof.

The room was decent size for me, the entrance was small, as the bed located right next to the door. They don’t provide any amenities except soap and all in one shampoo, no slippers, no fridge, no kettle or tea coffee. You’ll need to purchase those items it seems. But I just went to front, ask for kettle. Compare to the price I paid, I should have those coffee included as well very inconvenient not...

I was pleasantly surprised by this Ibis, everything was spot on. The hotel was very clean, the staff extremely friendly, and service that exceeded expectations for a mid-range chain. The location is superb, close to Antwerp Central Station and within easy reach of the city’s main attractions.

Heating is not perfect. The apartments are spacious but no internet. All in all, nice and good.

The staff are great! It’s easy to arrive from the station by walking (approximately 10 mins) and they have a pretty spacious gym compared to most hotels.

We visited Hasselt for the two Christmas Markets, both are very beautiful. Paid parking with direct access to the hotel lobby. Bar that serves PS-Martini. PAX restuarant is about 8min walking.

Very close to the center, easy parking underneath, but cheaper in the blue boulevard only 5 min away. We had a difficult night due to a large group whi had no regard for other guests. I notified staff and because we were not alone, a very correct compensation was offered. More than satisfying breakfast buffet.

Upon arriving in our hotel room, we found the shower was broken. Initially, no other rooms were available. However, after insisting that hygiene was a priority, a room right next to ours suddenly became available. In that second room, the air conditioning didn't work, the bed was extremely low, and cleanliness was severely lacking. There were still beads from the previous guest all over the carpet

The booking with Trip included breakfast and a superior room. We were given a standard room, and breakfast wasn't included. When we showed the voucher, they referred us to Trip. The problem wasn't resolved.

The staff is very friendly. It's clean. Conveniently located. Breakfast is excellent. We only had to search for the remote control and towels. That was quickly resolved. The last morning the water was cold, so we couldn't shower.

The location is fantastic! The balcony door in our room wouldn't open, so there was no escape route or ventilation. Contact lenses from our predecessor were on the sink... Behind the curtains, dust and mold were on the walls. Too bad!

Nice service but the price is a bit high

This is our 2nd stay in this hotel as it was near the train station but quite a long walk to city centre. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will be back if we are visiting Bruges again.

The beds were really, really small.

You get one bottle of water per stay (no matter how may people how many days). No lobby bar.

Nice hotel with convenient self check-in and check-out. The room and bathroom are small and not very spacious, amenities just the essentials but no hair dryer that didn't help. Hotel rooms in Europe are relatively small, but they are separated into dry and wet areas, and the bed is moderately soft and hard, which meets the needs of business trips. It is only 20 meters away from the train station, which is very close. The hotel service is very good, they booked a taxi and even helped me with late check-out.

Great city centre location, lovely rooms. The car park in on a one way street (underground) before you get to the hotel, you turn in, use the intercom and they open the barrier. You can then park and take the lift to reception to check in. Bikes can also be stored. Lovely building. You will need to pay your city tax on departure.

The hotel is OK, but there are not many things that are needed for many majors. The rooms are also average and there are no special services. However, it is convenient for the university. However, it is not recommended to stay in Guwen Music Luwen for business trips. It is really not a very convenient city and you have to walk.

Excellent location close to the square and the Menin Gate. Lovely room, although layout a little strange with sink in the room and separate wc and shower. We went to Ypres to visit the WW1 sites and museums. This hotel was located in the city centre. The city itself is beautiful. Mostly car free, lots of cute cafes. The hotel was excellent. The room was very beautiful. The service was also very good. There was a timetable for buses from the train station. I used to work at ieper, so I felt it was okay. But most people would not go to such a remote place.

The hotel is clean and tidy, the rooms are spacious enough, and breakfast is excellent. The free parking lot outside the hotel is huge. It's a bit of a distance from the central train station and the old town, requiring public transportation, but getting around is convenient, with several tram stops not far away. A taxi back cost 30 euros.

This is a highly recommended hotel. The location is quite good. The locals’ favorite breakfast is right outside. The sightseeing carriages pass by from time to time during the day. It is very close to various check-in spots. It is especially suitable for measuring the old town of Bruges with footsteps. The hotel is very charming and worth it.
