Hotel was clean, rooms spotless, staff were helpful and friendly, answering any travel and hotel questions we had. The included breakfast was delicious and generous with a wide selection. Couldn’t believe it’s only a 3 star hotel, felt like a 4 and a half. Would book again. Thanku for making our stay enjoyable.

The hotel is in a great location. The lobby and room were great, but the staff were not very friendly. Spa was so so.

The hotel wasn't good. We didn't get the room we paid for, and we were laughed at. The cigarette butts weren't thrown away, as we don't smoke ourselves, so that's unpleasant.

Mixed feelings Based on the images we expected higher quality so it was a disappointing experience. The location is next to the beach which s good for vacation. The wellness spa gives you relax and the indoor swimming pool . The breakfast is really good and lots of choices. Only the elevator is a bit busy and small.

The location and view were excellent. Easy to walk to restaurants and the tram. The pool, jacuzzi, sauna, fitness rooms were a big bonus. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Great location, friendly staff but outdated rooms The location of the hotel is perfect. Although the hotel is in desperate need of modernisation, the staff made us feel very welcome. They were incredibly friendly. But the rooms were outdated and tatty.

Excellent staff... smiling and very helpful! The coffee machine, water, and biscuits at reception were very welcome. The room was very large, but overall a bit dated. The bathroom with a bathtub was very uncomfortable. It definitely needs to be revisited! Last night was sleepless... because of the mosquitoes! Hotel was exactly what we needed, central, next to a car park with a family room with plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 teens. Room was clean, functional, cool. Only minor issue was the shower door was broken and would not close, it was late when we returned to the room after a day exploring Antwerp so just had quick showers and baths not to flood the room.

We choose Thermae Palace Hotel whenever we go to Oostende because it’s at a quiet place, far from the crowd and we get a nice walk along the beach when we go to the center which is not far away. The atmosphere of grandeur of the hotel. The service on the reception. The quiet room with a superb view on the Belgian coast. The facilities of the restaurant: excellent service and good food.

I needed a room for the weekend as I had no hot water or heating at home so I knew the brand and location, all Ibis leave me with the same feeling, such a colourful brand but they really need a face-lift to all properties and rooms including this one. No noise protection and a little old.

Perfect located near city center. Rooms are ok but small. Bathroom is tiny. Good price quality. For a single night I would come back. For longer stays I would try to find a bit more room space and more quiet rooms. We did woke up several times from other guests. This is ofcourse not Ibis but the rooms are not properly sound proof.

Friendly, immediate feeling of home

The room was decent size for me, the entrance was small, as the bed located right next to the door. They don’t provide any amenities except soap and all in one shampoo, no slippers, no fridge, no kettle or tea coffee. You’ll need to purchase those items it seems. But I just went to front, ask for kettle. Compare to the price I paid, I should have those coffee included as well very inconvenient not...

I was pleasantly surprised by this Ibis, everything was spot on. The hotel was very clean, the staff extremely friendly, and service that exceeded expectations for a mid-range chain. The location is superb, close to Antwerp Central Station and within easy reach of the city’s main attractions.

The hotel is ideally located, visible right outside the very last exit of the train station's rear section, offering covered access even in the rain. The breakfast was exquisite, generous, and delicious, and the service was superb!

Wonderful welcome upon our arrival- friendly and helpful - in fact during our stay we were especially impressed by the quality of the staff everywhere- but we need to give a special thanks to the two ladies who were at reception during our stay- Stephanie and Hanae- always with a smile and very efficient.

The room was clean, we booked a family room for four people but the sofa bed was not made up. Then we were told to make it up ourselves which was fine, but there were no pillows and blankets. The staff are great! It’s easy to arrive from the station by walking (approximately 10 mins) and they have a pretty spacious gym compared to most hotels.

Very close to the center, easy parking underneath, but cheaper in the blue boulevard only 5 min away. We had a difficult night due to a large group whi had no regard for other guests. Upon arriving in our hotel room, we found the shower was broken. Initially, no other rooms were available. However, after insisting that hygiene was a priority, a room right next to ours suddenly became available. In that second room, the air conditioning didn't work, the bed was extremely low, and cleanliness was severely lacking. There were still beads from the previous guest all over the carpet

The booking with Trip included breakfast and a superior room. We were given a standard room, and breakfast wasn't included. When we showed the voucher, they referred us to Trip. The problem wasn't resolved.

The staff is very friendly. It's clean. Conveniently located. Breakfast is excellent. We only had to search for the remote control and towels. That was quickly resolved. The last morning the water was cold, so we couldn't shower.

The location is fantastic! The balcony door in our room wouldn't open, so there was no escape route or ventilation. Contact lenses from our predecessor were on the sink... Behind the curtains, dust and mold were on the walls. Too bad!

Nice and Clean hotel, locate in the city walk area. Easy to explore city by foot. Carrefour express is just opposite hotel. Private Parking lots is just connect to hotel entrance.

You get one bottle of water per stay (no matter how may people how many days). No lobby bar.

Nice hotel with convenient self check-in and check-out. The room and bathroom are small and not very spacious, amenities just the essentials but no hair dryer that didn't help. Overall ok for a one-night stay. The location is excellent, you can reach all the main tourist attractions within a few minutes.

Great city centre location, lovely rooms. The car park in on a one way street (underground) before you get to the hotel, you turn in, use the intercom and they open the barrier. You can then park and take the lift to reception to check in. Bikes can also be stored. Lovely building. You will need to pay your city tax on departure.

The hotel is OK, but there are not many things that are needed for many majors. The rooms are also average and there are no special services. However, it is convenient for the university. However, it is not recommended to stay in Guwen Music Luwen for business trips. It is really not a very convenient city and you have to walk.

Very good location a few minute walk from the main Christmas Market square. We were room 211 which was outside the main hotel and it felt like a private chalet. We went to the Bar and service was great. Would stay again in Brugge

This is a highly recommended hotel. The location is quite good. The locals’ favorite breakfast is right outside. The sightseeing carriages pass by from time to time during the day. It is very close to various check-in spots. It is especially suitable for measuring the old town of Bruges with footsteps. The hotel is very charming and worth it.
