Everything was perfect, a good establishment.

Really good time. Everything was perfect. No problems at all. No hidden fees.

Service was excellent, breakfast was extensive， much too choose from. Had to pay extra for parking the car, that was not so good. Thought I already paid everything via Trip.

The place was comfortable, quiet, and the rooms were clean. It had various recreational facilities, including a children's playroom. The restaurant food was decent, reasonably priced, and reasonably priced. Suitable for a family.

Everything is fine, but the balcony was very small.

Except that it is a bit far from the tourist attractions, everything else is acceptable.

Had a very good stay at the Holiday inn Express. Very close to the main road. Good public transport to the town. The rooms were extremely clean, the breakfast area, lobby was also spotless. The service was great. The breakfast spread was great with a good selection of food. Good parking which is charged per day.

Upon arrival, the welcome was a bit lacking, and I find the parking to be expensive at €19 per night. The bathroom is also a bit small. I'm not sure if I'll return.

We came here with some trepidation as we’d gone to the Holiday inn expo by mistake and we were familiar with that hotel.Thankfully we were pleasantly surprised how nice this hotel is. Friendly staff clean rooms and a nice location with plenty of parking. The next Morning we all enjoyed a pleasant breakfast plenty of choice as one of our group has a lot of dietary restrictions. Close to the stadium, very convenient

The hotel offers free luggage storage with no time limit. However, rooms facing the street can be a bit noisy, and the blankets are quite thin. Breakfast isn't amazing, but the location is excellent, right across from the train station. If you prioritize convenience, I'd recommend booking an inner-facing room, which should be quieter. Antwerp is beautiful, and there are some really good Asian restaurants...

Mold in the bathroom, with makeshift repairs next to it. The room would have been better suited for a single bed instead of a double. Breakfast itself was fine, but the tables and floor were dirty.

Everything was good, except for the uncomfortable toilet (my knees hit the wall), the lack of a second small chair, and no mini-fridge. The showerhead was also a bit 'tired' (worn out). On a separate note, I'd like to highlight the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff (early check-in, late check-out). The common areas were also nice.

ibis Gent Centrum St Baafs Kathedraal is a great location oposite Cathedral by its name. It is a very convenience to explore old town on foot from hotel. Hotel also has a car parking but a bit hectic to get in since it is located in restricted area. Room is clean and bed is comfortable as per ibis standard. Staff is very helpful and help us get through the parking.

Great location in front of st. Barf close to everything. Staffs were friendly. We can borrow a kettle for enjoy our tea. You have to prepare your own amenities, except shower gel.

The hotel is in a great location, but the rooms are very small and quite basic. I'd only recommend it if the price is better than the competition at the time of booking. The air conditioning doesn't work very well.

Excellent check-in service (arrived at 1am), average room (very comfortable pillows), bathroom a bit small (but fine for one night, maximum two), excellent breakfast. Great location, amenities and staff but watch out: parking is very limited. Upon arrival at the hotel, we discovered the hotel parking was full. We undertsand it is bookable in advance, which we were not aware of prior to arriving on site. It took us an hour to find parking on a busy Sunday.

I spent one night on a business trip in winter, no fancy period. But the hotel is good; it is very well-located and cosy. There are only two drawbacks. There is no parking at the hotel, but there is public parking around, though expensive, and the pillows are too thick and too hard. Other than that it's a nice hotel and the staff is nice.

The ibis budget is a great choice if you need a no frills room with breakfast option close to the central station. The rooms are far from pretty but functional and have everything that is required for a good night sleep. Receptionists were friendly and helpful. Great location, only get if you are on tight budget, Rooms are crammed.toilets are very small and can't fit a person of average stature, no privacy if you are travelling with few people. My room had a mirror in front of shower.no hangers in shower as there is literally no place for them. Beds are uncomfortable and come in bunk style. The facilities are quite old, and you can tell the room is in need of maintenance. What was really startling was that the housekeeping staff actually walked into my room twice without knocking during my stay. They allow you to prepay for parking but don’t guarantee a parking spot. We were unable to park twice and there are not many alternatives nearby.

This hotel is in a great location, right on the beach, close to lots of restaurants and shoppes. There are games to play in the lobby, which is fun. The only issue I had was that it is a smoke-free property however there were clearly people smoking on our floor, which made our stay less comfortable.
