You are warmly welcomed at this country house hotel, which is at walking distance from the center. My room was big, quiet and designed in a classy cosy way. You can relax in the garden or in the heated outdoor pool or at the bar. The owner is extremely caring and will make your stay a great experience.

This was our 2nd stay here. Yes you need to know that it is about 15 mind walk from the seafront but for that you get a lovely hotel in a quiet neighbourhood The rooms are spacious and all have outside space. Service is lovely. We have just stayed stayed with our whole family, six adults and four children. We had the Farmer's and the Fisherman's cottages as well as a double room. All were really comfortable, well appointed and clean. The children loved the swimming pool and the garden. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel went to great lengths to make sure we always had a table for ten, sometimes inside or otherwise...

Ideal stop if you are heading to or from the Ferries. A good mix of twin rooms and apartments.

Plain, but nice room. The service is very good, we forgot our charger for our phone and when we asked, they lend us one. Our only complaint is that the pool was quite cold.

Coffee wasn't available until you'd checked in for breakfast, so you had to pay €3.50 per cup. Behind the bar, I didn't speak Dutch or French, only English, and this in a tourist accommodation.

Standard, good and clean room, friendly staff, generous breakfast with bubbles, good parking. You couldn't ask for more value for money.

Comfortable and clean. Last time I came here for a day trip, I found a free parking lot at Park & ​​Ride, which was a 10-minute walk from the hotel. So I parked my car there this time. Perfect! 

Very good, very close, complete facilities

Hotel is centrally situated with paid parking a five minute walk away. The room was clean and comfortable ya good shower. Breakfast was excellent. Better than Holiday Inn Express in the UK.

Very good hotel, quiet and very clean. I recommend this hotel.

Everything was perfect, the breakfast was excellent 👍 the staff was lovely (reception, food, etc.). The only downside was the lack of parking. I spent 45 minutes looking for the municipal parking lot I was directed to, but in vain! As a result, I got a €25 fine because I was parked in front of the hotel; I had no choice.

This accommodation is great for a business trip because it has a pot in the room and a microwave in the lobby. Thus, you do not have to worry about your dinner. The room is spacious and clean, too. The location is the center of Hasselt.

Comfortable hotel, enjoyed the sauna as part of room deal and snacks and drinks 16:30 to 20:00. Also only city tax to pay, no need to have to pay the 50euros charged by other hotels as holding fee.

Class property in a great location. Wonderful evening wine and snack happy hour. However, the shower was full of mold in practically every corner! Disgusting! Disappointing for a hotel of this caliber. The staff, except for the nice man running the happy hour, could all use a refresher course in "hospitality"

Had the size up from the tiny room and the size was fine, just me staying. Lovely area, plenty around but no noise from the street. Staff was very friendly & helpful, Happy Hour is great and something we looked forward to daily, the breakfast had lots of variety, and the hotel’s location made sightseeing very easy… it was our favorite hotel of the Belgium trip! 😃

Very nice hotel, we stayed for 3 nights and it was next to the beach,  very enjoyable!

The hotel itself was okay, but the first thing we noticed was that the elevator was on the small side. The stated capacity certainly didn't match the actual number of people. Since we were on the 6th floor, taking the elevator wasn't an unnecessary luxury. We had to wait several times when two people were queuing because there were three of us. This hotel is verry nice verry clean. The rooms are verry nice and clean they are good size so is the bathroom and toilet. There is a swimmingpool 2 sauna's you can get a massage. The breakfast is verry good everything you want is there even bubbles,eggs pancakes ,croissants, saucage's,bacon and alot more. I really recommend this hotel for people.

Where do I begin, we arrived in the middle of a heat wave and although spending time on the beach was wonderful ,spending time and trying to sleep in our room was terrible .There is no air con and although we had a fan in the room sleeping at night was bad. This is meant to be a 4 star hotel, but there were so many things missing No beach towels Spa water only given on arrival No slippers or bath...

For "several" years, we've been going back every time we go to the beach... and every time we're delighted... I highly recommend it to anyone going to the beach. Very friendly staff, from check-inn desk to breakfast personal. We had a very nice room, with a good bed and fluffy pillows and a big bathroom. The breakfast is superb ! All you can think of that you need for breakfast is available. The hotel is situated in the center and very close to the beach.

THe service is mid well, enough but not great

The Room interior is very relaxing and cozy, the only Problem we found is the main door, doesn‘t close securely, it should be double before going out and forcely close it. What we enjoy as couple is the Breakfast Buffet.

Disappointed regarding the electric car charges opposite the hotel entrance, should be made possible for guests whom stay to use those. Tried it with credit card, charge cards, Shell- Anwb, Bank. Room clean, bed good, amenities all there (iron & board , hairdryer) could do with some more clothes space! Breakfast a bit chaotic due to group(s)

Compact room with a very comfortable bed and matching pillows (a choice of options). Small, practical bathroom. The only downside is that the sink is very low, as I'm not tall myself, so... Ideal for one or two nights. Extensive breakfast buffet.

Everything about our stay was fantastic. From the champagne buffet breakfast to all the amenities available, this hotel is top notch.

The rooms are on the small side but they were clean. The bed was a little too soft for my liking but it was fine for a night. Big up for the staff, whether it was for check in or out, they were super friendly and helpful.

The hotel was clean. The service was super friendly. We did not use the breakfast or dinner because of the many possibilities in the area itself. You can also do a lot in the area. We did the historical walking route as well as the art route. You are close to the shopping street.

Lovely Little hotel, rooms well air conditioned so good on a hot day. Room was tidy and clean, although noticeably dusty on the surfaces on shelving so that could do with a more in depth clean in that respect bar area clean and tidy, nice staff who spoke good English. Was a nice overnight stay. Will stay again.

The only issue I have is their parking. They have none. Good luck finding a spot on any street within a hundred yards. I ended up at a paid lot "Astrid", about 10 to 15 minute walk. If you have mobility issues, this might give you second thoughts. Other than that, it was clean, well appointed, decent breakfast. Oh, and they only take plastic. Staff was very friendly.

Chose this hotel again for the *******e time; simply amazing in a word! Delicious, extensive breakfast, wonderful beds, and the location is good in relation to the city center. I use a wheelchair myself, but that was taken into account as well. In short, looking for a few carefree days in Bruges? Then this hotel is highly recommended!!

The hotel is very nice. It's an old building, just 2 or 3 minutes from the Belfry tower. The common areas are lovely. The breakfast was very good. Everything was great.

Located in the suburbs, parking is convenient and free. There's a cute lounge inside; you can grab a drink in the evening. The service is decent. Overall, the stay was pretty good. Breakfast was just so-so, haha.

Close to the tram to the city center. The room smelled at first, but we got a new room and it didn't smell. It's an old hotel, but we slept well. Breakfast was good.

We visited in November and the town was quiet. It is about a 15 minute walk to the train. The atmosphere is very nice, new and clean. All the staff were friendly and accommodating. We recommend staying here !

Stayed 2 nights in October 25, perfectly situated for a short stay with great view over the coastline. Couldn’t fault hotel and staff were very friendly and welcoming. Comfortable room and delicious breakfast with plenty of choice hot and cold. Sunglasses in the pillows were a fun touch. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Comfortable place to stay the night. Our stay at Casinohotel was great. We were in koksidje for a bike race and stayed the night. The soaker tub and breakfast spread were definitely highlights. The room was also quite large for a European hotel.

Hotel is neat the train station. However, the Escalator to the platform of the hotel is not working . We need to find a elevator from the car park to enter the hotel. Nice service but the price is a bit high

This is our 2nd stay in this hotel as it was near the train station but quite a long walk to city centre. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will be back if we are visiting Bruges again.

Location a bit outside De Haan, but next to beautiful nature reserve which you can cross in 10 minutes walking to reach the tram stop. Nice parking. The location is wow! Swimming pool is outside, the water is clean. Breakfast is basic, but delicious. The rooms are clean. The sea is in ten minutes. Easy to get here by tram.

We stayed here on 2 different dates just for one night to play Royal Ostend Golf (just next door) and Royal Zoute (35 minutes away). There's plenty of room to park, it costs only 15 EUR a day. What I liked most about this hotel is the great pice/quality. It's nothing fency, but everything you need. The breakfast buffet was a lot better than plenty other hotels we visited for a much higher price....

Good value on Belgian coast The Ibis De Haan is in a very quiet location about 1.5km outside the town and you can walk or drive to the beach. Breakfast is good with hot and cold offerings. We were lucky to have good weather and enjoy breakfast outside. The hotel was full and the staff worked hard to keep on top of everything - excellent. We did enjoy some drinks in the bar and had good information...

The room is located in the city center, very close to the beach, conveniently located near the subway and high-speed rail stations, and there are restaurants and bars on the next street. The private room is small but relatively clean. The people there are very relaxed and comfortable, which I envy.
