We had a very comfortable stay in an extremely spacious room. It had everything we needed. The reception staff was great, very accomodating.

It offered a very nice, spacious hotel room with a view. The room was very spacious and had plenty of resting areas. There was also a kitchen sink, stove, and microwave oven available for use. If I were to return, I would choose this hotel again.

Beautiful hotel with amazing staff and food. Location is ideal. Only negative was the restricted access to the toilet. In order to fit a more luxurious jacuzzi bath, space was sacrificed for the toilet which was wedged in a small space with high sides on either side. Having said that, I would absolutely stay there again.

What a beautiful hotel in a beautiful city. The location could not be any more central, the staff are wonderful and the breakfasts are without the doubt the best breakfast I have ever had in a hotel. (Including the Waldorf Astoria and the Dorchester) We will definitely stay here again next time we come to Bruges.

Small hotel with a personal touch. Breakfast was lovely and hospitality brilliant. Steps to suite not for anyone with walking difficulties or poor eyesight ( lift only stops one floor above). Would have been a five star review had it not been for the really bad smell in our bathroom that we reported on arrival but remained the same throughout our stay.

Hotel Van Cleef was a joy to stay in during our visit to Bruges. The owner and his wife are very accommodating and the staff is always friendly and helpful. There is probably no better place in Bruges to enjoy a luxurious visit.

Stayed here for two nights at the end of October, one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in. Spotless clean, excellent service and great amenities. Location was perfect for us.

Apartment was very comfortable and clean and a decent size for two of us sharing. It was nice to have a table inside to sit at. The only very small thing, was there didn't seem to be a working air vent in the bathroom so it got quite steamy, but we just kept the door open after a shower.

A tranquil heaven in a vibrant city. You are only a stones throw from the bustling center of Bruges. The garden offers a tranquil spot. Beds were comfortable and all the amenities you need. We stayed in a garden room looking directly out on the garden.

Very nice hotel and location. Has a nice dining area and restaurant at the rear and a big garden. We could not eat dinner because it was fully booked but the breakfast was superb. Great location.

The hotel is easy to find. 5 min walk from the train station. The reception is polite and helpful. They allow us for early check in. The room is tidy and clean. There's a spacious public area on the ground floor and a coffee machine for us. Transport to the city center is also easy. I love the environment here.

Close to Ghent Train Station, about 25 minutes walk to city center. The hotel is small but really nice. The staffs are friendly and willing to help. Amenities are available on request, only no fridge in the room. Visitors can enjoy free tea and coffee at the lobby.

Very friendly receptionist, but the cleanliness is far from ideal. The exposed part of the matrass showed visible stains, the entire bedroom floor was covered in lots of circular stains, and there were long hairs still left in the bathroom. If it wasn't for the friendly Nepali receptionist, my experience would have been significantly less favorable.

Room smells like mold, pillows and covers full of sweat, had to open the window during the night to not suffocate. If you are reading this do not book here.

It is located close to Antwerp Centum. Room are clean and bright. Carrefour express are located about 3 mins away. Very convenient.

Our room was very dirty. A lot of dust and spiderwebs but also stains on the bedding and radiotor. Our room was next to the laundry-room making it very humid and loud during the time the dryer was on. Check-in was very slow. The location is good and breakfast was fine. The cleanliness was really under par for a four star hotel. Would not recommend staying here.

A wonderful experience at the Carpe Diem Manor. The hotel is located in a quiet area of ​​De Haan. The room is very comfortable, and the bedding is excellent. The staff is incredibly attentive. There are two lovely lounges to relax in and meet other guests. The breakfast is truly superb. Parking is always available. I highly recommend it.

The location is a quiet residential area of de Haan, a part of the city that has retained its original flair (in contrast to the seaside promenade). We had a fantastic 2 nights at this hotel. Welcome on arrival was super with a tour of the hotel. Room was good - we’d booked a standard room overlooking the garden. Very nice beds, clean appartement. Nice coffeemachine, rather have some tea too...the keycards didn't work with the elevator of appartement visserstraat 101. Everything is fine except simple things like Internet on TV Set, no teapot and an opener. But it was disturbing. Why do you have a TV set in a room if you can’t use it? Is it so difficult to buy an opener? It’s essentials and it spoils the mood.

Room was up to date and clean but you can hear everything of the neighbours... Nice to walk near to the sea and near to the shops. Many possibilities to have diner at night. Near to the station, also easy to park the car.

Gem of Antwerp The first time I slept like a baby in my European trip. I wish to stay longer but I’d make it as one of my stops when I’m in the country. Get the suite. It is the mist comfortable bed. Luxurious pillows and sheets. All you need for a much needed rest while on a holiday.
