The front desk staff was great! The location of the Ibis is great. However, I needed to stay at the Ibis Centrum for a conference, and they were able to help me with the change. Very thankful to the lady who helped me with that.

The hotel is super clean, staff are very friendly and its a great location when driving from Europe back to the UK for an overnight stopover.

Peaceful stay at Ibis Heverlee. The location of the hotel is serene with basic facilities nearby like a Delhaize Express, gas station, a Starbucks etc. Staff is friendly and the hotel has a 24/7 Reception.

A hotel with a breakfast costing 20 euros per person should have some options for those with lactose intolerance: some plant-based or lactose-free milk.

Great hotel, very central location. Family room excellent for family of 4 very spacious. Cleaners knock on doors early waking everyone up, no do not disturb sign to use and could hear our neighbours ? Refridgerator broken and they could not fix it.

Had to book this one at 1am as got stuck in Oostende, charged 147 Euros with breakfast. No real complaints although I think the price was a bit naughty, when they wouldn't have sold that room otherwise. Average experience all round and definitely not worth 147 Euros

Stayed many times in Ostend but this was my first stay at The Prado. Couldn’t have been nicer. Friendly staff and convenient for town Bars and general shopping. Room rate was reasonable for large rooms. Well recommend.

This Hotrl is a great hotel, but the hotel itself is a bit old but overall was good. Note if you are driving, you have to park the carpark next to the hotel, or you can park on the streets. (cuz we parked the carpark for around 10hrs and it costed us 29.90€.

Check-in in the middle of the night wasn't a problem. I had a bunk bed in an empty room, which was clean and had everything I expect from a hostel. Great stay for the price.

The front desk lady was beautiful. You have to make your own bed, which is a bit unusual. The environment is nice, and the bathroom is large but not very well laid out. The location is convenient.

Very good Hostel with excellent staff who were friendly with me on arrival. I arrived early and there was a luggage hold and was also able to check in early. The staff were multi lingual and they spoke English, French and Dutch. The bed and bathrooms were very comfortable and clean.

The location is decent as it’s right beside Centraal station but that comes with its pitfalls - security is really weak there and when walking to our floor we had to step over one passed out homeless (?) guy on the stairs and there was another guy just being shady also in the stairwell so we left immediately and went home (NL). Perhaps if I’d taken the lift and gone straight to my room that was ignorance...

Minutes walk from the train station sits the Strand (Du Bassin) hotel. Very friendly staff and excellent food. No AMEX accepted. Stayed five nights and the room was just right for me.

The night shift staff were extremely kind and helpful. The room was comfy, cozy, and spacious, providing all essentials. Great location as well. Breakfast was a tiny bit poor and the place to store luggage when necessary was a bit unsafe. Regardless, I recommend this hotel and I’d be happy to stay again next time I’m in Ghent.

We were visiting some much-loved friends whom we had not seen in 7 years and Hotel Docklands was just around the corner from their flat. So it was extremely convenient. The hotel is well located (between Bruges and Knokke). Satisfactory quality/price ratio. The only negative point is the parking charged at €15/per day as well as the same breakfast charged at €15 per person which raises the starting price. Free parking and a €10 breakfast would be more satisfactory.
