Summer holiday Great family stay

Everything about this hotel was great. Food good, price great, plenty for kids to do. Not many English people there but we prefer it that way anyway. Not really one for making friends. Had a full chilled time

We would not return due to how crowded everything was - difficult to walk through Pool lounges, dinning areas, reception etc. Felt like sardines crammed into a small space most of the time

Fantastic for the kids (sides, pools, animation / kids club, trampolines etc), great beach nearby. However service, cleanliness of the property, food/service was okay

However, the entertainment for kids was great (slides, pools, playground, trampolines & animation team) - which I suppose is what matters most!

On paper it has everything, however when you're actually there it feels very crowded and a bit "rough around the edges

Room was spacious and clean, everyday very good room service and filling the minibar was great! Food excellent

My family and I stayed here from July 29 to August 5, 2025. It is an excellent hotel in a quiet location with very friendly and professional staff and delicious cuisine

fast check in and check out. Nice shower with good warer pressure. gym was big and aircondicioned. Food was good, enough to choose from. Staff was superfast to clean your table, sometimes even too fast

The best resort in Sunny Beach! 👍

We stayed at the end of September, and since none of the outdoor pools are heated, all we could do is sleep and eat. We were disappointed because we went there for the waterslides and they were all closed

It would be nice for at least one small outdoor pool to have been heated. The indoor pool was lukewarm, but its depth is not suitable for toddlers

Real coffee (not just nescafe) is only available after 10am at the snack bar, I was told, which is simply unacceptable. If you rely on decent coffee, this is not the resort for you

There you can leave a child under 3 to be entertained by well trained professionals, usually in the slots 10-12, 14-16 and 17:30-19:30. It costs extra, and must be booked a day in advance via the app

Not seen this before, there are chilled drinking water dispensers by the lift on each floor, nice touch! Neutral: - Entertainment. I would say the entertainment team were really good and did their best

It's not a 4 star hotel persay, but still a very good experience, and it's literally right next to the beach!

My 6th time at this hotel it's rasy, friendly and clean. You get what you pay for. Expecting a 5 star hotel then find somewhere where you pay 5 star prices.

The place is good for families and tourists that value quiet and comfort. The hotel has two buildings, indoor and outdoor mineral pools, a spa center, a good restaurant, and lots of recreational activities

Well, it socialiasm luxury with minor upgrades. Big hotel and lots of entertainments, good spa and pools. Rooms are not big, but are clean and comfortable

We just use the swimming pool with kids, there is a slide inside. Little ones have it fun.

I didn't like that small bottle of water costs 2 BGN, which regardless of its a hotel should be really twice as less, having in mind it's bottled in the backyard of the hotel and whole hissarya is full of free of charge fountains

It used to be a wonderful hotel, but now it needs renovating. The rooms are worn out, and need to be refreshed. The hotel is very big, so if you want to have a peaceful stay, this is not your place

The spa centre is too small for the amount of people there. The pools need more regular cleaning. It is not bad to stay for a day or two

Myself and friends stayed at hotel Zenith from 19/09/2025-26/09/2025, and overall, it was a tramendious experience. The hotel’s location was excellent — perfect for easy access to the main attractions along the strip

The service was outstanding — nothing was ever too much trouble and they genuinely went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, and spotless

Special shoutout to Alex the animator! Food was very good with plenty of variety and consistently good quality. The cocktails were also a highlight, with a wide selection of spirits and mixers to suit different tastes

Mattress is firm, shower is good and hot. Buffet breakfast is a big disappointment as the food is not tasty and way too salty, esp the fried mushroom, and coffee bland

The food was excellent with a wide variety of tasty options every day, and the cocktails at the bar were really good too

I had an amazing stay at Best Western Premium All in Sunny Beach. The hotel is spotlessly clean, everything is well maintained and feels fresh

I stayed at Viva Club for 9 days. The food was very good, diversified. They have the main restaurant,snack bar and also they have food and drinks at the private beach. The animators are very nice and friendly

Plus: - clean rooms - pleasant atmosphere - good food - all inclusive quality drinks which is ok considering it`s an all inclusive hotel (local brand spirits + vines, draft beer is really good) - friendly personnel - good quality beach and beach bar

We were her at the start of June and it was really nice. There are not many guests at the moment and the atmosohere is very relaxing. The food is really good, considering the fact that We were app 50 guests

I played different games like table tennis,archery,boccia,darts. Also I danced every day on the zumba class with Niki who is the best instructor,mc and animator

All in all it`s a really good choice and we`ll surely be back

Unfortunately our worst experience was with ones of our conationals, the romanians who comes there to show off their lack of good behave

best hotel in Varna, good restaurant down stairs, will be back again

Great location, close to everything, excellent service. The staff is nice and helpful. Since the place is in the center, the entire city celebration and decibels are easily heard, but they last until 23:30 at the most

The breakfast was the most abundant in the place where I stayed during this period! The room was not big and the facilities were good, but there were no slippers. I was not used to it and asked them for them later

Favorite hotel for many years. Best location in Varna. Newly renovated, everything is great. I would like better breakfasts.

I stayed for a week and the balcony view was good. I will probably stay here again in the future

There are cafes, small shops, the embankment, and the beach nearby. The only downside is the noise from the music in the evening until 2 a. Probably from the casino or restaurant on the top floor

Very nice hotel, service in hotel is very kind and helpful. Food is really good. Hotel is situated close to Old Town. Rooms with bathrooms. Cleaning is every day.

We were recommended Nessebar by a travel agent and it's not disappointed as a resort; think Dubrovnik without the hassle when you're in the old town across the causeway which is an easy walk from the Sol Marina Palace hotel

The hotel is very clean and well staffed. Food is acceptable as all-inclusive arrangements go; each day has a country's cuisine theme for the evening meal menu but breakfast and lunch have a good selection too

I'd recommend trying to get on the odd numbered side of the building which also overlooks the old town; if you can get to the back of any given floor (101 or 102 in that floor plan would be ideal but same applies on floors 2, 3 and 4) then you'd have a quieter time all things considered

We were in room 120 (see floor map attached) which while comfortable with a nice bathroom and effective AC was immediately above the lobby bar and it's outdoor area on on end and overlooked the lobby atrium at the other end so it wasn't the quietest room at times

Been to Bulgaria several times before but mostly in the mountain area, Sofia and Plovdiv. Nice hotel, yes, the pool is small but perfectly adequate for a nice jump in and cool off

4* hotel - well-deserved, excellent, varied food, lots of meat and fish, vegetables, fruits, soups, sweets, etc

Very good experience. I liked the hotel and it is great value for the money. Super clean. Everyone was super friendly but the food menu wasn’t super diverse unfortunately. But overall 9,1/10 from me❤️

In general, the conditions for relaxation in this price category are excellent. They wanted to clean every day, we didn’t need it, the linen was changed every three days

I arrived at the hotel around 11am, and to my surprise, they offered me lunch at 12 – such a lovely welcome! Everything has been amazing so far

Honestly, this is the freshest and most delicious bread I’ve had in a long time – you must try it (but don’t eat too much 😉). The staff here are incredibly kind, polite, and professional

Having 4 days of vacation in Voya, was like adding a cherry on the top of summer cake 2025. I can recommend Voya Beach Resort as the best place on Bulgarian Seaside cost

Very modern and stylish , very clean ! The staff is very professional ,friendly and always ready to help. The food is beyond good! I already recommend it to all my friends and I am definitely coming back

The only two negatives we experienced were that the slides were closed for two days without any notice, which was a bit frustrating (although not the end of the world), and that there was a convention taking place at the hotel during our stay

At times, we felt a bit overlooked as holidaymakers, especially in the dining areas, where the convention guests seemed to be prioritised. That said, we would still recommend this hotel to anyone considering a stay

A really nice personal touch was the free mini bar, which was a lifesaver for bottled water. The private beach was also lovely, made even better by the little hut where you could grab food and drinks

Entertainment is very good, the rooms are very clean and spacious, the food is a nice mixture of Bulgarian cuisine with the best of European most popular dishes

Good price and great sea view. First line and perfect swimming pool. The reception personell is not very helpful but the barman and the chef are great.

Aged 79 years this was my first ever journey outside of England, the hotel was fantastic and I had an excellent time with my daughter and son in law

Our stay at Hotel Slavyanski was quite enjoyable. My wife and I stayed for 7 days, and we loved every bit of it. The room was spacious, tidy, and clean, equipped with an AC, mini fridge, closet, sofa, and a telly

Fairly basic hotel, clean enough and in a decent location. The pool is shared with the adjacent hotel, but it is huge, so plenty of space. Breakfast is very good and recommended

Free shuttle bus from 8am, outdoor pool while it’s snowing was a cherry on top. Food was well spiced and always very tasty. The real honey for breakfast, fresh pancakes, omelettes

However, the allergy information on the signs was wrong. We were informed that this was because the chefs cook fresh / unique fishes every night, and so the allergy information changes every day

I visited this hotel for an all-inclusive vacation. When we've arrived in the hotel our rooms weren't ready, but we could use the hotels amenities right away. We got the key cards to our rooms pretty quickly

The beach is located right next to the hotel. Really, the location of the hotel was very good. It was also close to the center of Golden Sands, including bars and clubs

Some people said that they couldn't sleep because they heard parties at night - and yes, you can definitely hear them if you sleep with an open window, but if you close the balcony door you don't hear a thing

The rooms were clean - the staff cleaned them daily, didn't feel dated and were adequate size. Maybe I'd prefer a shower over a bathtub but it's a very minor thing. AC worked without any problems

Private beach belonging to the hotel is one of the biggest perks of this hotel. I've always found at least one free sunbed every time I visited it

It was very easy to look after the kids. The beach and the shops were also just literally outside of the hotel. What we also found amazing was the very professional, helpful and polite staff

The rooms are renovated and clean. The food in the restaurant was freshly prepared for each breakfast, lunch and dinner. Freshly home made deserts too (we loved it 😍) We would definitely come back next summer!

Because of this, it was sometimes difficult to find a sunbed in the shade, which was really frustrating. The hotel should definitely find a solution to this issue

There are 3 restaurants within the resort - Balcon el mundo (more expensive restaurant), Terrazza and Bistro. There is one store within the resort, with expensive prices, but excellently equipped

It was a great stay, perfect for a family getaway. The kids had great fun in the large selection of pools, food was very good and the views absolutely perfect.

Great service! Top location near the river and right next to the big forest. Quiet place, without any noise from anywhere. We where able to hear the birds singing and the water from river float
