The location is very good, the beach is in front of the hotel, the old town and the center are nearby. We were lucky to find a free parking spot in front of the hotel entrance

The two barmen at the lobby and pool bar were asking for tips everytime you wanted to get something even if you have all inclusive and many times we had to wait a lot until the barman smokes his cigarette and comes to give us a cup of water

There is elevator only up to the second floor so keep that in mind if you are traveling with an elder person or someone with difficulties to walk. The main thing that made impression was the staff

I know it is indicated in the offer, I do not think that for a 4-star hotel they should limit you in this way. The pool is okay but the children's section is extremely dirty with yellow water

Beach was across the road from the hotel did not use though in the height of the summer this area would very busy and wonderful, we made the best of what we had and had a fab time

The room was cleaned every day, fresh bedding, fresh towels etc really no complaints at all. The food was the best food we’ve ever had at an all inclusive. Lots of fish, veal, pork and chicken which we loved

We also had a balcony looking over the pool that surprisingly wasn’t noisy. I would recommend bringing your own hair dryer as the one in the room is not the best

The air con was excellent, the water pressure in the shower was amazing and the beds were incredibly comfy. There’s also a kettle and a fridge in the room

The desserts weren’t your standard all inclusive ones either they were fresh cakes and baklava. The pool is freezing however there’s always plenty of sunbeds in the sun which lessens the blow

You also get your own beach towels from a desk at the pool. The drinks are great too, the cocktails are lovely and all the spirits used are branded. You can also get branded soft drinks I

Great hotel, excellent kitchen and staff , smiling and helpful staff at all.I recommended this hotel to everyone who wants to got peaceful and wander full vacation

Lovely hotel, great staff and entertainers. Only complaint is that the pool was freezing but overall though excellent experience throughly enjoyed our stay

The room was spacious, fresh, and well-kept, with comfortable beds that suited our needs perfectly. We had a balcony with a table and chairs, where we could enjoy the evening sun after a day by the pool

The hotel restaurant has both indoor and outdoor sections so you can eat outdoors when the weather is nice. The hotel's pool is small, but quite nice. The pool rules are reasonable and easy to follow

Keep in mind that the pool does not have a lifeguard so children should not go there unattended. All public areas of the hotel were very clean and inviting. Our room was also clean and comfortable

Really lovely hotel and super nice staff!!! The animation program for kids is really fun, full of singing and dancing the girls are super nice and kind with the kids 👏🏽👏🏽🩷🩷

Most of the ones with public facing jobs spoke English to one degree or another. All meals were of buffet type and a good range of food was on offer at all meals

The food didn't taste so good and it was also often a poor quality. But overall the stay was very nice and we enjoyed it, so if you are not picky about a food, I definatelly recommend a visit

The only thing negative about our stay, and it certainly is not the fault of the hotel, was that the view from our balcony (room 312) was of a dirty and disused swimming pool and recreation area

Hotel was nice. During cleaning they even collect a child toy and put them on sleeping bad. As a problem some times fruit was not fresh. In general very good hotel and staff

Rare combination of SPA, mneral water and beachfront location. Food delicious and Ukrainian staff was fantastic, kind and very helpful. Relaxed holiday, highly recommend

Room was big and comfortable, variety of veggie options and the best massage I ever had, salt room is also very good

The pools and the combination of the hot water and sea is great. But the personnel was rude and not really nice

As for the restorant, the personal there was nice and hard-working, the food was good, it was not the best food but there was a lot of things and we liked most of the food. I could have been more diverse but it was nice

The hotel was great, but the beach where it is located is not very good, full of rocks. So if you are planning to swim in the sea, you have to go to another beach

Good Location A little outdated interiors but very nice staff and great location in the area. Had a wonderful stay.

Overall I liked the hotel, the staff is friendly, it is located in a green area, one pool was warm (as I understood they change the water once a week, pour warm water and by the end of the week it is no longer so warm)

Although the hotel is old, if small minuses are removed, it will not be a problem at all (remove mold near the shower, fix the toilet drain in the toilet by the pool, doors that do not close well, cobwebs from the windows, the cooking area is outside, wash the floor on the stairs in the upper restaurant, fix or change sunbeds)

BUT water leaks from the shower in the bathroom and because of this there was always water in the sink and toilet area (the cleaning lady solved the problem by  giving an extra old towel)

  The room was roomy (only the balcony is small due to the air conditioner),  the air conditioner worked properly, there is a refrigerator (no drinking water added)

Guests are mostly from Europe and Ukraine. There a lot of children rest in the hotel, but guests (as well as their parents) smoked a lot (next to the pool and open restraunt) unfortunately seems it is allowed

The pool and spa are wonderful and the location right on the sea garden and beach is great. It's a big hotel but we felt very at home. Definitely recommend it and thank you for a wonderful stay

We stayed in the Grand Hotel and Spa Primoretz for four nights in October, which is very definitely out of season, but our stay was no worse for that. The hotel is grand in setting as well as name

The style is old-fashioned, the sort of old-fashioned that might have been old-fashioned when it was new. Predictable for the era in which the hotel was built but perhaps not for when it was renovated

Pretty nice place 👌 amazing view from the balcony, so get the 5 floor room. The breakfast is not amazing but there is a restaurant literally 100 meters in front of the hotel near the sea

The public spaces of the hotel are spacious and well set out. We opted for a large double room which was in effect a suite size, 60 square metres and felt very relaxed as a result

This property was clean and in a great location. Hotel had everything you need. The gym had everything and one of the best gyms i have seen in a hotel. Indoor pool was a nice touch for the colder fall weather.

In all ways I was very happy here. Location good for local parks, sights, accessible to other areas. View terrific in room on 5th floor facing St Alex cathedral. Floor ceiling windows real nice

Service of door guy , helping with luggage, was superb, and front desk very friendly. Lovely chill top floor breakfast with morning view. My only suggestion is thicker bulgarian fresh yogurt at the breakfast buffet

Nice location, beautiful rooms and great service... we didn’t have the chance to eat at the restaurant but the menu sounded really promising... next time we will come here again!!!

The hotel is in the heart of Sofia, within walking distance of all major landmarks and just steps from the metro station. The spa is excellent — featuring a pool, sauna, steam room, hot tub, and even a cold tub

The location is great, the hardware is very good, and there is English service at the front desk, but the software, service and soundproofing are not good. The front desk was still under renovation when we went there.

Only problem you might encounter is that the toilet is in the shower, but it was not something disturbing. The food was good, but there were not so many options of meat. Anyway, everyday we got enough food to get full

The beach is small, but perfect because there are not so many people. Water was very warm (because of the Burgas golf) and the weather was also nice. I recommend this hotel and I would come back if I could

Beautiful gardens and pool, quiet comfortable rooms, yummy restaurant with amazing breakfast lunch and dinner, which we also tried. And all of this was really for a great price

With proper guidance from management, they adapt quickly. Apart from this minor point, everything else was as wonderful as always

Was here with as a mother and mature daughter taking a 1 week all inclusive vacation in Varna in September. The hotel was well known by the taxi driver and we were dropped off right at the exit

The hotel is located in a very good area, 10 minutes walk from the beach. The food is very good and a lot (you have breakfast, snacks, lunch, snacks, dinner). The alcohol isn’t exceptional, it’s the local one

The rooms were clean and of good size, with an en-suite and a nice sized balcony with outdoor seating furniture. There was also a clothes rack on the balcony. The air con and Tv worked fine in the room

Good variety of cocktails, and the barman serving the drinks was also very pleasant, welcoming, and spoke English well. He ensured all guests were happy

Foid is good, not huge choice, but everything was high quality, fresh and tasty, goid quality alcohol and cocktails

No complains, everything are good. Only one thing is parking fee. Hope to park free for hotel room clients.

The spa services were closed during my visit but I did get a relatively good massage. If you don’t mind walking, you can easily reach most of the Varna attractions save for the Aladzha monastery

It's a good family hotel with lots of families here and very loud animation, 2 pools, 3 restaurants, snack bar, lobby bar and disco (even small kids in the disco along with loud, half-naked men at midnight!)

The animation team truly brings the place to life. Special shoutout to Mila – she’s an absolute star! So friendly, full of energy, and great with both kids and adults. My kids still talk about her and the mini disco

Hotel Arabella is the perfect place if you’re looking for a fun, energetic holiday! There’s always something going on — games by the pool, music, dancing, evening shows… the vibe is just amazing

This was not the case at the Aqua Nevis! Every I ate, I thoroughly enjoyed!!! The restaurant is clean and tidy, with plenty of staff cleaning the tables and floor very quickly! There's also an outside area if you don't want to sit inside

We are smokers ourselves, but we always keep our balconys clean! Pool: The pool was nice with plenty of sunbeds, but, the water was freezing cold. I don't know if this would be the case during the main summer period

There's a pool bar which also serves food which was very good to be honest. There's also a small shop by the pool which sells ice-cream, inflatables, balls, and general bits and pieces

The pool area and sunbeds are jet washed every morning, so it clean and tidy for the guests each day. Food & Restaurant: I usually struggle to find food that doesn't make me feel ill while on holiday

The room was clean with ample storage for clothes, with a wardrobe in the living area, and another wardrobe in the bedroom. Tea and coffee facilities and a small fridge were in the bedroom

Cleaners came in every day, but our balcony which was double the size of the ordinary rooms, was not mopped clean during our 1 week stay, so we had to clean it ourselves

There's even a divider between the bathroom to the rest of the room so it felt like staying in a junior suite instead. The facilities were amazing, best indoor pool I've been to ever

Hotel was with good location, the room was quite basic. Service attitude not the best and the breakfast room was quite messy and not cleaned also small. I can recommend this for a few nights stay in Sofia

Very nice 2 week business stay. Rooms large and clean, personell friendly - hospitality as it should be! I especially enjoyed the very good breakfast, but also had a few lunches and dinners

I have stayed there for the New Years' Eve. This is a good 4-star hotel meeting the standards of the Golden Tulip hotel chain. The hotel is not far from the city center - about 5 mins walk

Having said that, the room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was a decent size, and soap, shampoo and shower gel were provided. The hotel staff were helpful when our friends misplaced their hotel key

While we understand that management policy is policy, we felt that the hotel staff should have been empowered to accommodate guest comfort given the vagaries of climate change

Although the fan was on and set to maximum (minimal draft and no cold air), the full blast of the afternoon sun heated up the two large windows that face the main road

We asked reception if the cold air could be turned on, and were told that the hotel policy was to cut off all airconditioning by Oct 1

We have tried once the restaurant and it was also real good. The hotel has an excellent roof garden bar (with jakuzzi!!!), There having a great view to the city and the sea we spent some nights with a drink

I would be very happy to share my positive review for this hotel on as many platforms as possible, because good hotels deserve fair recognition

A problem was that I had to communicate in bulgarian (my level of the language knowledge is low) for the planning of the treatment, as the responsible was speaking only bulgarian and russian! The breakfast was very good and rich, served indoor and outdoor

The best for me was to book early a parking lot in front of the hotel with 6 euros and my parking was always available, as I returned from daily excursions Generally I was pleased with my stay and if I would visit Pomorje again, I would prefer this hotel

Like the idea that they provide bottles and water dispenser. Room is large, more than enough space. Able to see the nice sunrise every morning. Some tea spoons in the room would be a good improvement

Food was varied and delicious at all meal times, however at breakfast it was especially busy and sometimes hard to find a table to sit at. The pool snack bar had excellent food choices and the food was quick to arrive

We had a lovely time at Hotel Lion as a group of 3 in August 2024. The hotel is lovely and clean, our room was spacious and comfortable with a pool view, balcony was a bit small but was still nice

The hotel staff were friendly most of the time but some seemed a bit unbothered or like they didn’t want to be there at times, but friendly enough

There is not enough sun loungers for all of the guests and we had to go down at 7am each morning to ensure we got 3 sun loungers together

We can only recommend this hotel! The quality of the food was just stunning (we especially loved all the different types of fish and whipping cream-based dishes!). High quality beverages in the bar

The beach was just around 3-4 minutes away and sunbeds were available free of charge. Affordable transport to + from Primorsko/Kiten was available every 30 minutes. Great opportunities for a walk

Beach is very clean and water depth is small (knee deep) for about 50m, making it very child and pet friendly. The hotel complex is huge and blends with the forrest around it

Our family room was lovely and clean, cleaning service was on duty every day. Variety of food and drinks at restaurant. Only one minus for toilet by the pool - should be cleaned up at least one more time during the day

Our kids enjoyed big swimming pool a lot and absolute Highlight were Animators with every day program for kids and adults - doing great job from 10 a. by the pool up to late in the evening at the stage
