Food was very good and snacks anytime during the day, restaurant staff could have been more friendly and at least acknowledge you. However the room cleaners where smiley and room was cleaned everyday

This was end of season holiday for us and we were pleasantly surprised at how beautiful and high standard the hotel was and the service was fantastic

It’s in a really pretty area surrounded by trees and it was very quiet when we went in October but we would definitely be back fantastic beach front location highly recommended and a good standard to with stunning views and a short distance from the airport

We hired a car which was easy parking was right outside the front of the hotel for free the whole Hotel experience was a pleasure And fantastic value for money if you’re looking for a last-minute holiday, we got way more than what we expected

The rooms overlook the beach right on the beach no walking distance and the food and drink was gorgeous so much to choose from And the cocktails were made especially for us at the bar and the spirits are incredibly strong

My husband and I decided to have an anniversary trip away just the two of us, as our son has just gone to uni. We were booked in at Hotel Mura and last minute were changed to Hotel Kaliakra

Absolutely fantastic stay! The room was spotless, quiet, and very comfortable, with an excellent bed that ensured a great night’s sleep

The location is ideal—especially if you're going to a live show at Joy Station, just a 5-minute walk away. The hotel also offers a convenient taxi call service at reception, available anytime for free

His English speaking was amazing, combined with his helfulness. Hardworking but loved inter-acting with all clients. Wonderful latte, but on my last day, I requested his signature"cocktail "

Ceco (Receptionist) was very rude on the same day of my arrival. I can say my mood lifted as soon as I went over to the Hotel Bar. Melin was superb as we had a great interaction

The breakfast staff were also superb, for a few days. Breakfast selection was great

Plus, it's less than 20 minutes from the airport by car

Sunbed wise I never had an issue getting one and there seemed to be some available throughout the day, I was there the end of August/beginning of September. It was very clean, the cleaners never seemed to stop working

Party of 4 arrived Saturday June 1st. We were the only guests for 2 days.staff were absolutely wonderful and treated us like VIPs!!! Hotel clean,food good,staff the best ever!! Love it cl ,good food.

I wasn't expecting too much from a 3* hotel but what a great place this was. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I had an issue with my toilet flushing the first day and they sorted it within the hour

Our room was big with plenty of storage space and a good size fridge plus a little freezer. The Air con does its job 👍 The beds are comfy and the bedding is spotless

They are great, friendly and are only trying to make sure we all have a great time. whatever you need they will sort it. Its nice to see management being good with there hardworking staff

At first we thought it was alot smaller than we were used to but actually preferred it as everyone spoke to each other and mingled. The hotel is spotless and the cleaners work non stop to keep it that way

The food was fresh and there was plenty of choice, some of the best food we have had abroad. I would 100% come back here again as I was so impressed

We stayed here for 10 days it was ok until the kids football team arrived and was running riot pushing in at the restaurant banging on doors at stupid o’clock the pool was good and the bar man was really friendly his name was valintine (not sure how you spell it)

Every evening there were activities carried out by the animation team for children and adults , a very nice atmosphere ! I highly recommend the location for an exceptional holiday!

Obzor is quite a small town and not a lot to do but the hotel was nice everything you need room B206 was perfectly located with a fantastic sea view well appointed and very clean

The food was good the main restaraunt is on the first floor good selection of food on all sittings there is a Bulgarian themed restaraunt in block c which can be booked twice a week we went 3 times over our 2 week holiday the food was very nice and made a change

All inclusive was great excellent food and drink all staff were brilliant. Only faults were no comfortable seating in entertainment room sunbeds were quite uncomfortable and too low for us oldies but plenty of them

there is a variety of service for different budget, the therapist is good, there is always fresh towels available, the saunas were good

Spacious room, spectacular view, warm welcome, very nice SPA center and swimming pool with hot mineral water. Conference hall and options for a nice coffee break. You can easily visit the city of Varna during your stay

I have been here before and I had excellent time, so I decided to return. Although I was on my own, I didn’t feel alone , everybody was very welcome and I always had somebody that I can have a chat with

All the team is very happy smiley and helpful. I can honestly say this is one of the best experience that I’ve had on the Bulgarian coast

I used all-inclusive for breakfast lunch and dinner -food is absolutely outstanding. You could also have wine either white red or rosé or two different kinds of beer that was part of the all-inclusive

A very pleasant place to relax! The hotel is cozy, and the spa area really impressed me – the sauna with a sea view and the salt room were amazing. The atmosphere is calm, and you can truly unwind

Honestly, one of the best places to visit on Obzor, and the Bulgarian seaside maybe. The management is doing their job very well in terms of service, different activities, the rooms are very clean and spacious

The restaurant was also very good with a lot of tasty food and great options for both adults and kids

Located in a business park out of town but that suited us for what we were doing. Room was amazing, bed was comfortable, room service was great, bathroom products were good, buffet, and spa was also amazing.

Gym is also really, really good. It would be nice to have a dedicated water fountain in the gym and one next to the sauna. Location only for people who visit offices nearby

Breakfast is OK, I would suggest having a dedicated person at the egg station so that I could order an omelette any time (menu suggests it's paid extra). It would be nice to also have a decaf coffee option

The atmosphere throughout the hotel was elegant, luxurious and relaxing, and every detail felt carefully thought out to make guests feel welcome and comfortable

The combination of excellent facilities and the outstanding animation program led by Liza and Kristina makes it a perfect choice for families and individuals alike

The apartment rooms seem very dated with worn furniture and uncomfortable beds some of the plug sockets didn't work and the Aircon was practically non existent, luckily we were able to switch rooms after a few nights after complaining to reception

The restaurant food is not catered for English guests and at best is Luke warm did try eating here twice and gave up , ended up eating out the rest of the week, pool bar staff are mostly good

one of my favorite hotels, the food is very good and has a lot of options, the rooms were clean, but it was far from the beach. i miss this place so much.

Very nice place to go with family. All staff are very friendly and helpful. Good food and very nice atmosphere during the time. The Flying Team are so good with children to organise their time. We had very good time .

Overall, Mena Palace Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful holiday destination

Things like for example - soft close toilet lids - sharp edges on bathroom controls - appropriate baby high chairs in the restaurant - soft padding on the metal bar between internal and external pool - single elevator per block - etc… The spa is quite good and has nice facilities but falls shy of what you would find at lets say katarino or kings valley

Similar to the previews reviews, id put this hotel at a 3. 5 star, but 5 stars is really a stretch. A good 4 star would be hyatt pravets for example

I am visiting the hotel for 3rd time. As usual it is great, clean, stuff is nice and friendly. Food is great, spa is amazing, love the outside pools

This time i decided to go to magnesium massage and the lady’s name was Elena she is just perfect, very sweet

I could not see her name ,but it will be nice if she can be more polite !

although price wise they are on par and similar. We visited with a baby and were surprised to find it quite unequipped on that front too. The rooms are not baby safe and have a lot of edges and dangerously placed sockets

The hotel also provides a free shuttle van to Bansko, which was extremely convenient. The driver was excellent, professional, and always punctual. The food was outstanding — fresh, tasty, and well-prepared every day

We enjoyed every moment of our time, Our favourite moments include sitting on the balcony watching the stars and breathing in the fresh Mountain air! The views were spectacular

Another big plus was the restaurant: they serve the best espresso I’ve had in a hotel, really worth mentioning! While I wouldn’t rate it 4 stars due to the age of the hotel, it’s definitely a solid 3-star stay with excellent service, great coffee, and unforgettable sea views

We got a room with a direct view to the sea, we drank our coffee there watching the sunrise and slept with the window open listening to the waves. We had an excellent sleep here

Very good hotel at the Marina Diveni Blv with great furniture and an excellent view on the Yacht Harbor. Breakfast is included which is very good as well. Rooms are spacious and in very good condition

Fascinating! Location is so perfect! And the specious hallways and lobby reminds me of a castle! The breakfast was so rich, despite the fact I am on a special diet- everything of the Buffet fits me perfectly!

There is an open-air swimming pool on the first floor with many people swimming and sunbathing. The service is warm and thoughtful. The only drawback is that the facilities are a bit old

Pretty nice hotel, not very far from the ski resort, very nice employees, but 100euro/night pretty to much for the room, I'd stay in much better conditions at this money, the room is very basic, safe is not working, the bed and courtains are from 1990, and the list goe's on

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, the customer care was wonderful, they really took good care of us! The food was diversified and really delicious, there was an everyday room service!! We were there for our daughter’s birthday and they prepared a surprise for her without any extra cost 🥰 We really recomand it!! The only minus is that their spa isn’t all the time available, you need to book it in...
