The best part is the pancakes chef that makes pancakes for breakfast on the spot, with very delicious chocolate cream

The beach is not so close, there are parts with 2 sunbeds and umbrela for 30 lev (16euro) and in front of Zazu Bar and Bedroom bar are 50-60 lev (26-32) euro for 2 sunbeds with mattress and big umbrela and two towels

The pool is ok, the only down side is that the sunbeds are little dirty, from dust, sand, something spilled, etc, but that can be easly cleaned. There are activities for kids like waterpolo and dance party

New towels on request,for a hair dryer you should ask at the reception. The food was delicious, little repetitive but still ok. The service is very fast they make sure everyone has everything they want

One remark is the cutlery and the glasses should be polished. Otherwise they might have food on them even washed

Bedroom club guest are allowed to use the pool and the toilet. There is day party every day and is little more busy for the weekend

I recently stayed at this hotel and was very surprised in the best way. The staff were so friendly and helpful throughout our whole stay. The kids' activities were amazing and kept the children happy and busy every day

Honestly, one of the best places to visit on Obzor, and the Bulgarian seaside maybe. The management is doing their job very well in terms of service, different activities, the rooms are very clean and spacious

The restaurant was also very good with a lot of tasty food and great options for both adults and kids

People who serves food should speak English very well to explaing the ingredients respecting people's diet and health is vital for a good food experience and for health & safety as well

It's a beautiful hotel with very friendly staff. The valet who parks the cars is world class. Right there when you need him and his driving skills are tip-top. His name was Valeri, best man.

Reception staff was nice, too; they answered any question i had. Overall I would definitely recommend this place and/or come here again. Not to mention, you walk outside and straight on the beach within a minute!

Breakfast was a highlight for us. We particularly enjoyed the homemade honey, yogurt, cakes, and the delicious Banitsa—it was all incredibly tasty! The coffee was excellent as well

A few words about the location of Panorama Hotel: it is situated in the tourist and resort area of Varna. 5 minutes to the beach, 5 minutes to the port (boat trips), 5 minutes to the amusement park

This is our second time, we would absolutely come back a third. I recommend this hotel for family’s has something for everyone and so welcoming. The shuttle bus to and from the gondala was perfect

The indoor pool was lovely and warm, lots of space to have fun splash about or simply relax. The menu in the restaurant is very affordable, tasty, something for everyone

The hotel also provides a free shuttle van to Bansko, which was extremely convenient. The driver was excellent, professional, and always punctual. The food was outstanding — fresh, tasty, and well-prepared every day

Very good hotel at the Marina Diveni Blv with great furniture and an excellent view on the Yacht Harbor. Breakfast is included which is very good as well. Rooms are spacious and in very good condition

Excellent hotel located in the city center. Huge rooms, I stayed in "Executive room" that looked like a suite. The rooms are clean and and seems renowned. Breakfast is good with lots of varieties

Very lovely hotel and friendly staff. Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was cut short, but the experience I had there was good.

They don't have a pool but you can use the one of the neighbors for free but if you want umbrella and chairs you have to pay. The only negative aspect is the shower in bath of the room

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, the customer care was wonderful, they really took good care of us! The food was diversified and really delicious, there was an everyday room service!! We were there for our daughter’s birthday and they prepared a surprise for her without any extra cost 🥰 We really recomand it!! Fascinating! Location is so perfect! And the specious hallways and lobby reminds me of a castle! The breakfast was so rich, despite the fact I am on a special diet- everything of the Buffet fits me perfectly!

There is an open-air swimming pool on the first floor with many people swimming and sunbathing. The service is warm and thoughtful. The only drawback is that the facilities are a bit old

The location is perfect, just a short walk from the sunny beach and clear waters. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the on-site restaurant served exquisite meals. The pool area was a great place to relax

Food presentation was of good standard and colourful, unfortunately not always as hot as we like to eat it (they will mic for you) pizza at the snack bar was delicious burgers were cold

We’ve just had a 9 day honeymoon and it was amazing, the hotel is clean everywhere the food was amazing everyday, lots of variety, rooms are beautiful and the beds are comfortable, the drinks are brilliant but they need a local beer on tap as Bulgarian beer is amazing

This hotel's best pints are its pools and water spas. All are nicely set up and well-maintained. There's good variety in the saunas and steam rooms, and the outdoor pool is attractive to use even in October

The experience is very good and the staff is very kind and they are exceptional at their work. The food was great. I liked it very much.

In October, with few guests, the common spaces felt very lonely. The food was not very good and we quickly found better options in Velingrad. We went for the waters and the air, and Maxi delivered on those counts

The room with a balcony was spacious and comfortable. It lacked a few niceties, like a good supply of water bottles in the room each day, but was big and inviting

An incredible hotel with nature view, cozy, spacious, the design is simply top notch, a great spa center with incredible treatments, the food is fresh and wonderfully cooked, the desserts are unique, the lobby bar is superb and the staff are more than friendly, I recommend everyone to visit this hotel to experience all of this in person!

The worst thing is the buffett in the morning, its boring and offers not much. No fruits, no fresh bread, no good ham and has a lot of strange stuff. The eggs are eateable and the coffee is fine

Lovely hotel in a lovely area close to the beach 24hr supermarket across the road just perfect and the blonde hair lady on reception speaks great English and is very helpful bus stop right outside to take you to Varna for 50p great hotel

Good for 1-2 nights but i can't see myself staying for longer period. The rooms are not very big and almost without any furniture. The bathroom is small and with a curtain not a door.

The hotel is new, it is very clean, the room is cleaned daily. Parking is free and is available either in front of the hotel or in the underground parking. I stayed 7 nights in August 2020

Lovely old hotel, nice room and good breakfast.

And upon our arrival: the receptionist told us there were no more spaces and that we had to find a spot on the street, paid parking at 8 euros per day, including Saturday and Sunday!!! No empathy, no intention of helping us even though we were staying 4 nights for over 400 euros in total

Quiet place and good location. Small hotel with good quality for short stay in Varna. Underground parking is too narrow if you arrive with bigger car. Generally I recommend this place.

We are a family of 2 and spent 5 days at this hotel in early January. We booked a studio and a family of friends with 2 kids booked an apartment. The first impression was nice, as the lobby looks amazing

Overrool friendliness of staff very poor no all there are some willing to help but some as I mention they will kick you out just not to border them with any questions

Transport to gondola be carfull they drop you on one place and you have to reed the small letters that there is different pick up point to go back to hotel

I think the mentality of the staff is same as it was in the 90th no matter they progress in EU hospitality is stuck in somw post Bulgarian Era

But once we got to the rooms we were unpleasantly surprised, as they don't look like in the pictures. The bathroom is extremely small and very far away from a 4-star rating

The location is spectacular, on the seafront! We have been going here for 5 years, every year and we love it! Beautiful gardens with lots of greenery, well maintained, many and clean swimming pools, large and clean apartments, very good food and good prices, exceptional quality-price ratio

If you walk around you'll see all sorts of plants, shrubs and landscapes. 8 different swimming pools hence happy kids. The resort is more family orientated. If you want madness Sunny Beach is nearby

An issue with our dinner on day 1 (a small stone in the salad!) resulted in profuse apology from the restaurant manager and a complimentary lunch on day 2 - we were happy with this response

The room was spacious and airy, the duvets and pillows offered a great night sleep and, very importantly, it was quiet - bar the children in the swimming pools but we could live with that

Wonderful! Well designed and well kept family friendly hotel on the beach. Hotel restaurant was surprisingly good with music most evenings of the week.

And later in the evening , he drove us on hotel electric car and explained directions to local famous sights. Friendly restaurant personal always attended our questions , food was great and affordable

If you're coming from Burgas get a bus to Nesebar new town and the hotel is a 15mins walk from the bus stop. There are plenty of sun loungers for everyone and a small pool

Front desk friendly staff , Valentin our concierge and parking attendant , went well beyond for us to feel comfortable and safe to show us a parking place

Every-time we spend the night in Ruse, we choose Riga. That being said, it could be a much, much better hotel if it had better management

Sometimes, I go to a expensive hotel and find many stuff not well positioned or missing at all. Here this is not like that and you can also enjoy really nice views at the Danube river.
