The hotel is excellent, the sea is wonderful, the food is excellent. There was a very large selection of food.

I was in this place for a couple of days and I had great experience. I had a lot of fun with the amazing animation team, which I admire truly. The girls were amazing!! We would love to see them again

The restaurant's food is incredibly tasty every day, but it would be desirable. The hotel is an old one and some equipment in the rooms and in other places that require it should already be changed

We had a rest here with my family, excellent service, timely cleaning, delicious varied food

But the most fun in my experience here were the animators, who are very dedicated to their work, they will never leave you busy, you will always have something to learn from them

If there is still time to gold beach, then definitely in Hotel Mimosa!!! Super Service, good, however in need of refurbishment Hotel, nice staff

Food is good, on all the tastes. yhe the drinks were quality, not some low quality. Now let's talk about some aspects, the refill of the minibar was done only ones after I've complained several times

Beer is fresh and cold always, bartenders are young and friendly, good ice cream. All the rooms have sea view and is very nice. 2 minutes from the hotel entrance to the beach

One of the best experiences i’ve ever had, out of the ordinary staff, so kind and lovely to communicate with, especially the girls at the reception. High quality beds and so many services. I highly recommend it!!

The rooms are really spacious and have everything you need. The hotel it is right on the beach, inside a pine forrest, part of a group of HVD hotels. So, it is safe to walk around into the park

I am writing the negative comments because I believe that it can be improved and because we have enjoyed the overall experience and we will be back next year

The toilet paper finished I have requested but nobody came, I had to ask from someone who was doing the maintenance on the floor

We came late at night and got some water and snack which was what we needed after the long trip. Food was good, considering we were out of season and didn’t expect much of the variety

Hotel Excelsior is pretty nice!! The location is suitable, and plus, there are many cheap stores in the region. The staff kept the hotel extremely clean at all times, and they were always helpful when we needed something

Animation has a great hospitality!! Engaging and entertaining. And the bar is very good and kind. The animation team has a nice tone. But the food and buffet is not very well

It was good overall, apart from the fact that elevators at some point were not working which was making it hard and 2 days in a row cleaning stuff forgot to put shower gel. Animation stuff was brilliant.

I was impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel and the way it looks. The beach is a bit far, but there are minibuses every hour. The alternative is the pool, large and clean, with an exceptional animation team

All in all, the hotel was great and we had the most amazing time. The staff was very polite and even solved an issue we had with our room. The beach was quiet and beautiful I even took the most amazing pic of the sunset

We had a lovely stay in the Grand Hotel Sunny Beach. My family and I were in an apartment on the 9th floor and we had a great room with sea view. The hotel is recently renovated

There is a gym in the hotel and animation team that are super friendly. Delicious food, good weather and we couldn’t ask for more

Food good for a few days, then it was recycled into other dishes, bread stale and choices were getting less on desserts, mostly biscuits. Food became cold and less appealing

The hotel is amazing, really clean, plenty food choice. My favourite is always breakfast as you can have a full English. We here with disabled brother and Nan, and the room they have is wheelchair accessible

It’s a nice hotel, in a relatively busy area during the evening, but quiet at night. Room was clean and confortable. Someone cleans your room daily. Food is good and we found it diverse

Alongside tempting desserts and a wide selection of fruit, there were several flavors of ice cream to choose from. Bars operated from morning until late evening, serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks

The food is for everyone’s taste, at dinner we could book a table every day at the Italian and Asian restaurant, where you can find different types of food compare tot the main restaurant and the advantage that I personally liked was that it wasn’t crowded as in the main restaurant

The hotel's location is excellent — close enough to restaurants, attractions, and public transport to be convenient, but sufficiently distant to be quiet and peaceful at night

The beverages were ok, tastable. The room was very clean, they cleaned the room every day and change the sheets one time in our staying(5 days). Also, they would bring water and bath supplies every day to refill the room

I was a little nervous about this trip given previous reviews. However this hotel is wonderful. 2 mins to La Flor restaurant (if needed) and Condor bar etc. The room was spacious and bathroom/shower was perfect

Staff (including the cleaners) were very helpful and polite. We had one or two issues with our room, we reported the issues and staff remedied these issues very promptly

The food was excellent (4 star) and it was very varied so there was always something to suit your palette

We arrived at 6 o'clock and we made the check in. At 9 o'clock we can use the pool and at 12 the snack bar. Around the pool every day there are free places where to seat. The food was very good and delicious cooked

On the downside, the hotel can get noisy in the evenings, and the air conditioning isn’t always strong enough on very hot days. The pool area is lively but often crowded, so it’s best to grab a sunbed early

Most importantly, the food!! Breakfast was very satisfactory (3 types of eggs, potatoes, beans, eggy bread, salads, nice bread (butter good). Great choices (pork, chicken, fish every night)

It was very fun and very good animators. Very good shows and I have been coming for a few years now and have been very pleased. The beach is very good and also drinks and food very tasty.

The activities were really fun and the animation team (Anishka, Cleo, Kathy, Simon and the whole team – sorry if I misspelt or missed anyone) were awesome, thanks a lot! The drinks at the bar had loads of variety and the water park staff were super friendly too – thanks for a great holiday!

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Bolero. You can also find clean rooms, nice pools and good food in other hotels, but here they add something extra – incredibly kind staff and well-prepared entertainment

From the range of activities everyone can choose something if they want to have some fun and get up from the sunbed :-) The animators radiate incredible energy and in my opinion they are the main treasure of Bolero

What a great Kempinski! The best experience in Bansko~

We loved the Kempinski! The spa was exceptional with every room you could think of (multiple different saunas, steam rooms, snow room, indoor and outdoor jacuzzis, shower experiences, relaxation rooms and pools) and the restaurant food was lovely with different themes each night (Saturday Italian, Sunday Bulgarian, Monday Alps, Tuesday Asian etc)

The best part of staying at the Kempinski is the VIP pass - if you are skiing during school holidays this is a must! Gondola queues have been between 2-3 hours a day and with VIP we have gone straight through-it’s worth a stay in the hotel for this alone! And the price was not much more than the normal pass price at about €75 per days for adults (less for children 11 and under)

One of the best hotels in Bansko. The location is superb, rooms are spacious and well equipped with all kinds of amenities. The staff and the overall service are exceptional. The spa and the restaurants are excellent.

I had a spacious 2-room suite with an additional room, both with a view of the small town. The new furnishings in these two rooms were good. However, even this 3-year-old room was already showing very clear signs of wear

There was also no turndown service which is strange for Kempinski or any luxury hotel chain. On the positive side, the spa is excellent and the hotel has a great atmosphere

My family and I stayed here from July 29 to August 5, 2025. It is an excellent hotel in a quiet location with very friendly and professional staff and delicious cuisine

fast check in and check out. Nice shower with good warer pressure. gym was big and aircondicioned. Food was good, enough to choose from. Staff was superfast to clean your table, sometimes even too fast

pool area was good, but not enough sunbeds. I'd say around 50 beds only, and they were all taken by 9/10 am. then the beach would be the only option. Hotel layout was some wierd

Couldn't be closer to the sea, lovely rooms, comfy beds, soft pillows, lots of bars, fizzy water "on tap" 2 pools, all day ice-cream. Fizzy wine (champagne) is a bit sweet for my taste and not reliably chilled

Spirits and cocktails, a bit hit and miss ?. Some staff are a bit tired (September is the end of the season) but others like Natalie (Nataliya) on reception and Kiril at the beach bar are still happy to serve

The staff is very friendly and helpful, the piccolo Stoyan was very nice and responsive. However, the staff near the main pool is amazing. The bartender Pavel is a nice and funny guy, always gives the best drinks

Nice hotel, located 10-15 minutes walk to the centre of things, comfortable beds, good shower, rich breakfast.

It would be good if there are 2 designated lanes with dividers: one for swimming laps; and second one split in two in the middle for the people that can only do 1/2 lane

It is a 3-star hotel, by no means a 5-star hotel. The rooms look good, they are spacious, but the cleanliness leaves much to be desired, the bathroom fills with water every time you shower and the toilet bowl moves

I visited Therma ECO Village in October 2023, after the main season – most of the hotels in the area were already closed, so I could enjoy pure nature and empty beaches near the hotel

Lovely apartment, fab views,staff nice, our kettle broke and was replaced straight away ,all pools and restaurants good , only downfall was pots and pans, cutlery were not clean had to wash them before we could use them but not really an issue for us

It right on the beach, food is ok, nothing much to do in the area. Paid parking outside 10 Leva, inside complex more. They have free sunbeds at the many pools which you can take to the beach. It is nice for relaxing.

The food selection was limited but tasty. The local olives and cheeses were absolutely excellent. Overall, a peaceful and enjoyable place to stay, especially for nature lovers and those looking for a relaxing break

Our first family holiday in Obzor was chosen after my wife, mother-in-law, and children (6 and 10) visited last year and loved it enough to return. We stayed self-catering, and the hotel experience was excellent

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the food was a highlight, featuring delicious traditional Bulgarian dishes along with international options

A great place for the family. As a 65+ solo traveller I have felt safe ,both around the location and the beach. September is very quiet here especially for a chill out holiday.

The room was clean with ample storage for clothes, with a wardrobe in the living area, and another wardrobe in the bedroom. Tea and coffee facilities and a small fridge were in the bedroom

Your bags are checked by security on entertaining for anything you're not allowed to take inside! There are plenty of slides to keep the whole family entertained, with areas for small children

We really enjoyed our stay! Room: When we booked, we upgraded to one of the larger rooms with a pool view, and a bedroom with an ensuite, a living area area with another bathroom

There's a pool bar which also serves food which was very good to be honest. There's also a small shop by the pool which sells ice-cream, inflatables, balls, and general bits and pieces

These 3 young men, really made our holiday enjoyable and memorable!!! 10 out of 10 for all 3 of them!!! Sports bar: This is a great area for adults and children! There's a football field where you can sit and watch the kids playing football while you're having a drink

This was not the case at the Aqua Nevis! Every I ate, I thoroughly enjoyed!!! The restaurant is clean and tidy, with plenty of staff cleaning the tables and floor very quickly! There's also an outside area if you don't want to sit inside
