They can make you coffee in the morning, but unfortunately the restaurant at the hotel is no longer open. But this does not interfere with the peace and good time!

The price for a week was very decent and good. Quite close to the sea and shops. The owner is extremely nice and correct

We are very happy! We were in an apartment - large, spacious, clean. There are two working air conditioners, a TV, comfortable beds, they often come to change and fix the room/beds

It's quiet and you don't have noisy neighbors to disturb you. The view from the terrace is of the buildings, blocks and car park which I don't think is a bad thing. It doesn't have to be towards the sea

Nice hotel, the top floor has view of the sea. The only problem is the lack of adequate curtains - it gets bright in the room very easy

The serenity of the place, late at night, the complicity of the sea, right in front of you, when you open your eyes in the morning, the exquisite non alcohoolic and alcohoolic drinks carefully prepared at the Skybar, the excellent food, the yummy cakes and gorgeous coffee from the Coffee Shop, cannot be ignored

2 pools, own beach, bit strong drinks, but just order with less alcohol and its all good :) Location is perfect and the hotell is really nice :)

Vistamar, forever Since we had an amazing holiday in May, we decided to book a summer stay in the same Concept room, right then. Our arrival was delayed by a terrible event, the loss of a most beloved family member

The rooms were clean and the common areas were always good. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful, which really added to the overall experience

We visited this hotel with a group of friends and had a wonderful stay. The location its also good if you looking for some quiet place for rest

One of the best Spa Hotels that we have visited recently where the customer service is outstanding and the Spa was included in the price of the room! Upon arrival at the hotel the Staff advised us that they are giving us a free upgrade to a premium room

Excellent for business trip and corporate meetings, great staff, polite and friendly staff. The conference room is nice with a great AC, fully equipped with multimedia speakers 🔊. Cozy rooms, great food, comfy beds 🛌!

Room is good with all needed facilities. They provide drinking water in reusable glass water. coffee and chocolate drink in room. Breakfast was big spared with good taste

Radisson Plodvid is better known as Imperial Hotel. It is a big building covering huge area of lawn and parking. Our check in was smooth with very friendly and helping staff at front desk

They are offering guests to take fruits with them if they so wish. Ask for some services which write provided within no time

Maybe the best place for family vacation with small kids. Excellent breakfast buffet. There are many attractions for kids. Clean beach and sea.

It has a big territory with several pools for adults and children, a nice park with some sport equipment, a good playground for children. The only disadvantage is a small beach

Good place for summer vacation if you do not want to spend a lot of money. It's a part of complex named Grand Hotel Varna

It is directly on the beach, in the dining room not good enough to wash dishes and not enough waiters, as a consequence a long time searching the net, or at least a free table. Cocktails in the bar are pretty mediocre

but I can't tell you how it was. You want a quiet, luxurious holiday, food everything you can't imagine and the staff who are always smiling and eager to help you

The food is not really a good choice, but this is more a matter of personal taste and nevertheless, it is good food. Overall, it is something that I whould recommend

The food variety and quality was excellent, spa was exceptional and general quality of the hotel and rooms was amazing value for money. The icing in the cake was the bowling facility which we discovered on the last day

You can get to Orlovetz hotel, Neptune and Glamour Chalet restaurants, and vintage bowling alley without going outside, there are underground passages through the hotel which is cool! We found the staff to be very friendly and happy to help, Bulgarians can come across as more direct to British customs of politeness (pleases and thank yous etc), but don’t be put off by the more direct communication...

The breakfast was varied and plentiful, and the hotel’s location was excellent—close to everything, yet peaceful at the same time. I truly felt welcome and will definitely return

Some bits here and there needed repairing but minor. The beds were some of the best I've slept in. Neptun resturant a bit pricey but layout/decor just right

Yes breakfast was mostly the same each day but had lots of variety and we never found it running out and the staff would remove items that had been sat out a while and replace

The staff is very polite and nice, food is quite good and plenty. I don't have any reason to complain, I had a nice time here with my wife and kids

Cannot say anything about the TV: we never turned it on. Our kids wanted to watch some cartoons once, but we used our laptop (i always forget to bring a HDMI cable). For me the water was too cold, but the kids liked it

At the pool bar in the afternoon there was also ice cream, kids lived it, and one side if the pool was for kids. For the kids there was also a nice playground. The personnel was very strange to me

Anyway we entered the room only to sleep, so not a big issue. The cleaning while staying there wasn't that great. It was annoying a little bit that we took some sand inside on us

Recommended for families, not for young and restless people searching for parries, syreet food etc. Initially the room was absolutely clean, the air conditioning was functional

What was annoying: the outer unit is on the wal looking to the next neighbour's balcony, so when the other neighbour used the air conditioner, our balcony was noisy and hot

We all stayed for a meal here one night and the orders came out all wrong, at different tikes so half the party had finished before other meals had arrived and the waiter (who i have to say worked some rediculous long hours from am through to pm) spilt drink over one person and dropped Mayonnaise on another

Luckily two rooms were together where the you ger ones stayed next to each other. We stayed bed and breakfast with one couple out of the 12 having g half board. I would not opt for breakfast here again, it never changed

4 dry cakes to choose from, baked beans, 3 types of sausage (i couldnt eat any of them but the others seemed to find them ok) booked eggs, scrambled eggs or fried, then you could have pancakes, fried bread, or toast

we ordered a pizza and chips between me and my husband and that was fine, the kids ordered chicken strips, chips, halloumi fries and some chicken. They didn't get what they ordered they got lots of cheese in batter

The staff did apologise, one thing I noticed in the whole of bulgaria even if they make the mistake you will still have to pay for it. So they got offered free drinks instead

The pool area is very small and fighting for sunbeds became a real problem in the days leading up to our departure where more summer holiday guests were arriving

Wonderful experience! Very close to the beach~ 2min walking to the sea. Rooms are very spacious, service was good, view is amazing, seaside. Free parking near the hotel, ~1 min walking. Very friendly and helpful staff

The staff were lovely, especially the girls that work on reception, the ladies that do the cooking and the lads Dario and Costa that work behind the bar/restaurant

They very kindly organised a birthday cake for my two year old and bought him a gift, which was very thoughtful and lovely. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything was as we hoped for, even better. Only recommendation for the host is to diversify the breakfast a bit more

A very nice hotel where we spent two weeks. Rooms clean and bedding and towels changed regularly

About the rooms, they're good, but one major disappointment. Just regular ones with a mix of bulgarian and romanian channels. This was a turnoff since I quite couldn't use it sincer I wasn't able to watch anything

The meals are at reasonable hours and also you have quite a lot of time to eat ( breakfast was from 7:30 to 10, lunch 12:30 to 14:30 and dinner 18:30 to 21 )

Also, the quality of the sodas is terrible, so I wouldn't recommend cocktails with soda, since they have a good variation of alcohol

There is also a bar that is open from 7 to 23. The cocktails there can be good, but it depends on who is behind the counter to serve you

The hotel's manager and maintenance staff were great. The location is very convenient, and good value. Rooms and gym are old and need lift up, not very clean.

Clean and neat that was all I was looking for and it was. The staff was also really nice and helpful. I Can recommend this place to everybody.

The airconditioning was working well, the room was big and nice. There were separate switches for the light and the ventilation in the room.

We were in a period when there were these flies like mosquitoes, but they do not bite you. A day before our leave, their population reduced. The hotel is between the lake and the sea

The room had en suit shower room, telephone, balcony, flat TV, fridge and it's own WiFi router. The room and public areas of the hotel are very clean and well maintained. All the staff are friendly and very helpful

Had a fantastic weeks holiday at this hotel, we asked for a quiet room and thats exactly what we got, room was really good, bed comfy

Worth noting there are no safes in the room which I would have honestly preferred but they do have safest at reception from what I understand! Sun loungers for the hotel on the beach are not directly in line with the hotel we didn't spot those at first so hopefully you'll spot them

Food choice was extensive constantly refreshed, apart from Sofia in the lobby bar who wouldnt know what a smile is let alone disturb her annoyed look, the staff were friendly and welcoming

Average place, not really clean rooms. Common for Sozopol, there is no parking place, but there is overnight parking not far away from the hotel. Room price is average based on the season price

Beach is near like 5 minutes by walk. There is small pool which the water quality seems not really clean

Excellent quality, both for the rooms as well as for the services and food, definitely higher than the 3* category formally assigned to the place 👍! Owners are very nice and pleasant to interact, all very natural, nothing over-pushed 👌! They took great care of setting up the place with a clearly shown attention to the smallest details, combining this as well with their passion for art
