the rooms are nice, the service is good, but the hygiene is really bad. i got a virus because of it🥲the outdoor tables at the restaurant aren't cleaned. the indoor tables are well cleaned, though

and the rooms are cleaned well, too. the location isnt the best, and i won't recommend if you have a baby or a toddler

"+" good and various food, nice and big room, very nice and clean private beach; "-" at the bathroom the water pressure was very low on the upper floors, în certain intervals the hot water was missing, there were bathtubs instead of showers (and not a modern ones), the towels smelled bad, the refrigerator did not cool well, a part of fake ceiling fell in the middle of the night because of air conditional...

I love being on this beach, the staff are friendly, and I always feel safe and protected because they are always walking around, the only thing is that there are not enough mattresses provided

The room was clean, beds were comfy, the only downside was the fire alarm going off a few times the first night we arrived - this isn't very loud and we slept through the 2nd one although other members of our party did hear it

The food was average, there was the variety of choices like for example for breakfast pancakes, sausages, bakery products, vegetables etc. No threats of poisoning as some others wrote here

There are several food stores nearby. there is a swimming pool and a small play area for children. The rooms are spacious, but the furniture is not very new. There are problems in the bathroom with the shower

Great hotel but in the wrong place. We were informed some facilities would not be available as the season was coming to an end. We had a excellent welcome by reception staff given a good good pack as we had arrived late

We were shown to our room within 10 mins of arriving. The room was excellent spotless clean,large comfortable bed and excellent bathroom

The room was spacious, fresh, and well-kept, with comfortable beds that suited our needs perfectly. We had a balcony with a table and chairs, where we could enjoy the evening sun after a day by the pool

The only thing to note is that if you are Vegan like us the food is limited and best to bring some of your own otherwise it's just salad and vegetables,they don't have any lentils,beans or hummus

Our hotelroom was great with direct acces to the pool. It was open, clean, great breakfast buffet and great location. The staff in the reception on the other hand could be more open and forthcoming

A lot of swimming pools for kids and adults. An indoor swimming pool, large enough. Excellent wine and liquors, including world known brand names. A huge dining room, a lot of well trained and well supervised staff

Managers among them, actually helping when the place is crowded. I have to mention Hristina Diakova, the best restaurant supervisor I ever met

The hotel is right on the huge sandy beach. A lot of umbrellas and sunbeds. A real AI hotel with something for everybody. All kinds of meat: fish, pork, lamb, beef, poultry. Special kids food for all kids ages

The soft drinks were not quite to my taste, but they were okay. I had no trouble finding a parking spot. The room was large and spacious. The bed was very big, and the mattress was much better than at many other hotels

Loved it,nothing to much trouble,clean rooms,even had a emergency alarm in the shower room,breakfast not to good,but pleanty of cafes around,pool was a good size,fab music on around the pool,will be back

Bar is open 24hrs and there was plenty of sunbeds but hardly any normal chairs and the ones occupied had some colourful characters on them (you know the 1s I'm talking about, overweight women in a black swim suit covered in nasty faded tattoos with teen daughters who have got kids)

This is my first time visiting Bulgaria, and we’re halfway through our two-week stay at Grifid Hotel Vistamar. So far, the experience has been comfortable and generally positive

The pool is very small and insufficient for the hotel’s capacity—I am referring to both the indoor and outdoor pools. the food was okay and varied, but there were queues every time. I also believe it is too small

Indeed, we had booked and paid for our stay from October 13th to October 24th, 2025, but due to a sudden rise in my blood pressure, I was rushed to the hospital where an abnormal rise was found due to the sulfur contained in the hotel's thermal pool We presented the doctor's note noting the rise in pressure and accepted by the hotel

The best healing massage ever! I had a back pain because I work a lot with a computer. I did not believe that massage can help. Irina was my massage therapist and she did an amazing job

We are currently staying at this hotel. ALL the staff are extremely friendly. The hotel is spotless and the food is really good considering it is all inclusive which often is not great but this hotel is really good

The wine on all inclusive is also of a very nice standard. Pool towels safe and kettle are all free. The pools are really cold but there is a heated pool inside with a lovely spa. Nothing is too much trouble for anyone
