Hotels All-inclusive in Sunny Beach

Just needs more people doing half board as the evening meals wasn't really that good but the evening meals for our last 2 nights where brill as 50 Hungarians stayed at the hotel

People moaned about it but not sure what they were expecting. We were half board and I liked the meals at night and the service was good. I loved the little lady that served

We all thourghly enjoyed our stay the hotel staff were exceptionally helpful nothing was too much trouble for them they were on call 24/7 with plenty of smiles I would recommend this hotel with my family will definitely be back

Arda Hotel was clean, the people were friendly. It was a great base for the beach and a walk along the main front. The breakfast was toast, cereal, scrambled eggs, sausages beans. I didn’t mind it at all filled me up

They pool area is clean and the pool is lovely but it is 🥶. It’s a family run hotel and I found them to be friendly and a really nice family and would definitely go back. Thank you for a lovely weeks break

A very good basic+ hotel,cheap.very clean,at 1-5 minute walk to beach,shops,restaurants,bars,in the middle of action.The food are OK,bars are good,the hotel staff is very polite and kind.Hot water comes at 7 am.

The room is quite large, I have a double bed and a single. I am all inclusive and the drinks are local products with real Coke zero or normal coke. The pool is large and the area clear

Great location, beach view only 2 mins walk to beach, surrounded by shops Food - ok, we didn’t starve but constant queue for food and waiting for tables to sit at Drinks - plenty and whatever you want until 10pm Staff - very nice and friendly Entertainment - none, entertain yourself! Rooms - Basic but very clean Pool - lovely, and great slides open until 4

Perfect for families with children as it is very much the offer is, everything is manageable and everything is clean. Even the toilets by the Pool are cleaned every 30 minutes. We come next year definitely again!

And then there's the food which is nothing less than perfect. The flavours of each element work incredibly well together and look amazing as expected. I really hope I will have the chance to stay there again

Clean and well maintained hotel with good service and food. The lack of Parking from natural collisions - if there is a place in front of the hotel, he parked for free, if not, look in the same area

it was the best vacation in my life. The best price-quality ratio I have ever seen. Special thanks to the entire reception staff, all issues were resolved instantly and with a smile

We like the unlimited different kind of drinks as well. Staff and receptionist was super nice and friendly. Room and public areas are well taken care of

We had really good interactions with the workers there the people are really nice in general especially the animationteam and the guy who keeps the reception up at night! We drank a lot, we laughed a lot and overall we just had a good time!

We spent 8 wonderful days in Hotel Riva park. Its really a nice holiday for us. Specially for my son who spent his birthday there,he got a whole colourful cake with a group of staff singing for him, he was so happy

Lunch and dinner mostly had the same types of food with some variations – different soups, chicken, pork, and turkey prepared in various ways, sausages, grilled meat, pasta, natural and fried potatoes, etc

Good hotel with great budgeting, we had a lovely holiday there with family and friends. Nice big rooms and very good cleaning service. The hotel has a private beach in 50 meters away, which was amazing

There is often no cutlery and plates in the restaurant, often you have to wait a long time for them - about 20 minutes, and sometimes more, if you ask to take them out, the woman says that "they are washing"!!!! Also at 12:15 (lunch starts at 12:30) some people came in and started to take food, thinking that they can already, because everything was ready, but some woman came out and started aggressively...

Staff are friendly and professional and always kind. The parking area is not that big, we had to park somewhere else. Food, and the bar was great but got repetitive after the 4th day

The hotel is literally on the beach, the rooms are very clean with a TV and a bar fridge. The staff is helpful and kind, always ready to help. There is a wide variety of food, tasty and readily available 😋

It had torn curtains and what appeared to be bloodstains, making it seem as if a violent crime had occurred there before our arrival. Our room contained a double bed, a pull-out sofa, and an additional small folding bed

In summary, just the room we needed! As for the food, I have some additional comments. Breakfast offerings were identical daily. Lunch and dinner provided slightly more variety. Ice cream was only served at set times

The hotel is maintained in a declining condition. The furnishings are old, worn out. The food is in a narrow repetitive menu, the taste is average (not amazing, not offensive). The staff is normal (non-conflict)

Consequently, for all seven nights, I had to share the double bed with my two children. My friend slept on the small folding bed. In the bathroom, the sink wouldn't drain, and the door wouldn't close properly

The staff was polite. The rooms were reasonably clean. The food options were quite limited. The Russian music played in the snack bar was absolutely dreadful. Just so you know, Ukraine is at war with Russia!

Hot water only appeared after two days. The air conditioning unit was ancient and barely functioned. Adding to the misery, it was on the sunny side, overlooking a bustling market

The pool is ok, the only down side is that the sunbeds are little dirty, from dust, sand, something spilled, etc, but that can be easly cleaned. There are activities for kids like waterpolo and dance party

The beach is not so close, there are parts with 2 sunbeds and umbrela for 30 lev (16euro) and in front of Zazu Bar and Bedroom bar are 50-60 lev (26-32) euro for 2 sunbeds with mattress and big umbrela and two towels

New towels on request,for a hair dryer you should ask at the reception. The food was delicious, little repetitive but still ok. The service is very fast they make sure everyone has everything they want

Bedroom club guest are allowed to use the pool and the toilet. There is day party every day and is little more busy for the weekend

The best part is the pancakes chef that makes pancakes for breakfast on the spot, with very delicious chocolate cream

One remark is the cutlery and the glasses should be polished. Otherwise they might have food on them even washed

One of the best hotels we have stayed in. Clean and tidy rooms, the water in the pool is clear. The food served in the hotel restaurant is delicious, every dish was very tasty, huge selection of different meals

Went to McDonald’s and a lady was very aggressive about me using the toilet until I told her my son was waiting for our meal. The last place I wanted to go when I’ve paid for all inclusive

Dated rooms but lovely and clean. Food and drinks awful with a lot of it being cold. Running out of beans and no jam in the morning which to me in an all inclusive is basics

Even the coke machines are not cold enough, I think I’ve probably lost a stone on this holiday. Completely put me off all inclusive. Had such a bad experience this time. I won’t be coming back to Bulgaria

Absolutely fantastic, lovely, friendly staff, very clean room, plenty of space for sunbeds, food great. Couldn't fault anything apart from the later in September you go the evening entertainment is a bit poor.

Antonio was very helpful and friendly. The atmosphere was nice, so was the food. I enjoyed it a lot. Good job! We are planning to visit again next summer.

Among the alcoholic drinks of the Savoy brand are white and dark rum, whiskey, vodka, gin. Menthol liqueur, grape rakia, white and red wine Karnobat. Soft drinks - Pepsi, Sprite, 7 Up. Fresh juices - orange and pineapple

We stayed at the Flamingo Hotel in July 2025, in room 327. For newly arrived tourists, there is a free storage room on the ground floor. We were checked into our room until 12:00. The room was cleaned every day

Everything was great except in booking it says that it has parking but when we arrived we had to pay for parking in different location and also there was a kid working there who tried to scam us for parking

We loved sitting in the restaurant/pool area at evenings like many other people. It was like being in a cozy pub. There is an abandoned club right next to the hotel, but there is nothing the hotel can do about it

The restaurant has nice atmosphere with music. They could lower the volume a little and it would be perfect. The food is pretty normal AI, some are good and some not. We always found something to eat

To the beach you have to walk about 800-1000 meters, but it is very doable when you find your chosen path. The manager and the crew in the restaurant worked hard and everything worked great

If you want to go to the tourist shops and restaurants you just cross the main street of Sunny Beach and there you are

The hotel was disappointing. It didn't meet my expectations. The all-inclusive offer was a joke.

One Gordon Ramsay visit and this place would be kicking because there isn't nothing wrong with the menu itself. Just little fine tuning how to cook different kind of meats. I don't understand why people are so negative

Bad things: plenty of bad and tasteless food, very cold and dirty water in the pool, hotel beach 1km from the hotel, children's juices, drinks regularly run out, few sunbeds for the large capacity of the hotel, no soap in the rooms, not enough towels

As it was late season there was no late bar as stated when booking. The location was great with bars and restaurants on the doorstep. A short walk to a lovely sandy beach. The bus stop at the front of the hotel

From the spacious room that was provided to us, the food that was accessible throughout the whole day from morning to midnight, entertainment for kids and adults - mostly enjoyed the water polo and the darts, the evening programs which never disappointed

The drinks were good, and the best coffee I had was at Coco Café, located in the hotel lobby. Everything was spotless everywhere!

The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, the rooms are cleaned on a daily basis and the food is authentic to the Bulgarian ethnicity.

Overall, my experience at Calypso was excellent. The room service and restaurant/bar staff were incredibly friendly and dedicated. The food was delicious, and the drinks were quite good

One minor detail that could be improved is the music in the restaurant- it could be a bit more quiet and relaxing. And baby chairs could be also changed (at least trays). Apart from it, everything perfect

The food is delicious! In the restaurant there's a variety of foods you could chose from - salads, cheese, marinated fish, olives, two types of soup for lunch and dinner, at leats nine main meals, variety of fruits and deserts

If you don't want to stay in the upbeat part of sunny beach this hotel is ideal its 10 minutes on the bus to flower street and going the other way 10 minutes to the beautiful Old Town of nessebar 2lev per person on the bud, and only 10 minute walk to the beautiful sandy beach

Can chose wine or beer, juice or soda, coffee and tea, hard alcohol at the lobby and pool bar - good quality! Animation all day long, games and competitions! Fun for children in the pool and waterslide! In the evening is quiet and calm, relaxing

A great place I live near 2 Gerber but we were invited to feed diskach in the Tharsis and here it was very cool.

Cold water but god damn the food and rooms were amazing the location it is a bit far from beach but a nice little morning walk is also nice so it didn't really matter to us if it was far (it's like 15 minutes slow pace) the ground are beautiful and there were cats

This made the hotel all the more frustrating as if all the restaurants were eating at was getting it right we couldn’t understand how the hotel was getting it so wrong! We were served raw chicken twice - and I’m talking large complete raw chunks

This made dining feel like the hunger games every man for themselves! This included securing things like plates and cutlery! Drinks were ok- sometimes flat and odd tasting but for the most part they were fine

Like many who book this hotel we go all inclusive to take the element of trying to find somewhere to eat every night out and we pay extra for this - so having to spend money on eating out was not accounted for

However thankfully I will say that pricing is fair everywhere we went and we didn’t have a single bad meal out

So, for more than 43 nights at the seaside, with all inclusive meals, we paid less than everywhere else near around Black Sea

They don't have a pool but you can use the one of the neighbors for free but if you want umbrella and chairs you have to pay. The only negative aspect is the shower in bath of the room

I arrived after a terrible experience in another hotel(balaton). The hotel il very clean, and the workers are cheerful and polite towards people

The holiday turned out just great. Food, drinks all inclusive - at the height of meat dishes, sweets, fruits very much, not when it ended

Awesome hotel and location for families. Food ok a bit lacking at night for children but day time plenty of burgers fries. Pool clean and plenty of sun beds. Beach great big waves and water clear

They made every day special with activities and games. The restaurant had delicious food with a lot of variety, and the bar was the perfect place to relax with great drinks

Rooms are very clean and large. reception staff friendly and helpful entertainment basic but you got everything on doorstep. Fun fair and water parks on door step. Recommend it far all ages and nationalities

I spent a few days at Hotel Palma in Sunny Beach this May as a solo traveler from Bulgaria, and I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel was quiet and peaceful – exactly what I was looking for to relax

The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was great – close to the beach and restaurants. We had a relaxing holiday and would definitely come back again!

Nice hotel located in the heart of Sunny beach. Parking is available, pool also. Rooms are nice, spacious and clean. The staff is very polite and ready to satisfy all possible needs

Breakfast is ok (variety is not wide, but probably it is due to the fact that we visited during late September). Generally, for a 3-star hotel it is very good. Will gladly visit again in the future

Great location, clean rooms and very good value for money. The food was delicious and of great variety. The beach is right across the hotel. We also explored the nearby old town of Nesebar which we found fantastic

The hotel is 3 stars so you get what you pay. Next to pool is the best ( simple) food place and best people to serve you (with reasonable prices). If we come back it is bekose of the food place!!!

Cleaning lady is speaking English and does a great job. Overall super place for families and groups of friends

ROOMS We booked a 1 bed apartment and a double room originally as both our kids are getting too big to share with us. The lady on reception saw us as we were booking in and offered us a 2 bed apartment instead

They were constantly busy cleaning around the pool area and we never had to wait more than a couple of minutes for drinks. I have seen some reviews saying they were unfriendly so want to address this

So at first they may not seem as friendly as you may expect, however after a day and a few very clumsy attempts at ordering drinks in Bulgarian it was all smiles

We seem constantly surprised that we have travelled halfway around the world and no one has thought to put a shepherds pie in the oven :) Some of the food is a bit weird for us Brits but every day I found something I liked and quite a few days something I loved

There was always rice (cooked in a stock), potatoes, meat (usually cooked in a light gravy)and vegetables. Also there was an overwhelming amount of Salad options with Bulgar wheat and cous cous for a lighter option

Best quality and sensible price. Very good food and there was few events organised by the hotel. The pool was nice and clean, we had nice view and the beach was near. I can recommend for short and long time stay.
