No receptionist- and there were no instructions on how to checkin - When arrived at the hotel it directed us to a Chinese hotel that takeaway center was closed tried to call multiple times the number on the door nobody picked up!! Had to go around the place went to 2,3 different shops to get the key. Ac was not working tried to plug in had a very strange noise from it!! The shower area was very dirty and had stains all over it.
I booked another hotel.
I tried to chat but got no reply, and it feels like they just took my money.
The facility is currently under renovation.
There is no food in the hotel itself, but nearby (within 3-5 minutes' walk) there are many different cafes: from street eateries to cafes.
It's really in the city center but surely not worth paying any money for it.
The client assistance was really nice, both online (when you write them through your booking they answer very fast and there's a lady who doesn't speak English but helps all the time); however it's not enough due the place conditions. It should be shut down and renovated, in order to receive guests.
