The room was more spacious and comfortable, allowing us to instantly relax after a long day of travel. You can really feel the hotel's genuine regard for its guests.

Howard consistently appeared with the utmost professionalism whenever help was needed. Whether it was his efficient assistance during check-in or patiently answering my questions about the hotel facilities, his calm and meticulous approach made me feel completely at ease. I remember the morning after, he proactively checked if the air conditioning issue I'd mentioned the night before had been resolved – that level of follow-up responsibility is truly rare and commendable.
