Cleanliness: The moment I sat on the sofa after entering the room, I noticed two sunflower seeds under the cushion...
Environment: The location is excellent, right in the heart of the financial district where every inch of land is precious. The hotel's interior environment is also very good, giving off a strong upscale vibe, haha 😄.
Service: Check-in was very smooth. The lady at the front desk had a sweet smile and arranged a high-floor room for me. She also allowed a late check-out until 2 PM and even asked if I needed a comb – incredibly thoughtful service.
Overall, it was quite good. Those two sunflower seeds were a bit disappointing 😔, but everything else was very satisfactory~
