The location deserves a special mention – it's incredibly convenient for getting anywhere. You can walk to both Metro Line 1 and Line 10, making travel completely effortless. Step out of the hotel, and you're right at a shopping mall with so many shopping and dining options it's hard to choose. All your retail therapy and foodie cravings are easily satisfied.
The room was an even bigger surprise. It was incredibly spacious and bright with excellent natural light. The floor-to-ceiling window, in particular, offered an incredible view. Lying down and enjoying the scenery was pure bliss. The amenities were also complete, and the pillows and mattress were perfectly comfortable. I slept like a baby, straight through till morning, feeling completely refreshed.
Breakfast is also worth highlighting. There was a wide variety of both Chinese and Western options, so many choices that I was able to have a satisfying meal every morning.
The customer service was warm and polite throughout, always thinking of the guests' needs. The service was exceptionally thoughtful, truly deserving of high praise!
I had such a wonderful stay these past few days. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit~
The breakfast, however, was quite disappointing, much worse than at many other Shangri-La hotels. The live cooking station was a bit dirty, and only offered noodle soup and wontons (which had to be made fresh). For the noodle soup, you could only choose the broth, with no toppings whatsoever. During peak breakfast time at 9 AM on a holiday, many dishes were almost gone and not replenished promptly, leaving very few choices.
