The lady at the reception was incredibly thoughtful and responsible. Knowing I was traveling with a child, she inquired beforehand and prepared a bed rail, a small gift, and a fruit platter for us. 👍👍👍

I booked two rooms and Shao Yang at the front desk helped us check in. The rooms were upgraded and we even received a complimentary fruit platter. Shao Yang was very attentive and thoughtful. We really liked both rooms. The lobby is very spacious, and Shao Yang's warm service particularly impressed me. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time. I really like Shao Yang! (づ￣3￣)づ╭❤～

Alice from Shangri-La Beijing is absolutely amazing! She proactively called us before check-in, and even arranged a lovely setup for our wedding anniversary. All the hotel staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, always greeting us with a smile, and even gave us a thoughtful little gift. The hotel itself has a charming, antique feel, and we were able to get beautiful photos of our baby dressed in traditional 'gege' attire without even leaving the hotel – so convenient and stress-free. Definitely a perfect score! 💯

I felt completely at ease leaving everything in her hands, from booking the room to pre-payment and even getting my invoice after check-out. Stepping into a 'Chinese Aesthetic Utopia'! My stay at Shangri-La Beijing was a flawless experience, from the heartwarming service to the culinary feast, I was completely captivated.

First, a huge shout-out to Ms. Yuan Xiaofan at the front desk! As soon as I arrived, I was impressed by her professionalism and thoughtfulness. She remembered my accommodation preferences and even sent welcome fruits, which truly warmed my heart. Later, when I wanted to extend my check-out time, she quickly and efficiently arranged it. Her smile was always gentle and appropriate, never overly enthusiastic or pushy, just the right amount of attentiveness that instantly dispelled any initial unfamiliarity and made a fantastic first impression.

And the room was full of delightful surprises! As a clean freak, the first thing I do is check the cleanliness – the bedding was spotless and odorless, no dust in the corners, the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the vanity was pristine, not even a single water mark on the mirror. A detail-oriented person's dream come true! The decor blended contemporary design with an Asian flair, adorned with exquisite artwork. The warm yellow lighting on the wooden furniture, coupled with the garden view outside the window, created an elegant and cozy ambiance. What really touched me was the bedside fragrance, which was consistent with the lobby's iconic scent – fresh and not overpowering. Paired with the soft bedding, I enjoyed a wonderful night's sleep until dawn.

The New Year's Day festive atmosphere was simply fantastic! From the hotel entrance to the lobby, carefully arranged New Year's Day flower baskets were everywhere. The red and gold flowers, adorned with pine branches and lanterns, exuded both traditional Chinese festivity and the sophistication of a high-end hotel. You didn't even need to find the perfect angle for photos; every snap turned out to be a New Year masterpiece. Especially the giant flower basket in the center of the lobby, a perfect fusion of traditional aesthetics and festive cheer, making you feel the rich New Year's spirit and sense of occasion the moment you walked in.

The dining experience was truly god-tier! The fruitwood roasted duck at Shang Palace is a must-try; the skin was so crispy you could hear it crackle when you bit into it. Wrapped in a thin pancake with sweet bean sauce, the rich aroma of the fat mixed with the fruitwood flavor was incredibly satisfying. The crispy garlic chicken had a golden, crispy skin and incredibly tender, juicy meat inside, with a rich garlic flavor that wasn't greasy. The buffet restaurant offered an even wider selection – unlimited fresh and springy lobsters, beautifully marbled Japanese sashimi, and creamy Italian Robella ice cream, each bite a moment of pure happiness. The dining environment was also superb; the carved partitions in Shang Palace paired with warm lighting created a classic Chinese ambiance that naturally encouraged you to slow down and savor the moment. The sense of ceremony was absolutely perfect.

As a well-established five-star hotel, Shangri-La Beijing's quality never disappoints – clean and comfortable rooms, a wonderfully festive atmosphere, a feast for the taste buds, and the heartwarming service from Ms. Yuan Xiaofan, all made this New Year's trip an unforgettable memory.

This time, for reasons of our own, the room reservation was incorrect, and the extension was not processed in a timely manner. Thanks to Bill Tian's skillful and professional handling, both the host and guest were satisfied. Such a mature and capable staff is a major asset to the hotel. Thank you again. The breakfast staff was also enthusiastic, although they had so many people to look after, and they worked hard.

The hotel environment is very nice and clean. The transportation is convenient. Especially, the service is very considerate. I'm very grateful for the service provided during my stay at the hotel. I highly recommend it.

My husband and I always choose an executive room at a hotel in Beijing for our weekend getaways. This time, we picked the executive room at the Shangri-La New Wing.

The moment we opened the door, warm sunlight streamed eagerly through the large floor-to-ceiling windows, like a gentle greeting from time itself, instantly embracing the entire room. This sunlight, with its perfect warmth, dispelled the lingering chill of winter outside, filling every corner of the room with coziness and comfort. Sitting on the sofa by the window, the Third Ring Road city view outside unfolded like an ever-changing painting before our eyes.

As night fell, the view outside transformed into another enchanting scene. The distant TV tower, like a gleaming lighthouse, radiated brilliant light in the night, reflecting the twinkling city lights and forming a captivating urban nightscape.

Enjoying afternoon tea at the Executive Lounge during our stay was the most delightful moment of the day. The lounge staff provided attentive and meticulous service, always with genuine smiles, promptly fulfilling guests' needs.

It's been twenty years since my last visit to the Shangri-La Hotel. Twenty years have flown by like a white stallion galloping past a crack, the city has changed, and my life has changed. More than two decades ago, the warm and comfortable ambiance of the Shangri-La Hotel's lobby made us frequent visitors! Yet, stepping back into this place, that familiar sentiment is still as clear as yesterday, not a single detail forgotten.

This hotel, like a guardian of time, holds so many beautiful memories from my youth. This special affection for Shangri-La will continue to flow through the river of time, becoming an eternal and precious memory in my heart.
