1. The room was pretty filthy, I am unsure when it was last cleaned. The toilet was unclean, the balcony was dirty and there was a layer of dust on everything. There was new clean bedding and towels so that was good. There TV didn’t work. The plates in the room were chipped.
2. We booked a deluxe room with a view and we only had a view of an aircon unit in a courtyard.
3. The service was not great. We tried the bbq on the patio, I ordered a beer that the waiter stuck his finger in to stop it foaming. I didn’t drink it instead I ordered a bottled beer which was warm. The food wasn’t great either.
