Hotels near Baoan airport in Shenzhen

The room was perfect and the location too! it is just at the airport so no need for shuttle bus as you walk from the hotel to the terminal.

Every staff member here is so courteous and helpful. The comfort of your rooms is unparalleled and have a great location that’s convenient and scenic.

with direct access it is just 5 minutes walk to the airport check-in counters, very convenient, clean and good facilities.

The Regency is still top of its class. But I hope they will turn up the AC from the airport into the hotel. It’s super humid!

This is a good hotel and it is easily accessible to Shenzhen Bao'an Airport from the 3rd floor. The room is big and the beds are comfortable. Good buffet breakfast.

The Hyatt Regency Shenzhen Airport is generally praised as an excellent airport hotel, particularly for its convenience and quality. Guests consistently highlight its direct connection to the airport terminal, making it ideal for layovers or early morning flights.

The room was great, and the service was warm and welcoming. I stayed for several days during the Light Expo. I had an issue with the invoice for reimbursement, and Manager Yan from the front desk resolved it very quickly. This is a 4-star hotel with 7-star service. Thumbs up to Manager Yan! 👍

The hotel is very close to the Airport East subway station, just a five-minute walk away. The room size is decent. The hotel breakfast offers limited choices and is quite ordinary; I recommend booking a room without breakfast.

I frequently stay at this hotel during layovers. It's really good, they offer airport shuttle service, and the service is excellent. They even accept package deliveries for guests, which is a great added convenience. The hotel's bedding is very clean, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Overall, a very worthwhile experience.

It was a bit noisy at night, but the room itself was decent enough for about 200+ a night. The facilities are a bit old, but its proximity to the airport and the shuttle service make it very convenient, especially for early morning flights.

This hotel is pretty good and in a great location. It's a bit far from the main city center, but it's my go-to place whenever I'm attending an exhibition. The subway station is very close, and there are tons of food options nearby in the urban village. They also offer shuttle service to and from the airport.

The price was really cheap, and I thought it might be some kind of small-town club, but it turned out to be a proper hotel, not just an inn. When I read the reviews, some mentioned a musty smell, but when I got into my room, it was fine—no strange odors, and it was quite spacious. The hairdryer worked really well too. Plus, the hotel let me extend my check-out for free until 2 PM. The only downside...

The most serious issue was that the room had a 'Do Not Disturb' sign, yet housekeeping entered directly using a master key card without knocking when delivering items. Also, during the airport pickup, the driver didn't remind passengers to wear seatbelts, and there were no seatbelt reminders displayed in the vehicle. As a result, many people didn't buckle up. Coincidentally, we were pulled over by...

I booked one night here because I had an early morning flight from Shenzhen to Shanghai. The hotel offers a shuttle service to the airport, which was very convenient. The room was generally good, and the cleanliness was acceptable. When one of the hanging lights went out, someone came to replace it quickly. The only downside was that the bathroom door was very difficult to open and close and made a...

The lobby staff were really welcoming and attentive. The location is fantastic, just a minute's walk from the subway exit. There are all sorts of shops and restaurants nearby, making it super convenient for shopping and dining. The only downside was the really poor Wi-Fi signal. And the mosquitoes were unbearable, honestly.

Great location. Really helpful when we have midnight flight. Metro station is just in front of hotel. Plenty of food nearby.

The room was spotless and well-lit, which was really refreshing. The staff were incredibly warm and thoughtful, anticipating all our needs. Highly recommend! 🌹

The hotel staff were very friendly and the airport transfer service was excellent. Great value for money and a prime location!

The location ia very convenient. Close to metro station. There are a lot of markets and restaurants around.

Very convenient location. Airport shuttle is free. Needs to book with reception in advance. Room is clean and big. Breakfast is tasty.

The hotel location is good but the breakfast spread is not as good as other Vienna hotels.

Great location and friendly staff, would book again next time

Hotel near Shenzhen airport and provide free transfers to and from Airport. Staff friendly and room big and clean.

Overall enjoyed the stay. I will visit again. Good value for money.

Good hotel...but a bit far from actions but very near airport

Staff is very cooperative but Chinese language

they really need to improve their washing machine laundry, first it's not free, you need wechatpay to active it, it's doesnt have good smell after wash. this is the bad part only

The hotel's facilities are very complete, the service is attentive, and it is clean and tidy. I recommend it as a five-star hotel. The location is excellent.

The room is nice, close to the airport, and you can park for free. It's very convenient. The front desk service is good. Recommended

The room is large and suitable for family accommodation. The beef hotpot opposite the hotel is delicious

We booked this property for its proximity to the airport, as we had an early flight the next day. Otherwise, there’s nothing much nearby. Upon arrival, we realised we booked the serviced apartments next to the hotel, but it turned out to be a good choice anyway. The property can arrange transportation to the airport free of charge, which was an added bonus. However, there was no one at the front desk...

Vivian ,Elaine very good. The Hotel is good~

The room was big and very confortable. The service was very good.

convenient with a mall nearby. hotel buffet was very good

The hotel has such comfortable beddings that we have to extend our stay to recharge further! Thanks to Alaia for her assistance in handling our parcel and Olivia for arranging special late check out for us! Awesome stay, we will come back again! Very relaxing environment with resort setting at the cafe area too. Will also try the Chinese restaurant tonight, reviews are looking good. Hilton Honor members...

Great cleanliness and superb apartment style stay, definitely recommend for any stay. Close to airport for convenience
