Overall, this hotel offers a pleasant stay with good service, clean rooms, and a convenient location. The staff are friendly, helpful, and attentive. Although the hotel is currently undergoing renovation work on the lower floors, it did not affect my stay at all, as construction only takes place during the daytime. Even when I rested at lunchtime, there was no noticeable noise. The hotel also provides a laundry service, which was very convenient. Overall, I had a good and comfortable stay.❤️

The room was very clean and odor-free. It was fully equipped, and you could ask the front desk for toilet seat covers and razors. The front desk staff had a great attitude, always greeting guests and offering umbrellas on rainy days. The breakfast was also excellent, especially the noodles, and they replenished items quickly.

The room is clean and tidy, with a separate wet and dry area, spacious and bright, and good soundproofing. The bed is high enough and comfortable! Every time I visit Suzhou, I stay at this hotel; they offer pick-up service.

The front desk staff are incredibly friendly and helpful!!! They go out of their way to assist with any requests, I love it so much!

Right outside the hotel, there are plenty of places to shop and eat, and it's well-connected everywhere. O(∩_∩)O

There are many century-old restaurants nearby with delicious food ^O^ It's fantastic!

The service was excellent, truly wonderful. The room was clean, and they let me check in early, which I really appreciated. The location is great, with plenty of food options nearby. Highly recommended to everyone due to its great location, great hotel services, great breakfast, and I even got a free gift. All in all, very good!

This stay was really great! First off, the location is absolutely fantastic – just a 2-minute walk to Guanqian Street. It's also super convenient to get to from Suzhou Railway Station; you can take the subway directly or a taxi right to the door. The hotel even offers a pick-up service, which was a huge help for me traveling with family and a lot of luggage. Being in the city center, all the sights and great food are within 3 km, making sightseeing and dining out very easy and saving a lot of travel time! I did some research before booking, and even though the hotel has been open for a few years, the overall interior is still very nice, with a colorful and relaxing vibe. While the room wasn't brand new, it was clean and a decent size. For its downtown location and price, it offers excellent value for money! Although the breakfast area isn't large, I specifically noticed that the variety of dishes was quite impressive, well-stocked, very clean, and plentiful. Plus, the freshly made noodles and wontons were delicious! I highly recommend it for families with kids looking for a relaxing trip!

This hotel offers incredible value for money! The location is perfect, right next to the shopping street and attractions, making getting around super convenient. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable, so I felt very relaxed. The breakfast is a Chinese and Western buffet with over 90 diverse and nutritious options, and there's even a late-night snack service. The daily replenishment of drinks in the room was a thoughtful touch. The staff at the front desk, both the gentlemen and ladies, were warm, attentive, and responsive, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The overall experience far exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit and highly recommend it to everyone!

This Atour Hotel seems to be a bit older, located in an alley not far from Guanqian Street. The front desk lady was very efficient and handled multiple tasks by herself. They upgraded my room, but it was a top-floor unit. The hotel's washing machine was under repair and couldn't be used.

The room was decent, clean, and hygienic. The facilities were alright, but the location was absolutely amazing! You step right out into Renmin Mall and Guanqian Street – it's so lively and bustling. Great value for money! The service was also excellent; I came back late from a scenic spot, gave them a call, and they extended my check-out for free. Highly recommend staying here.
