Grace Hotel Suzhou

Suzhou, 77 Shihu East Road Wu Zhong,Shihu East Road (7 km from centre) 🧭

1.8 km

Overall, my 5 night stay was good. But 4 out of 5 lifts were under maintenance for many days and we have to use the only man-operated passenger lift to go up. On certain days, we were told to use the staff lift to go up and go down which the lift look very run-down.

Good but the location is skittle bit far from central tourist attractions

1. Great location. 2. Excellent service. 3. The ventilation system is powerful, the room is spacious, and soundproofing is good. The mini-fridge is also a plus. 4. Although the decor is a bit old, it's tidy and clean. 5. This time, I got a free room upgrade, so it's great value for money.

The room was great, and we even got an extra breakfast included.

The room was spacious with a nice view. It's just a shame they charge for the laundry room.

Stayed for three nights, and the hotel gave us a free upgrade to an executive room. It was spacious, the bathroom was large, and overall I felt it was great value for money. For just over 270, it included the upgrade and breakfast for two. Being on the 21st floor, the view was excellent, and we could even see Suzhou's iconic landmarks! The only downside was that the facilities were a bit dated, but...

Facilities: Good Sanitation: Clean Environment: Excellent Service: Excellent

The service attitude of the lady at the front desk is good. She can provide tissue bags for free, etc., and will meet the needs of customers. She will also provide sour plum soup when you just enter. The service is in place. The hotel room is very clean, and there are robots that can deliver takeout to your room. There is also a 24-hour self-service washing machine that can wash and dry clothes, which...

Fairly decent for a good night's rest.

The room is clean and tidy, the decoration is up to four-star standard, there is a novel robot to deliver meals, the front desk is warm and friendly, the service is thoughtful, and the breakfast is rich in variety. I will stay here again next time I come to Suzhou!

It’s okay for the value. It does have a self serving laundry room.

I sincerely recommend: Although the appearance is low-key, the interior is rich! It is 6 stories high, with sufficient rooms and complete facilities: parking spaces, laundry rooms, and restaurants are all available. Takeaway robots deliver directly to the room; there are many choices for the buffet breakfast, and I especially recommend Hanting soy milk, which tastes pure; the internal environment of...

GreenTree Inn Suzhou Shihu Suli Road Express Hotel

Suzhou, No. 41 Suli Road, Wuzhong District (7 km from centre) 🧭

14 min

Overall, it was reasonable for the price, it was just really far from the downtown.

The room is clean and the service is good. Suzhou Hotel has a good service attitude.

It is quite good, with high cost performance, and is a good choice for family, business and travel.

Facilities: Overall, the facilities were okay. The air conditioning initially didn't cool well. After calling, the waiter came and said the temperature needed to be set to 26°C and that it would take a while before it could be lowered. However, the service was poor. Cleanliness: Okay. Environment: Okay. Service: The front desk staff was friendly and even gave us breakfast coupons.

Beautiful environment, nice room, recommended

The windows were opened inwards but the room was not ventilated in time. There was a strong odor in the room and the smell from the toilet spread throughout the room.

Thank you for your hospitality.

The family rooms are great, each with a three-person capacity, and the beds are very comfortable.

The room was relatively new and odorless. The toilet had a semi-automatic electric heater, and the shower had strong water pressure and high temperature. It was close to the subway station, with two subway lines providing convenient transportation. However, the TV wouldn't turn on, and the room phone was unreachable. The front desk told me to dial zero first, but there was no prompt on the phone; this...

This stay was extremely satisfying, a five-star review is a must! The room was clean and tidy, the facilities were complete and functional, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent; I slept soundly until morning. The front desk service was warm and attentive; check-in and check-out were quick and convenient. The hotel's location is convenient, making it comfortable for both...

It's fantastic! The environment is great, the hotel is new, and most importantly, it's conveniently located near transportation and shopping malls. The price is also very reasonable.

The room was clean and tidy, very close to the subway station, with parking available, a delicious breakfast, and excellent service. It was great value for money.

Motel 168 Suzhou Wuzhong Shopping Center

Suzhou, North Gate of Wuzhong Yinzuo Building, No. 388 Dongwu South Road, Wuzhong District (6 km from centre) 🧭

1.9 km

Parking was convenient and stress-free. The front desk proactively upgraded me to a larger room. The room was clean and tidy, and the soundproofing was quite good. I slept soundly until morning without being disturbed.

Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. The service was warm and attentive, and check-in was quick and efficient. The breakfast selection was diverse, fresh, and delicious. The hotel has free parking, both above and below ground, and parking is free during your stay. It's especially convenient for those driving. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time.

The room was clean, spacious, and bright with a window for ventilation. Transportation was also very convenient; it's about the same distance from anywhere in the area, just a 10-20 minute subway ride away. Very convenient and no problems. Recommended for tourists.

The service was warm and welcoming, and the environment was elegant and comfortable. It's conveniently located, clean, and hygienic. I highly recommend it, and there's free parking available.

The hotel's overall decor is a minimalist Scandinavian style, with light-colored walls paired with natural wood furniture, creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere. The public areas are well-maintained; the lobby is clean and tidy, and the carpets in the corridors are soft and thick, making walking almost silent – the soundproofing is excellent. The front desk staff are very welcoming and patient...
