Decided last minute to take the kids to Suzhou, and after a lot of searching, I settled on the Hilton. Although it was pricey, the service, environment, and facilities lived up to the big brand name. The breakfast had a great variety, and the hotel's pool, gym, and other amenities were all excellent.

The room was spacious and spotless, equipped with a large fridge, induction cooker, and microwave. There are plenty of restaurants and snack bars nearby, plus a gym. It's right next to the subway station, making it incredibly convenient to get around, with direct access to Suzhou Center, Pingjiang Road, and more.

We booked this hotel because it was close to where my child had a competition, which was very convenient. Due to its close proximity with my university, I personally believed it was the most convenient hotel with the most competitive price in the vicinity. Check in was fairly straight forward and i was also warmly greeted by the receptionist. The room itself was clean, however the bed was surprisingly hard which may not be comfortable for some people.

This hotel is only great if you are visiting a student in Xian Jiao Tong Liverpool University. But they should improve their language skills and service for International Student’s families. And the hotel is little pricey compared to other better hotels around the area. But overall I had a good stay.
