Overall experience is great. Room is clean. Location is just 2 min from Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street.
Water tap head need to change to slow flow type instead of spray type. Huge TV with latest movie provided with payment. If need to check in earlier, need to become their member with a fees.

Had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The reception staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Check-in was smooth and efficient. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. One thing I really appreciated was that the hotel provided travel adaptors upon request, which was very convenient for international travelers. Overall, the service was excellent and the stay was enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay at JI Hotel Shanghai. The location was very convenient, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and nearby attractions. The hotel was clean, modern, and well-maintained throughout my stay.

The room was comfortable, spacious, and equipped with all the essential amenities. The bed was especially comfortable, allowing me to rest well after a long day of exploring Shanghai. Housekeeping did an excellent job keeping the room clean and tidy every day.

The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to assist whenever needed. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient.

Overall, JI Hotel offers excellent value for money with its great location, clean facilities, and comfortable rooms. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Shanghai and highly recommend it to both business and leisure travelers.

I had a very satisfying stay. The hotel's location is convenient, check-in was fast, and the room hygiene was excellent with comfortable bedding and good soundproofing. The staff were friendly and always prompt in assisting with any requests. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options. Overall, it's great value for money and highly recommended.

Very quiet and comfortable! The memory foam pillows perfectly conformed to my neck, and the breakfast was delicious too! I'll definitely come back again! Highly recommend!

The room was exactly as shown in the photos and very clean. The hotel provided 8 bottles of water, a hair dryer, a large TV, and plenty of power outlets. The bed was soft and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Great location near many tourist attractions.

The window in the room couldn't be opened, and the curtains weren't blackout, letting light in. It was bright by 5:30 AM, making it impossible to sleep well. I asked the front desk staff for a number to order takeout, but they refused to give it to me, which was quite unhelpful. The location, however, is truly convenient, right off Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street.

My stay was quite disappointing. I could clearly hear noises from the room next door at night, which disturbed my sleep. The Wi-Fi was also pretty bad; it was often unstable, making me feel a bit 'cut off from the world.' The room itself was small, barely allowing me to open one large suitcase. There was also a constant dripping sound in the room, which affected my sleep at night. However, the staff were very friendly and helpful, which I appreciate. I hope the hotel can improve the soundproofing and Wi-Fi in the future.
