The biggest issue was the bed bugs. After discovering them in our first room, we informed the hotel and were moved to another room. Unfortunately, the same problem occurred again, which made us feel very uncomfortable and concerned about cleanliness.
In addition, the hotel lobby had a strong unpleasant smell throughout our stay, creating a poor first impression every time we entered the hotel.
While the staff did change our room after we reported the issue, the underlying cleanliness problems were not resolved. We expected much better hygiene and maintenance, especially for a hotel accommodating international travelers.
Overall, this was a very unpleasant stay, and I hope the hotel takes these issues seriously and improves its cleanliness standards before welcoming future guests.
The room condition needs improvement. The soundproofing is very poor; I could clearly hear noise from the next room and people in the hallway, including doors slamming.
The air conditioning was also problematic. It only worked on automatic mode and I couldn’t adjust the temperature properly.
The cleanliness of the room was disappointing. There was dust in many places, which made me sneeze frequently. In the bathroom there were mold and stains around the tiles, even though housekeeping cleaned the room daily.
One advantage is that there is a FamilyMart in front of the hotel, and it is not far from the train station, which makes transportation convenient.
However, I chose this hotel based on the positive reviews and paid for my stay in advance as my main accommodation during the trip, so I was quite disappointed with my experience.
We communicated through a translator :) and the hotel is not far from the metro. I highly recommend it.
The room is comfortable, clean and tidy.
