I highly recommend Conrad Shanghai for first-time visitors to the city. The neon lights nearby are incredibly cinematic, and besides the great location, the hotel staff are fantastic, especially Ivy, Evelyn, and Thena, who provided very attentive service.

Overall, pretty good! For those driving, make sure to go to the first counter at the front desk to register your license plate and get a parking voucher. We came to Shanghai for husband b-day celebration. Location- perfect. Room - perfect, staff - extremely nice, made a lot for helping with booking extra services outside the hotel. But was a little bit sad that there wasn’t bday gift from hotel. View from the room attached . Recommended 10/10.

The stay was good overall. The hotel’s location is excellent, right on the shopping street. Cleanliness was very good. 700m walking distance to Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street. Overall, services are superb and love the free laundry room. Breakfast selection is superb too! Nearby have no eatery and thus order food online is the easiest choice and robot will send the food to the room. And, love their minibar too! All free.

Love the environment and staff friendly. Just the room area we stay couldn’t connect to WIFI and our own internet. (Advise improve on this)

Had a lovely stay. Location is great, staff are friendly, rooms are clean. Slight inconvenience as we will have to walk out of the hotel to the main road for e-hailing. Other than that, all good. Will definitely recommend.
