They don't speak English and if you coming from Terminal 2, its over 10 kms far. Airport shuttle is limited during the morning only
The hotel itself is affordable and offers great value. The rooms are surprisingly spacious — bigger than most standard airport hotels. There’s a 24/7 reception which was helpful for my late check-in, and an on-site restaurant if you don’t feel like going out.
Overall, it’s a solid choice for anyone needing a quick and easy stopover near Shanghai Pudong Terminal 2.
