Very convenient location if you are visiting the exhibition centre. They will not wait for 10am to lift the breakfast. ...which is not good when the offical time is till 10am....I went there at 9:45am only to realize that the breakfast has been lifted.

Has a purpose and fulfills it. Airport hotel with 24 desk and clean simple rooms for a great price. For a night before or after flight it's the best choice you can make, for anything else, look elsewhere.

The hotel's location is great, right near Songhong Road metro station. I used Ctrip's free upgrade service and got upgraded to a deluxe king room. The mattress had just the right firmness, so I slept very comfortably. Also, the hotel parking is 7 yuan per hour, with a daily cap of 56 yuan. Hotel guests can get a 30 yuan discount.

This Mercure hotel is located in one of the Hongqiao developments right within the compound - this requires a bit of ‘searching’ for the taxi drivers as at present the area is quite dark and empty during night times. The room had heating, and there was plenty of hot water for showering. The soundproofing was decent. It's close to the airport but not particularly close to the high-speed rail station, and you need to take a taxi to get to the nearest subway station

Pros: The breakfast selection is plentiful, there's a gym available, the rooms are clean, and you can cast your screen. Cons: The air conditioning and shower water temperatures are both fixed; adjusting them to the hottest or coldest settings made no difference.

Room was clean and nicely styled and had bathrobe and smart toilet, but air conditioner seemed broken (never got below 25 C despite setting at 22 and outside being cooler) and soundproofing was pretty bad with lots of traffic noise and some noise from people walking on floor above. Breakfast was also pretty lackluster apart from hot noodles.
