Jinjiang Metropolo Hotel Classiq Shanghai Off Bund in Shanghai

The hotel location is in the middle of Nanjing Road & The Bund. So far it is quiet. Barely to hear other people in next room talking or kid shouting. So it is walking distance to most of the attractions, restaurants, etc. As Muslim traveller, it is also easy access to most of the Halal restaurants. This hotel does not provide Halal breakfast.

Talking about the room, initially I booked Twin room. Before arriving, I contacted the hotel to inform on late check-in and additional bed. But the hotel clarified that they don’t have extra bed thus they offered me family room with extra charge 400 yuan/night (in online platform already sold out) which I think a bit pricey compared to if you add extra bed in the original room I booked. However, with that price they offered me free breakfast but sadly they do not offered Halal breakfast for Muslim. Can opt for fruits/egg if you don’t mind.

The room is spacious enough for us — family of 5 pax (3 adults and 2 kids). Also has sufficient space to pray. They provide ✨bidet✨ in the toilet and seperate shower area in the bathroom. The room is clean. They provide ironing tools and slipper since the room does not have carpet. It was cold at night.

The downfall of this hotel is the lobby area does not have pathway or ramp for disabled person/stroller/buggy. So if your kid asleep in the buggy, you need to lift up yourself. The bell guy? They just watch. Not so helpful. Only help to open the lobby door. For me it is not convenient for family with kids but for business/couple, just nice. Luckily our room is close with the elevator and at second floor.

They have unlimited mineral water located in front of elevator.

If I wish to return to Shanghai with my family, I may not book this hotel again but if without kid, this hotel is in my list.

Definitely one of the good hotel next to bund! It’s known as little Peace hotel! Has all facilities including washing machine/dryer! Don’t forget to add their breakfast - highly recommended

Nice hotel right in the center of the tourist center of Shanghai. Step out of the hotel and get inundated in the ever-flowing mass of people streaming just a few dozwn meters from the Huangpo river with its impressive skyline. Tons of shops and restaurants nearby, and very comfortable rooms that are so quiet, you forget you are in the middle of a 25mio-metropolis.
Would definitely go back there.

We stayed for four nights in three rooms, and the hotel's location near The Bund and Nanjing Road was excellent.
Traveling with four young children and an elderly family member, we appreciated the staff's helpfulness— especially during an unexpected aircon maintenance issue, which was handled professionally by Manager Chloe Yan.
Breakfast was delicious with a wide selection. While the vintage-style hotel only has stairs to the lobby, the staff kindly helped us carry our strollers. Despite minor inconveniences, it was a pleasant and well-serviced stay.
