Husband and I stayed for two weeks, enjoying ourselves by the pool with an amazing view, which you can even walk up to the beach that is few meters away. The stuff is very polite and have an outstanding service

We loved the numerous pools, jacuzzi, sauna, and of course, the stunning views from everywhere in the resort. The à la carte menu at the various on-site restaurants was another highlight

Not only did the staff fulfill this request, but they went above and beyond by giving us a larger, more cozy apartment than expected. It was spacious, beautifully equipped, and felt like a home away from home

Very nice hotel, service was great, breakfast good quality, staff friendly. We spent most of the time on the beach, but there are many swimmingpools as well

A Perfect Babymoon Escape My husband, a friend, and I recently stayed at this resort for our Babymoon, and it was a truly special experience. Being pregnant, we requested an apartment closer to the beach for convenience

Speaking of breakfast, it was absolutely amazing! There was a wide variety of options, all fresh and delicious, with an incredible view to match. The whole breakfast team was excellent, making every morning a delight

The hotel itself is also very well-equipped with several restaurants, and the rooms are very comfortable. During winter, the heating system is effective and not particularly noisy

Parking has own garage but i parked on public street parking, there was some place and it is cheaper option. Has huge pool with warm water

Location: The hotel is right in the heart of Zagreb, within walking distance to several museums, other hotels, and pedestrian streets

The hotel is about 20 min walking distance from the old town. The facility is well arranged and can provide all you need. The carpark is at the -2 floor of the hotel which costs 20 Euro per night

Live up to its name. Great service and room is clean and spacious. Within walking distance to major tourist attractions.

Spend Christmas and a few days to explore Zagreb and the Christmas fair. Not too close to the central park but walkable, including to the upper town. Nice stay overall

Our 3 Yr old was too clingy and we were unable to leave her at the kids club - with the unpredictability of the staffing and number of kids in attendance it would not have been a reliable option to drop our 3 Yr old off

We stayed at this hotel in August/September 2025. The location was beautiful and the hotel was excellent with large family rooms a great and friendly cleaning team and very helpful and friendly staff

Congiere, restaurant staff, house keeping and actually all staff provide exceptional customer service!!!! The only iissue I had is with head office transfer team who booked shuttle taxi for the wrong day…… I ended waiting for 2 hrs for pick to the resort, staff at the resort more than made up for head office error

The food was very good with great selection and available for most of the day, we were even provided with a packed lunch and a later dinner when we had a long excursion to Venice

All food was clearly labelled for allergens and they had pancakes, pizzas and desserts made specially for them most days, always made and served with a smile

The all inclusive drinks were also good, with great cocktails and fun bar hands. Beaches were pebbly but we knew that from the photos and took water shoes

The staff made sure that the dishes were replenished, plates on tables were cleaned away as soon you finished, and plenty of wait staff to take drinks orders. The staff at the hotel were all friendly and helpful

I was a bit skeptical after reading some negative reviews but the hotel and staff definitely exceeded our expectations. We got a free upgrade with our room and it was big and had a lovely view of the sea

Our room was cleaned everyday (even when we forgot to leave the tag outside on the door) and was provided with a complimentary bottle of water as well. The facilities were clean and not too busy

We went during the off-season so a lot of places were closed but some lovely restaurants and cafes still open. A nice little town to wander around

Overall, a positive experience staying at this hotel. The hotel is located near the old town - a nice 30 minute stroll or a €5- €7 Uber ride

Great activities for kids - the staff were warm and playful (my daughter loved them!). Lots of choices at the breakfast and dinner buffet

There was a woman working at the pool bar who was unpleasant but otherwise all the staff were incredibly helpful with a high level of service

There are two small islands that you can walk between, one with the hotel and pools and the other with an additional restaurant. Not only are there gorgeous sea views and swimming on both but peaceful pine woodland

I believe that TUI had arranged alternative accommodation on the mainland in case we could not travel over. Amenities and entertainment There are a few pools outdoors and an indoor pool and jacuzzi

We had such a great time and will definitely be back, loved the surroundings, the little coves you could lie alone at. Clean and fresh everywhere with plenty of sun loungers all over the island that you were free to use

We are a family of two adults and one child aged 4. We spent 7 nights at Istra Island Hotel this July via TUI. Location Location is absolutely beautiful, scenic wherever you are on the islands

You can only get to the hotel via ferry so this can be limiting if you are looking for more things to do however, the ferry does run every hour to the mainland

We stayed here at the end of August and it was fabulous! The hotel is lovely and the rooms are very clean, fresh and modern. Pillows and beds are so comfortable and shower amazing! The pool area was lovely

Always loads of available sun beds and towels available. The kids absolutely loved spending the day in the pool. Breakfast was amazing with something for everyone

Short walk to the beach and pool as well as the big waterpark which was fantastic. Great facilities and plenty of things To do

We played the mini golf 3 times and the kids loved it. Yes, it’s an additional cost and probably quite a lot but we enjoyed it. We ate out along the strip - Trattoria, Bongos, Tapas - the food was very very good

Waffles with pistachio cream?? Count me in! The kids were very very happy with the options, as were the adults. Hotel staff all very friendly. The people on reception were all very helpful and knowledgeable

The kids loved the games room! There are loungers on the beach that you have to pay for. We set up in the shade of the trees, which was absolutely fine. The water is crystal clear! Very beautiful

This is put into practice more in the afternoon as there are often towels sunbathing with no owner for quite some time in a morning. The minibar is a lot more than the shop, as expected

Extraordinary place! I was there with my family in September, we had a really beautiful vacation. Food is excellent, planty of choice for everyone’s preferences

From the Reception Staff to the Bar and Restaurant Staff they have all been amazing with their professionalism, kindness and hospitality and are one of the main reasons we keep returning

Rooms were cleaned and nice decorated. Breakfast is delicious with high quality products. Pool is clean with plenty of sun loungers. The whole resort looks exactly like on the photos/websites

This is a nice hotel, conveniently located close to the town of Novigrad. A pleasant beach is just a minute's walk away. The outdoor pools were a bit crowded but are still great if you are traveling with kids

The indoor pool was great; there is also an outdoor pool, but since we visited in January, we didn’t have a chance to use it. The room was clean and comfortable

For the probs it was fine but the rooms are small, as us the pool. As far as resorts go, it's basic but good for what it is. Good access to the shore line and the beaches are beautiful in the area

Dinner was excellent and the staff were really friendly. We were very pleased when we asked if a dish at the buffet had onions – the cook came out and even offered to make it for us without onions the next day

This was our third stay here in 3 years, every year it improves in some way which is great to see, as I always worry things will deteriorate and they do not

Beautiful view from balcony and just a short walk to rat beach or 10-15 minutes walk to Bol for an evening stroll with a drink before heading back.

Luckily not at the beginning of our holiday 400 teachers arrived for a conference/piss up so we got no sleep for the last three nights. Tried to get room swapped but they were dotted all over the hotel apparently

- Nice, large pool / plenty of loungers available (towels available for a fee of €2) - Beach directly in front of the hotel - Old Town not within walking distance (an Uber ride costs €8 / a bus ride costs €2

The facilities, such as the beach and swimming pool, were convenient, and it was nice to be able to have breakfast and dinner, and the location was good because you could go to tourist attractions just by taking a bus.

6, taxi is not expensive, the hotel swimming pool is also very large, and there are resident singers in the evening, it's pretty good

nice stay for two days, the room fee includes breakfast and dinner every day, hotel has own swimming pool but very busy, pass through pool you can find a public Beach

The food on offer is excellent and varied throughout the day, and there are plenty of sports available every day to keep you busy - the hotel is also right on a great beach with bars, and ten minutes away from the Old Town by bus (and it stops right outside the hotel)

The hotel seems new, very clean, good service, the breakfast was so good meny options, the pool is very nice I recommend this hotel. Even though the app offers free parking, I had to pay an extra charge.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel! The pool and the gym are both great, the breakfast had a vast selection and was delicious but the best part of this hotel was the excellence service of all staff

Great modern hotel with a awesome rooftop bar, nice facilities and amazing room - we had the spacebath room and it was amazing - very futuristic, well equipped and the bath next to the window was fantastic

Nevertheless, definitely a recommendation! It is also a 20 mins walk away from the city Center, that’s something one should be aware of as well

Pools were a really good size & pool loungers with availability was questionable. People would be going down early morning to place towels down then going off for the day and not returning until mid afternoon

The trip from the bedroom to the restaurant or the pool is a bit cumbersome, as the elevator only goes to the reception area, and you have to walk down the length of the lobby and down the stairs to go to them

The highlight of our holiday was definitely the aquagym with Marco – he was so energetic, full of positive vibes, and always in a great mood! The music selection was fantastic, with great songs in English and Spanish that kept everyone moving and smiling

The highlight for us was the quality of the food in the restaurant, as well as all the staff there. Everyone in the restaurant area are extremely friendly and helpful

We had a perfect stay at Hotel Mediteran Plava Laguna! Everything was excellent – from the service and cleanliness to the beautiful surroundings

And again the food quality, considering the large number of people to serve, is outstanding

Hotel by the beach, available parking. Disabled room is very wheelchair friendly and hotel is completely disabled friendly. You can even wheel into the pool with ramp and into the open sea with ramp

+ very nice and helpful staff + great location with large terrain around + very nice indoor pool (outdoor was open in Oct but it was cold) + very big choice for breakfast and good quality + small price difference to upgrade from just breakfast (add buffet dinner) but we didn't use it + in case of low season, it is worth to negotiate with them directly, but avoid Sundays - "sales department and manager...

A very luxurious hotel with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. A particularly positive aspect: it's wheelchair accessible, making it ideal for guests with disabilities

Drinks are quite expensive, as is typical in Croatia, but there were great special rates for hotel guests at the beach (lounger + umbrella for €5 instead of €20)

Also the staff was really nice and welcoming, that we felt really special! Overall we would recommend this hotel very much!

Very nice stay! The rooftop spa was cozy with a beautiful view and a relaxing atmosphere. The lobby bar was also a highlight, with great vibes and live music in the evenings

50 per day, the garage is actually a good deal. Suggestions for improvement: – A drying rack in the room for swimwear and towels would be helpful, especially if you don’t have a balcony

– On the pool terrace, water from the upper level sometimes drips onto the loungers below. This could easily be solved by adding gutters

The infinity pool, spa, and saunas with breathtaking sea views were just stunning. Honestly, those views alone are worth the price

Hi Our stay was short but great everyone especially Iva at the checkout desk was so helpful in helping us plan our next city visit which we totally enjoyed and the location and view at this hotel are amazing!!

Staff was nice and helpful room was clean and tidy but when we booked we asked for large double bed but what we got was twin mattress bed which is not ideal for couple rest was good

The hotel was ok, good location for cavtat, clean, friendly staff but, it definitely isn't a 4 star hotel. The rooms are very basic, you wouldn't want to spend any time relaxing there. The bar/reception area is also dull

Furthermore, I called the reception multiple times to remind for the pillows and they failed to bring it over, when I went downstairs, I was told that the housekeeping was closed

Guests are smoking even during moderated mini disco for kids - this is unacceptable! You cannot escape it, kids swimming pool, pool bar, other bar, sunbeds, outdoor dinner tables

The average age of the guests was over 60, and it was clear that most were not there for an active holiday

Bike tours and hikes were almost exclusively subject to additional charges and seemed more like trips for seniors. The wellness area did exist, but none of its services were included in the all-inclusive package

Both problems should be addressed by proper management - or state that this is a smoking friendly hotel and you need to fight for the sunbeds

The beach is separated from the hotel by a public promenade, but still very close. During peak season, it might be difficult to find a spot, but at the end of September it was still manageable

On the positive side, both the hotel grounds and the rooms were well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. However, during the cleaning of our room, the floor wasn’t even swept

So if you are not a good swimmer better to take an air mattress or use the infinity pool on windy days

The hotel is located in a handy position for getting about to different restaurants. The facilities at the hotel are excellent, the wellness area with the sauna with the most incredible view - not to be missed

We had booked this hotel with one of the options for an elevator. Upon arrival we found out we had to go up 2 flights of stairs then get an elevator that too with out someone helping us with our bags

Gorgeous five star hotel, very comfy rooms and beds, great spa and wonderful staff. Really enjoyed the quiet location but it’s still very easy to reach Dubrovnik old town and Cavtat

Staffs are very helpful and caring. We have very early morning flight and need to leave hotel before breakfast starts. The staff offers to prepare breakfast box for us to take to airport

Overall, I was quite satisfied. My only slight reservation was that I found the continental breakfast a bit hard to get used to since it didn't include rice porridge.

It has all the facilities you require from a hotel - pool, dining, bar, small shop, cafe and it's very close to the sea where there are other facilites such as trattoria, sun bed hire and a wide range of watersports

Areas including the lobby are dark and the long corridor to the pool is dismal

we stayed at this hotel> it matched all that we hoped for. situation : ideal for walks into the town - opposite way into woods and walks along the shore

We chose the half board option, so breakfast and dinner in a buffet style. Again this was fine but got a bit samey after a week, but there are many restaurants close by and in Poreč for variety

We had a sea view from our room, which was great, especially watching the thunderstorms over the sea on a couple of evenings. The staff were all friendly, as were all the Croatians we met

There are many hotels in the area, most more modern than the Pical (pronounced Pee-sal in Croatian) so when compared against them the appearance of the Pical is dissaponting

But otherwise, fabulous stay, WONDERFUL location

Helpful staff and a good range breakfast buffet. Rooms were clean, fairly basic but fine. Beach access and pool were both easy. Despite all the signs, people still put towels down early in the day

Lovely hotel in a great setting, staff work really hard keeping the place clean  My only complaint would be around charging hotel guests for Sun lounges on the beach that were managed by the hotel, meaning that most days none were available around the pool

Facilities were clean, sauna was working and you can rent beach towels for €20 per person per stay. We stayed at the annex and it was separate from the main hotel but still to high standards

Great stay! Stayed here for 10 nights. The staff were very friendly and had good English. We were given clean towels everyday and beds were made daily

Onsite restaurants were really nice especially the pizza restaurant. There was indoor pool, outdoor pool and the sea, blue as far as the eye can see
