The pool and wellness area are also very nice, the gym is well equipped - but the staff is exquisite, we have never experienced this kind of hospitality before - the receptionists, maids and especially the waiters (with whom we had the most contact) were exceptionally kind, complaisant, polite and professional

Beautiful Hotel, we were amazed at the apartament and the interior. Amenities are very nice and the massage is highly recommended. Pool is very nice and there are two Finnish and one Turkish sauna

However, the ac is right above the third bed so either the person there is freezing or the others in the main bed sweat. They’d charge €30 euros to use the pool

Great stay, minor tweaks to be brilliant A lovely hotel, ideally located. Though advertised as 5 star, the housekeeping was limited (clean towels and bed made), no replenishment of coffee or water

It is a great weekend gateway, we got offered the apartament instead of the room (for the same price) since we came in late post season. Crikvenica is amazing and the view to the sea from the room is marvelous

Nice rooms, cosy beds, great variety for breakfast, polite stuff, clean pool area, spa and saunas working nicely and available whole day. A/C works properly in rooms and rooms are quite and sound insulation is superb

Gorgeous five star hotel, very comfy rooms and beds, great spa and wonderful staff. Really enjoyed the quiet location but it’s still very easy to reach Dubrovnik old town and Cavtat

Staffs are very helpful and caring. We have very early morning flight and need to leave hotel before breakfast starts. The staff offers to prepare breakfast box for us to take to airport

Overall, I was quite satisfied. My only slight reservation was that I found the continental breakfast a bit hard to get used to since it didn't include rice porridge.

Everything was perfect. Great location, clean, friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast.

The bathroom is equipped with a bath and shower, high-quality sanitary ware, a set of cosmetics, clean towels. The bed is large and comfortable. TV, kettle, hair dryer, mini-bar - everything was there

This is a wonderful hotel; we've stayed there five times already. The spa has an indoor pool, saunas, steam rooms, and a jacuzzi. Covered parking is available, and the breakfasts are fantastic

The hotel is clean and comfortable, with warm and attentive service. Rooms are well-equipped, with soft bedding and good soundproofing. The location is excellent and convenient for travel

The service was excellent and helpful. The food was excellent, both at breakfast and in the restaurant. The downsides include poor lighting in the bathroom (some women complained, but it was fine for me)

Guests are smoking even during moderated mini disco for kids - this is unacceptable! You cannot escape it, kids swimming pool, pool bar, other bar, sunbeds, outdoor dinner tables

The average age of the guests was over 60, and it was clear that most were not there for an active holiday

Bike tours and hikes were almost exclusively subject to additional charges and seemed more like trips for seniors. The wellness area did exist, but none of its services were included in the all-inclusive package

Both problems should be addressed by proper management - or state that this is a smoking friendly hotel and you need to fight for the sunbeds

The beach is separated from the hotel by a public promenade, but still very close. During peak season, it might be difficult to find a spot, but at the end of September it was still manageable

On the positive side, both the hotel grounds and the rooms were well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. However, during the cleaning of our room, the floor wasn’t even swept

Every day you can enjoy tasty food — lots of fruits, fresh fish, and delicious meat. I am thankful for having such a wonderful vacation in this place

Pool should be more frequently cleaned and restaurant fully supplied everyday. And icecream and iced coffee for ledena should be prepared daily!

This resort looks like it has been built in Tito's era and didn't change since then. With exception of adding WiFi, some rooms have AC and flat screen TVs

Book and stay only in new appartmens, these are with air condition, all is new. Place around, people here, great. Easy to walk to Jelsa center

They were very helpful and flexible to meet our needs. Very well located with amazing views and comfortable rooms.

Helpful staff and a good range breakfast buffet. Rooms were clean, fairly basic but fine. Beach access and pool were both easy. Despite all the signs, people still put towels down early in the day

Lovely hotel in a great setting, staff work really hard keeping the place clean  My only complaint would be around charging hotel guests for Sun lounges on the beach that were managed by the hotel, meaning that most days none were available around the pool

Facilities were clean, sauna was working and you can rent beach towels for €20 per person per stay. We stayed at the annex and it was separate from the main hotel but still to high standards

Great stay! Stayed here for 10 nights. The staff were very friendly and had good English. We were given clean towels everyday and beds were made daily

Onsite restaurants were really nice especially the pizza restaurant. There was indoor pool, outdoor pool and the sea, blue as far as the eye can see

We very much enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The hotel is surrounded by a small pine forest which is located right at the beach. The sunset was stunning! The hotel has a beautiful pool

Rooms very modern, service extraordinarily hard-working and nice. The pool could be a bit bigger, but there is a great shady garden with hammocks, beds and loungers

There is nothing that you don’t like about this property. This hotel is very well managed with professionals, friendly, and guest oriented people and of course, a lot of choice what to do for everybody.

Breakfast is top class, very high quality and lovingly presented. Good air conditioning, everything was wonderfully cool

Room was great, clean and spacious. Hotel is ok, indoor pools gets crowded in the afternoon. Evening music was a disaster, please change the "singer" (Tin).

In the following days, we realized guests wake up early just to claim sunbeds, then leave for hours. Signs say towels will be removed after 30 mins, but staff didn’t enforce it

When we asked, they simply advised us to “do the same. ” Locals and non-guests climb over the fence from the walking path and use both the pool and beach loungers

At check-in (3 PM), we headed to the beach area, only to find all loungers “reserved” with towels but not a single person present

I think the maximum I stayed in line was 5mins, maybe twice in 10 days. • The soft drinks aren’t “undrinkable”. Not your standard Coca Cola, Sprite etc, but I wouldn’t necessarily expect this from an all-inclusive

Great staff very clean and fabulous views and outdoor areas . Food was good for breakfast but very basic lunch and dinner. Evening entertainment was good fun

We were anxious about our visit based on reviews of this hotel - totally unfounded. If you want a full English breakfast, maybe don't go to Croatia! That said, there was a lovely lady frying fresh eggs each morning

So we arrived at 12 and waited till 3 to get a room, however, when checked in, the phone didn’t work. Phone, remote control, door handles, light switches all really dirty

But for each night there was always plenty of different options which varied throughout our holiday. Yes, if you wanted pizza / meat from the BBQ there was a small line. But we’re talking a few minutes here

Room was lovely and clean and spacious (we did have a deluxe room with balcony). We found all the staff polite and friendly. Beautiful location, 15 mins easy walk to centre of Cavtat

The position is perfect, right on the water. The old town and bus stop really close by. The pool is beautiful, overlooking the sea. One of the best equipped hotels we've seen

Fantastic hotel stayed 10 nights with my husband. Very clean in all areas, food outstanding with great professional friendly staff. Loved the infinity pool and various sun terraces lots to do in the hotel

The Valamar Meteor hotel was in a great location right by the beach and near the old town. The view was nice and the room was clean. Breakfast is also great !! The sunset is beautiful !!

It was an exelent experience. The location was stunning and the food was great. We loved your indoor pool and the sauna. The multimedia room was amazing and everyone loved it.

The gym was in desperate need of an update, the Tui hotel along the beach had what seemed to be a brand-new gym with a concept 2 rowing machine! In The Adriatic Beach, one of the rowers was broken, the other was just about usable but not the best bit of kit

We were able to get sunbeds pretty easily which had a bar by the pool for your all inclusive drinks

There was so much choice, even the chips were amazing! The restaurant was headed up by Delroy the head chef who was absolutely incredible! My wife Jan has an intolerance to onion, he arranged for food to be cooked without onion and it was delicious

We had a swim up room which was amazing as we would recommend getting one if you can as it was just luxury. It was rather cold so we only went in once but still worth it for the view

It has all the facilities you require from a hotel - pool, dining, bar, small shop, cafe and it's very close to the sea where there are other facilites such as trattoria, sun bed hire and a wide range of watersports

Areas including the lobby are dark and the long corridor to the pool is dismal

we stayed at this hotel> it matched all that we hoped for. situation : ideal for walks into the town - opposite way into woods and walks along the shore

We chose the half board option, so breakfast and dinner in a buffet style. Again this was fine but got a bit samey after a week, but there are many restaurants close by and in Poreč for variety

We had a sea view from our room, which was great, especially watching the thunderstorms over the sea on a couple of evenings. The staff were all friendly, as were all the Croatians we met

There are many hotels in the area, most more modern than the Pical (pronounced Pee-sal in Croatian) so when compared against them the appearance of the Pical is dissaponting

The hotel is very well located, right on the beach. Service very good. Food was also good, more "freshly cooked" food could be offered. Very good value for money.

Lovely hotel on the coast between Dubrovnik and Split. Rooms were a touch on the small side, but adequate. The pool areas were lovely and there are steps straight down to the beach

Room nice with balcony overlooking pool and sea view. Pool areas (2) very nice, clean and not busy (mid sept) Beautiful views. Dinner choices were fine, slightly repetitive but queue for food was tiresome

Pools were really nice but seems ants everywhere crawling on the seats outside the pool bar and down by the sun beds had some nasty bites from them so couldn’t relax there, there was even a locus on the seat eating them, don’t know why these areas are not sprayed

So, if you specifically want this service, it's best to specify it when booking. The cleanliness of the apartment is quite disappointing

Hotel is old, but it has a kitchen, allows dogs, sea pool, and leads right down to the ocean.

Amfora beach resort is very beautiful and cheap place. The blue sea under blue sky looks very awesome 👌. Upscale resort with dining, sea views & a beach club, plus an outdoor pool with a swim-up bar

If you book through Trip or any other broker, the hotel will make sure you are placed in one of the worst rooms in the hotel. The staff are efficient, the rooms are well maintained, and the location unbeatable

However, be prepared for obnoxious crowds of noisy drunks at the pool

Perched on a hill, this hotel boasts absolutely stunning views. It's an easy walk to get there, just follow the road along the pier. The staff were incredibly friendly and hospitable

Great hotel on a great location with a great view! If you travel to Hvar, this is the one and only place to stay. The pool is nice and also close to the sea

We also got stuck in a Soviet-style elevator in the bad part of the hotel and had to endure an interesting ride up and down for several minutes until hotel staff came to rescue us

We stayed here at the end of August and it was fabulous! The hotel is lovely and the rooms are very clean, fresh and modern. Pillows and beds are so comfortable and shower amazing! The pool area was lovely

Always loads of available sun beds and towels available. The kids absolutely loved spending the day in the pool. Breakfast was amazing with something for everyone

We played the mini golf 3 times and the kids loved it. Yes, it’s an additional cost and probably quite a lot but we enjoyed it. We ate out along the strip - Trattoria, Bongos, Tapas - the food was very very good

The kids loved the games room! There are loungers on the beach that you have to pay for. We set up in the shade of the trees, which was absolutely fine. The water is crystal clear! Very beautiful

The hotel amenities and breakfast dining were great. Bedrooms and housekeeping spot on. Lots of activities if you wanted them but discreetly offered. Location good. Pool and beach areas fabulous with plenty of towels.

This hotel is especially good. It costs more than 3,000 yuan a night in peak season, which is perfect for a vacation. There is a large swimming pool and beach right across the street

Among this group of hotels, Eden Hotel is a hotel with a more obvious business nature, not a special resort style; but its advantages are also obvious, that is, the cost performance is very high

The breakfast is particularly good, rich and delicious. It only takes a few minutes to drive to the old town. It is suitable to stay for several nights

The breakfast is a little weak, after all, it feels like a business hotel, but the cost performance is too good, it is worth a 5-star recommendation

So if you are not a good swimmer better to take an air mattress or use the infinity pool on windy days

The hotel is located in a handy position for getting about to different restaurants. The facilities at the hotel are excellent, the wellness area with the sauna with the most incredible view - not to be missed

We had booked this hotel with one of the options for an elevator. Upon arrival we found out we had to go up 2 flights of stairs then get an elevator that too with out someone helping us with our bags

The hotel has good facilities and a nice private beach. The rooms could use a bit of redecorating but were nevertheless nice and spacious. The breakfast buffet is really good.

Sadly you can only do the buffet and not open to have just yogurt and a coffee or something smaller. Beach side the staff can only deliver food/drinks -no interaction

Gorgeous hotel! The area is clean, there are sun loungers near the water and under the trees. Bars and restaurants are conveniently located for vacationers, and there is a panoramic outdoor swimming pool

Down side entertainment not good. Staff in bar area rude at times Get up early if you want a pool chair, people go down before 7am to put towels on these then don’t use them till late afternoon we found

I like everything, food, people, pool, animation fifty, restaurant , all inclusive is super. My children realy like it very much and we will come again

Only gripe I had was we expected a sea view with our balcony but had carpark view everything else was spot on !

Were given rooms overlooking car park which we thought was as annoying but turned out a bonus as did not hear bad singing from entertainment Would we go back, not to this hotel but definitely return to Croatia
