We stayed at this hotel at the end of August 2025. In short: the staff are extremely friendly, cleanliness is at the highest level, the food could be a bit more varied but everything is very tasty

The hotel is situated near the main street, but it's really quiet in the rooms. We enjoyed our stay and would like to come again

Even the hotel’s own restaurant by the reception is nice, buffet dinner with various themes depending on week day

We went on a Tour from Greece and had the pleasure of staying at the Ramada Ayia Napa in Cyprus, and it was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish! The hotel is perfectly located, just a short walk from the beautiful beaches and vibrant nightlife of Ayia Napa, making it an ideal spot for both relaxation and adventure

The managers went above and beyond to help when our family joined us, and Donna behind the bar was a delight. The hotel pools were lovely and clean, perfect for our little ones (4 and 6 years old)

it is in a great location next to a lovely beach & small harbour, lovely pool area & garden leading down to beach, it is spotlessly clean , the staff are happy, smiley , friendly & attentive , food was amazing , nothing would be too much trouble for them

Although the staff are perfect, the facilities need a lot of updating, especially needed near the beach area, the sun beds have no cushions and the sun shade have no pins to keep them updated lack of attention detail, the pool area itself is immaculate and staff make the place it is, pity about poor management to detail, they need to work harder

Special mention to Angelo & the restaurant & bar staff … you are all fabulous I would recommend this hotel to anyone specially at this time of year when it’s reasonably quiet. Plenty of clubs etc nearby if required

Staff were very friendly and made us all feel very welcome. The cleaners did a brilliant job at keeping the place spotlessly clean

Really good location, straight onto liminaki beach and the harbour. With sunbeds avaible on beachfront. The food is basic but it suited us because we like going out to the restaurants

The breakfast buffet was simple but tasty. A free parking space and a small pool area are available, although the pool water was warmer than the sea

We had a wonderful stay at Abacus Suites. The rooms are beautifully decorated, and the hotel overall has a stylish vibe. The room amenities were good, though there were very few places to hang wet swimwear

Next morning the weather was not great went to breakfast and met by Nick who welcomed us again back to the hotel, even the nice waitress had my Lurpak Butter ready waiting for me by the toaster, went back to the room a plate of sweeties and a bottle of wine were waiting for us, great service

The hotel is way better than the images found online or on their website. They seriously need to hire better photographers. I enjoyed every minute I stayed there. Their staff was super helpful and friendly aswell

Been going to ayia napa many yrs now and always stay at limanaki beach hotel from first day you know you will get looked after by the friendly staff rooms have great views of harbour great swimming pool clean rooms everyday cant fault the hotel and staff excellent all round and will be back next year 5 star from me

The restaurant close to the beach have amazing food and drinks. The halloumi here is so far the best I've had in all of Ayia napa and i have tried them all so far

I have stayed here before in April 2022 with both my nephews and their girl friends, without any complaints at all from anyone 🙌 I recently stayed and again without any complaints, short notice booking

On the positive side, there’s a clean, well-maintained pool that’s taken care of daily. 🏊‍♂️ The rooms are beautiful, modern, and spotless, with hygiene at a good standard throughout

📍 On the downside, a few nights were a bit noisy, making it hard to sleep, as the sound insulation is decent but not effective enough for the balcony and window areas. 😴 The bed linens and towels could have been cleaner

🍽️ There are also cameras everywhere for added safety. 🎥 The cleaning staff is very thorough after guests leave, which is a nice touch. 🧹 Additionally, the location is quite convenient

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 The owner is highly attentive and ensures the hotel is well-managed. 🏨 The restaurant offers great food at affordable prices, like an 8€ souvlaki plate, which is a great deal

We enjoyed the hotel facilities; they have a gorgeous pool. It is very close to the main streets with restaurants and shops, and a few minutes from the beach

Two days in Ayia Napa We enjoyed very much our 2 days visit at Petrosana. It's a nice small hotel, located in a short distance from the beach and the center of Ayia Napa

With the heat of September, it was nice to be by the pool all day and then venture out. Parking I think is limited on site, but believe there were other pots available. It is old and tired, but rooms are huge

It was a wonderful experience! I stayed for a week with my friends in September this year, and it was wonderful! The staff was very friendly and kind, the rooms were very clean, the breakfast was varied (multiple things at the same meal), and of good quality

Sometimes a little noise from the street, when young people was working home from discos and bars in the night. Everything worked perfectly, and we can only give them our best recommendations

It is quiet around, even though it is very close to the restaurants, and we were able to rest well

Need to lot of work to tidy up a bit but the price reflects in what you get and open out of season which is another bonus

The Manager Linda , 10 out of 10. The facility itself, perfectly allocated. The end of the day, you get what you pay for. It's very, very reasonably priced. So don't expect too much frills, maybe not even an elevator

Arrived and our room was ready early, Linda was amazing and helpful. The room was clean and airy nothing was too much trouble. The location of the hotel is perfect and very close to all the main attractions

But what you're getting is a safe place, safe, managed by good management in the perfect location for unbelievable value. In Europe, this has got to be one of the cheapest accommodations

The location is great, between Nissi and Vathia Gona beaches, the rooms are spacious, clean, towels are changed every day, there is a hair dryer, shampoo and conditioner that are fantastic, better than the expensive products I buy at the hairdresser

It has all of the facilities that you would want, incl gym, sauna, pool, kids room and jacuzzi. Even though it was towards the end of the season, the entertainment coordinators were great

It is located very close to the beach, it's yards away, so it was nice to be by the pool and the sea at the same time! The first impression was how lovely clean it looked, checking in was quick and easy, with no fuss or waiting around

The pool area was great and always looked very inviting. The pools aren't heated, but it didn't matter because the air temperature was hot. I particularly liked the fact that the children's pool was shaded by a pergola

After three trips we decided to return and book at Sunprime Aya Napa. Unfortunately we had a problem on the first night. We contacted Ving and then the manager the following morning

The staff is very caring and we really felt spoiled by them. We really liked the pool which is just the right size and never overcrowded. This is definitely a hotel where we would go back

We spent a week at the hotel which was an absolutely amazing experience. The hotel room was newly renovated and huge, which made our stay so wonderful and high end

I have visited this hotel many times, and stopped visiting it because it was worn. After the renovation of the hotel it is in another standard. It now looks amazing, and everything is working

We arrived at midnight and the night receptionist checked us in. Myself and partner had a room on the first floor overlooking the side road and our friend had a room overlooking the front. There was a kettle and 2 cups

We had several drinks at the pool bar over the course of the week, very friendly staff and reasonably priced. All in all i would recommend this hotel, thank you for a lovely stay

The restaurant is small but serves breakfast and a evening meal. The pool is a good size with a bar closeby. I am in a full time wheelchair user. There are ramps in and around the property

Lived on plain pasta, chips and salad most of the week! Positives: The location is fantastic with the beach right outside the hotel. Pool was large with no troubles getting loungers

Excellent food, nice polite staff always a smile on their faces and helped with everything that we needed. There was a show on every night. Very enjoyable family place, had animators during the day and night for children

Panagiotis is a fantastic host who not only offers a high end accommodation, but is also a very knowledgeable local guide who is always happy to give perfect advice on what to do in Agia Napa

The hotel offers a swimming pool in the neighbouring facility, and they have a baby pool,too! We also got a baby cot and a baby chair – moms will understand how much they're needed when traveling with a 1-year old

Most of the apartments even have sea view, just ask for sea view apartment during booking. Highly recommend this place and will come back for sure

Good stay at Napa City Apartment Easy communication even though we booked late and no one at the reception anymore. No problem with check in,m & parking.

Myriama is located on a on an active road leading up from the coastal road to the main party area of Ayia Napa about half a mile from the centre of Napa and the nearest beach, with only a few steps to the first bars and clubs of the clubbing area

The noise from the bars and clubs steadily decreased during the first part our stay, and although audible during the early hours of the morning was not too loud to prevent sleep

There is also a block next door that appears to consist mainly of single young men, they can be noisy and loud at very unsociable times, regularly at around 3am deciding to chat very loudly outside the block, loud enough to wake you up, not to mention the occasional party that went on until the very early hours

The road can also be noisy, whilst not busy there are regularly noisy motorbikes/cars/vans/trucks up and down the road, sometimes heavy loud pedestrian traffic and the dustcart that normally empties the bins overnight! The accommodation is fairly basic

The kitchenette was basic but sufficient for a holiday. The bedroom with access to the balcony was ok. The bathroom was again ok, the shower fitting was what can best be described as at an odd angle

Hot water or lack of, was a bit of an issue as the temperature dropped during our stay and the solar not working efficiently, with us having to ask for the hot water to be turned on several times

Our two-story room was very practical, although the shower didn’t have any cold water and the warm air lingered in the bathroom for hours. It was quiet at night — we couldn't hear street noise in our room

Very nice staff from the amasing cleaning service to the other staff here. I love this place and i will be coming back. 2 minutes from the beach, but bring ore buy bathing shoes becouse of the rocky and shallow beach

The prices for drinks and food at the pool bar are also reasonable, which is an additional plus for accommodation that is not located directly on the beach

The entertaining staff always have something planned and they are constantly doing things in and out of the pool. The hotel isnt packed so the sunbed chairs are always available. This hotel is great for a family holiday!

We had a pleasant stay in Panas, the hotel is perfectly situated between the main beaches and the busy city center. The staff is lovely and the pool is great. The food served at the buffet is good as well

Good location in heart of Ayia Napa. Not much of a beach. More rocks. Staff were hit or miss. Some great some surly. There are maintenance issues. However we did visit in middle of off season.

Lovely place lovely people.good if your looking for sun, sea and sand well (pebble beach) I gave it a 3 because the hotel needs a fair bit of TLC

I cant believe these israeli people didnt like a place. Probably people with lot of problems in their own heads. The place is really clean, around 150m far from one small beach. 5 mins by bicycle from Nissi beach

They were very friendly and even went beyond with service so we didn’t even have to leave the pool. They definitely made up the atmosphere for the out dated rooms. I will recommend this hotel and be probably back

Only few minutes from the centre. Pool was fantastic and what makes me give it 5star was the staff on reception and especially at the pool bar. I think the guys name was Dimitris and don't know the other guy

My room was a comfortable double with a strong walk-in shower, quality toiletries and a small balcony with a sea view - perfect for unwinding. I did, however, have an issue with ants on the bedside tables at night

The outdoor pool area is lovely (though cold in November), and indoors you’ll find a smaller pool, two (weak) jacuzzis and compact sauna/steam rooms. The gym is small but usually empty and well-equipped enough

The hotel was fully booked so I couldn’t move rooms, but housekeeping eventually resolved it. Also note: rooms above the Elia restaurant can hear music until around midnight, and the fridge has no minibar items

I’d been hesitant to visit because of the area’s party reputation, but in November it was calm, relaxed and mostly visited by an older crowd. The hotel is spotless, with staff and cleaners always around

Overall, it’s a solid 4-star option and great value if you’re after a peaceful, low-key break - ideal for solo travellers, friends or couples in the off-peak months

I think overall I recommend PM apartments have more communication with visitors before arrival and hopefully this should resolve the confusion over rooms. Many thanks to the staff and hope the summer goes well

As a group of 5 boys visiting the apartments we were surprised to find that we had to share our room with two strangers and in this first room the shower was unusable with cabling hanging from the wall

Furthermore they did redeem the first room problems with a very upscale double bedroom and sofa lounge area for the final night

The hosts were also accommodating, allowing myself to use their reception computer after having problems with my boarding pass

We were then moved several times throughout the week to apartments with better facilities giving credit to the hosts
