Lived on plain pasta, chips and salad most of the week! Positives: The location is fantastic with the beach right outside the hotel. Pool was large with no troubles getting loungers

Honestly one of the best places I've been, location is fantastic, staff are friendly , beeches around are all great ( as long as you walk to the right), food is much better than I anticipated after reading reviews on here

Had to take our own loo roll off their trolleys as they never topped up the room! Water park was closed but a free and regular bus was laid on to a nearby hotel to use their facilities, although we were not too fussed

Most of the hotel staff were helpful and cheerful, and the weather was lovely for late October. Entertainment was hit and miss and was over by Midnight but then it seems to be family oriented hotel so not unexpected

Despite the negatives we had a lovely week away. I just feel the hotel should probably be advertised as 3 star. If they just need to improve the cleaning regime and food options

it is in a great location next to a lovely beach & small harbour, lovely pool area & garden leading down to beach, it is spotlessly clean , the staff are happy, smiley , friendly & attentive , food was amazing , nothing would be too much trouble for them

Located on the beach of Ayia Napa, Cyprus, this is a great hotel. It is almost 30 meters from the edge of the pool to the beach. The staff are fantastic, they are really there for you and you won't want for anything

Although the staff are perfect, the facilities need a lot of updating, especially needed near the beach area, the sun beds have no cushions and the sun shade have no pins to keep them updated lack of attention detail, the pool area itself is immaculate and staff make the place it is, pity about poor management to detail, they need to work harder

Just spent a week in this fabulous boutique hotel in Limanaki, Ayia Napa with my bestie…. this hotel should have a 5 star rating , everything about it is 5 star …

Special mention to Angelo & the restaurant & bar staff … you are all fabulous I would recommend this hotel to anyone specially at this time of year when it’s reasonably quiet. Plenty of clubs etc nearby if required

We had a great stay at Abacus Suites. The rooms were great, spacious and modern. The bathroom was also nice and modern. We had a balcony pointing at the pool. It was quiet, no complaints about that

I want to especially highlight Monika at the front desk. She was not only welcoming but also a pleasure to talk to. Her attentiveness and willingness to help made a significant difference in my stay

Staff are so friendly and the bar food is really nice. Beautiful pool area plenty of sunbeds. Brilliant area right in the middle of ayia napa just 1 min from all shops and restaurants

The restaurant is small but serves breakfast and a evening meal. The pool is a good size with a bar closeby. I am in a full time wheelchair user. There are ramps in and around the property

We had several drinks at the pool bar over the course of the week, very friendly staff and reasonably priced. All in all i would recommend this hotel, thank you for a lovely stay

Beautiful and clean apartment rooms nice and spacious but not a great deal of storage lovey powerful shower the pool area was cleaned down every morning plenty of of drinks and food from the pool bar the apartments are very central with lots of shops and restaurants close by Ayia Napa ***** is close by but not closer enough that you can here all the noise all the staff were very friendly and helpful...

We arrived at midnight and the night receptionist checked us in. Myself and partner had a room on the first floor overlooking the side road and our friend had a room overlooking the front. There was a kettle and 2 cups

The managers went above and beyond to help when our family joined us, and Donna behind the bar was a delight. The hotel pools were lovely and clean, perfect for our little ones (4 and 6 years old)

Staff very helpful and attentive nice spacious rooms over look the large swimming pool definitely would book again !

Now about the rooms, when we stayed for two days, everything was fine, the cleaning people changed our towels daily. Until the two last days, they stopped giving us fresh towels? Nobody came into our room to clean

The location is not on the beach. The swimming pool is OK and there is also a children's water park

📍 On the downside, a few nights were a bit noisy, making it hard to sleep, as the sound insulation is decent but not effective enough for the balcony and window areas. 😴 The bed linens and towels could have been cleaner

On the positive side, there’s a clean, well-maintained pool that’s taken care of daily. 🏊‍♂️ The rooms are beautiful, modern, and spotless, with hygiene at a good standard throughout

🍽️ There are also cameras everywhere for added safety. 🎥 The cleaning staff is very thorough after guests leave, which is a nice touch. 🧹 Additionally, the location is quite convenient

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 The owner is highly attentive and ensures the hotel is well-managed. 🏨 The restaurant offers great food at affordable prices, like an 8€ souvlaki plate, which is a great deal

We enjoyed the hotel facilities; they have a gorgeous pool. It is very close to the main streets with restaurants and shops, and a few minutes from the beach

With the heat of September, it was nice to be by the pool all day and then venture out. Parking I think is limited on site, but believe there were other pots available. It is old and tired, but rooms are huge

It was a wonderful experience! I stayed for a week with my friends in September this year, and it was wonderful! The staff was very friendly and kind, the rooms were very clean, the breakfast was varied (multiple things at the same meal), and of good quality

Two days in Ayia Napa We enjoyed very much our 2 days visit at Petrosana. It's a nice small hotel, located in a short distance from the beach and the center of Ayia Napa

The Manager Linda , 10 out of 10. The facility itself, perfectly allocated. The end of the day, you get what you pay for. It's very, very reasonably priced. So don't expect too much frills, maybe not even an elevator

Arrived and our room was ready early, Linda was amazing and helpful. The room was clean and airy nothing was too much trouble. The location of the hotel is perfect and very close to all the main attractions

But what you're getting is a safe place, safe, managed by good management in the perfect location for unbelievable value. In Europe, this has got to be one of the cheapest accommodations

Yes the rooms are basic but extremely clean these people work hard not any dirt in sight, believe me i checked everywhere. They were very warm and friendly. The pool is amazing, to have a light lunch it's perfect

The hotel is simple but we'll maintained. The pool is clean and decent. The management and staff and their customer service are second to none and made my holiday

Myself partner and 7 year old stayed for 5 nights. The building and apartment may be simple but that's what we like. The pool and pool bar area is simply wonderful. Lukia are the best hosts ever

Very good place to have fun and take your time in chill! Stelios the barman is a very good person. You can ask every advice and some tips where is the best restaruants and bars in ayia napa, and what u must to see.

You can borrow adapters from the front desk for chargers etc, and you pay a small fee, you get back at the end of your stay. All staff very nice and serviceminded, everyone from the frontdesk to the poolbar

In the complex, we find two swimming pools, one of which, right in front of the restaurant, is where you can enjoy a good breakfast

My choice was the Pavlinia Hotel & Apartments, and that was the right choice! Besides the room being quite large, it had a very comfortable bed, desk, mini-fridge, air conditioner, sofa, a small table and two chairs, a large closet and a bathroom with all its amenities

New apartments clean include kitchen/can fet to family +2 or 4 friends so close to main avenue nissi street local food/markets/the bar strip is only 1 minute walk/fast food near by a dry wash machine for clothes,also car rentals park play for kids

The hotel is really nice, close to all the bars and clubs but very quiet at night

We had a wondeful week at Pavlinia Hotel Apartments right in the center of Ayia Napa. The first time we were there in 2015 and since 2020 five times a row. The facility is super clean and well renovated

It definitely matched the pictures so we weren't surprised when we arrived. The location was great, close to the city center while also near the beach , also with a nice pool

absolutely amazing, loved every minute of it, Harriet and George especially, they were absolutely perfect with us, knew how to have a laugh, spoke to us with respect, coming again every year

What I would highlight are the staff , they were helpful and nice , so they made us feel welcome. Overall I would say I am pleased with the hotel and I would recommend it

Very basic accommodation, with a lot of flaws. We stayed 4 people, including two kids in the family apartment

I had a few injuries while there and the staff were all more than happy to help me and even check up on me for the rest of my stay. We never struggled to get sunbeds. For the price, I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough

After three trips we decided to return and book at Sunprime Aya Napa. Unfortunately we had a problem on the first night. We contacted Ving and then the manager the following morning

The staff is very caring and we really felt spoiled by them. We really liked the pool which is just the right size and never overcrowded. This is definitely a hotel where we would go back

I have visited this hotel many times, and stopped visiting it because it was worn. After the renovation of the hotel it is in another standard. It now looks amazing, and everything is working

The price is good, the location also but there is a huge uphill. The pool was very clean and the staff is kind. The pictures not even close shows the reality, the room needs renovation, the sunbeds are very dirty

The cleaner was rude she just opened our door because she thought we were not in the room after one knock, and we said she could clean if she wants in an hour and she got mad about it ??! After that she came and she only changed the towels

Last negative thing i have to say is that the pool is so empty, there are no people and you feel so alone but it's clean enough! That's all about this hotel/apartments, it is very good for its' price but i won't book here again

Pool is cleaned every day so thats a +, works till 6 pm so u can’t go for a swim whenever u want

The rooms are nice and have a pool view, you can go out to the balcony and have a coffee with the pool view, but yesterday there were 15-20 ants crawling on a bed, that's why I took off a star

This is simply hotel apartmants. It recuires renovation but location is perfect. Beach just 10 steps from hotel, and marine from where all tourist boats starts. Main Aya Napa streats are behaind the hotel

It is possible to change dinner for lunch or vice versa (we took advantage of the evening excursion)! The staff is friendly and always ready to solve any questions! I recommend the hotel! Have a nice rest!

This is a great hotel in one of the quieter parts of Ayia Napa, with lovely spa facilities including two pools, a sauna and a steam room

The hotel was fully booked so I couldn’t move rooms, but housekeeping eventually resolved it. Also note: rooms above the Elia restaurant can hear music until around midnight, and the fridge has no minibar items

The entertaining staff always have something planned and they are constantly doing things in and out of the pool. The hotel isnt packed so the sunbed chairs are always available. This hotel is great for a family holiday!

The food is great a big buffet every night whilst on all inclusive and the drinks on the all inclusive menu are better than the drinks on the normal menu. The swimming pool is huge! With a net for volley ball

We had a pleasant stay in Panas, the hotel is perfectly situated between the main beaches and the busy city center. The staff is lovely and the pool is great. The food served at the buffet is good as well

I cant believe these israeli people didnt like a place. Probably people with lot of problems in their own heads. The place is really clean, around 150m far from one small beach. 5 mins by bicycle from Nissi beach
