We stayed at Thalassines Villas in Ayia Napa for a family holiday and had two beachfront villas — it was absolutely brilliant! The location is beautiful and peaceful, perfect for relaxing by the sea

I left our initial meeting feeling relaxed and so happy with our choice. On the wedding day itself everything was how I had dreamed it would be and so much more

I was extremely anxious beforehand that everything went to plan and Elena instantly upon meeting her put our minds at ease, she is a true gem and professional

We went to see the venue a few days before the wedding day and instantly upon walking in we knew we had picked the perfect place

nice outdoor pool, bar near pool, close to grocery/restaurant, helpful receptionists, 24hours service at the reception, poor wifi connection in my room, block A, missing microwave in hotel room/studio

Was an amazing experience. Bambos the bartender was awesome, Joseph at the desk was so helpful and Harry for breakfast at the bar area made lush coffee. I would go again, sadly I only stayed for a night.

Two warm and clean pools, one of which was perfect for the infant and no sunbed wars! The staff are such lovely people and hard working

Pool was excellent never in our 30 years together have I been in a pool more than once each day I’m not a fan of water however felt so comfortable and safe enjoyed our visit and will be back x

We visited for a week on 23 August, 3 adults, a child and infant and had an absolutely fabulous time. A lovely, clean spacious apartment with comfy beds. we paid €8 a day for each air con and €2 a day for the safe

The outside bar by the swimming pool was always busy and pints were in concourse. Nothing but positives about this place

I have stayed at this hotel twice now, and both experiences were excellent. The food is very good, varied, and fresh, and the dining areas — both the terrace and the indoor space — are spacious and well organized

The staff is extremely friendly and always willing to help, which makes the stay even more pleasant. The location also has a beautiful pool, perfect for relaxing

The soundproofing is adequate, considering the noise and music from the street, as the hotel is located in the center of Ayia Napa, opposite the local Luna Park

This hotel was a lot lot better than I expected despite previous bad reviews! Upon arriving, we got upgraded to a one bed apartment which was just lovely

Basic room but very clean and tidy with a balcony use of a swimming pool and breakfast if wanted at 7 euros. Away from the noise, 10 mins from the main beach and a great little bakery for snacks and brekkie

The staff is very helpful and friendly. The location is not that great, there is a hill to climb from the main road. On the other hand, this place is very quiet, the pool and the garden are lovely

The staff are absolutely amazing. And I am very very thankful to Anita for very hospitable nature. We will definitely be going back to the same place again when we are in Cyprus next year

Our AC leaked the first night but after telling them in the morning they fixed it right away. The location also very good, walking distance to the strip and there are shops nearby

Location of the hotel is very good if you want to be near the city center, its about 5 mins of walk. And what is very important, although its near the center its very quite

- In the first room there was only one plug socket next to the bed, it was really inconvenient. - Cleaning could be better, in the first room it smelt badly of urine in the bathroom. The second room was much cleaner

This hotel is super cheap! It’s a 4 because it’s so cheap - what can you expect? I paid £140 for 4 nights. You can’t expect a 5 star hotel for this price

We went to sea CleoNapa last week and could not have had a better experience! All of the staff were so lovely and welcoming! The swimming pool was lovely and the rooms a nice size! The manage went above and beyond in every way and made our trip lovely!

The hotel room was very spacious and the location is also good. The employees should get a bonus, they where super friendly and do everything to please us. The food tasted good too and the pool is nice too

Store luggage in reception availability, do not miss the indoor pool 🏊‍♂️ and the lovely spa. Breakfast and dinner was rich and variety of choices. On arrival do not miss to check for all inclusive at a very good price

The sunbeds were alloted to you, so there was no early morning dash to acquire one. Our room was cleaned each day, fresh towels on a daily basis. There is a venue on site showing different acts of an evening

( All inclusive) There was a good choice of restaurants to eat in, plus a snack bar by the pool opened at 10. The adult pool was lovely to swim in

Everything is clean, the mix of food on offer is something I've never seen at an all inclusive resort before, they cater above and beyond and is high quality food and cooked fresh everyday

We had super nice stay in that hotel. There is kids club for kids under 3 age. They upgraded our room for free

Big advantage that there is no loud music during the day and no disco in the evening (it was inside, so, no noise for people with kids)

Yes i will admit, we put the sign on the door a few times even if we aren’t in, because we didn’t want the room cleaned as we thought it was fine - but they still come in! We also left a few euros on the side not knowing that they would think it would be a tip for them which it wasn’t! We simply left it on the side before bed to empty our pockets

It is located very close to the beach, it's yards away, so it was nice to be by the pool and the sea at the same time! The first impression was how lovely clean it looked, checking in was quick and easy, with no fuss or waiting around

The pool area was great and always looked very inviting. The pools aren't heated, but it didn't matter because the air temperature was hot. I particularly liked the fact that the children's pool was shaded by a pergola

Next morning the weather was not great went to breakfast and met by Nick who welcomed us again back to the hotel, even the nice waitress had my Lurpak Butter ready waiting for me by the toaster, went back to the room a plate of sweeties and a bottle of wine were waiting for us, great service

The hotel is super! Ideally located on the waterfront! Excellent staff, everyone is very kind, many speak Russian, Christina at the reception is very responsive and kind, knows the language well! Cyprus is the bomb! I recommend this hotel to everyone!
