River Rock hotel is excellently situated in Ayia Napa for the harbour, shops, restaurant, bus route etc. The staff are brilliant and so well trained to look after customers

Only thing i would say is maybe play some chilled music at breakfast as it was a bit much when you first get up in the mornings. But honestly great hotel great location

While simple in decor, they were well-maintained, and the housekeeping staff did a good job daily. One of the standout features was the staff — always smiling, helpful, and professional

The pool was amazing, with a nice bar with good prices, and great sun beds. Breakfast buffet was pretty good, in my opinion it was missing some vegetables and cheeses, but other than that it was great

The pool is quite small for the size of the hotel and there aren’t many sunbeds available. Breakfast is tasty with a wide variety of options. We can recommend this hotel mainly because of the friendly and helpful staff

Location is great and you are in the middle of everything, downside is that in the evening it can be pretty loud because its so close to the amusement and to some bars

We booked a pool view swim up room they are amazing you get your own double lounge bed on the balcony 2 chairs and a table so you don't have to get round the pool to save your beds even though they say don't put towels out before 8am There were people down there at 6

Cleanliness was at a premium level. The pools were great, with very clean and warm water

In addition, the hotel offered many activities during the day in the water and outdoors, as well as evening entertainment and music. A perfect place for relaxation. We would definitely come back!

Rooms are nice size and excellent shower. I will be coming back here next year. The dinning staff especially the waiter older gentleman Demetris was so nice always smiling polite and welcoming

This was our first time to Cyprus in October 2026 and We absolutely loved this hotel we had a signature swim up room which was absolutely beautiful and made our holiday very relaxing

The pool area is tiny and the sunbeds are taken at 4am in the morning by older people who believe they can tell children not to splash

Started to get busy last few days and that caused only issue as the pool area for sub-beds is smallish so people would put towels on beds by pool and then go and do other things and come back 2 hours later… There are other places to sit not directly by the pool

Food- Breakfast was served in Nelia Gardens which was lovely and plenty of choice. Always had a warm welcome with a beautiful smile from Monica. Lunch and dinner is served at Neila Beach hotel across the road

Night reception put us in a room ( family of 3 with 2 beds) but this was quickly rectified in the morning by the reservations manager. Who did her best to ensure we were happy

Lovely hotel- some good some bad. Booked with Jet2, on arrival to hotel they had no booking for us! Not what you need when you arrive after midnight and a long day travelling

the chef or just someone from the kitchen ran out to the bar and beach during the day sometimes and offered focaccia. BUT again only to Italians! And not to mention the Italian program all the time

The rooms are nice, but there was a space under the entrance door, thanks to which a tarantula got into our room! So I hope that was the reason and it didn't stay with us in the room for two days

And a big minus, if you are not Italian, for the animators and most of the staff you are just air (with few exceptions!). the animator didn't even bother to answer the question and ignored us

Beautiful hotel, stunning surroundings and clean sea, skilled Italian chef, all inclusive service is definitely worth it

I think that once this hotel was great, built with style, nice pools, near the beach. but unfortunately, it is not maintained and now, the only good thing is the pool area

Went for my 26th birthday with my partner the staff were so lovely and helpful nothing was ever too much trouble it was lovely too see so many staff out cleaning and getting sorted for the season ahead yes the pool was very cold but that was too be expected mid way into April the hotel it’s self was very clean the only slight complain was the shower didn’t like too drain cause the floor wasn’t level...

Dreading coming here because of the bad reviews, don't get me wrong it's not the best but not the worst, bad points is the cleaning, we stayed 6 nights and didn't have our room cleaned once, we cleaned it ourselves and wasn't in the room much anyway, no fresh towels all week luckily had our own, breakfast was good and so was other meals and Ahmed who runs the restaurant was a great guy, easy to chat...

The interior is tasteful and welcoming, with an eye for detail. And the terrace… a touch of luxury overlooking a serene pool. Overall, the place has a wonderfully relaxed and pleasant vibe you’ll want to come back to

My number 1 place to stay in Ayia Napa, it has been my 5th time staying here and this year the reception staff are incredible and I upgraded to the private pool room which I would strongly recommended!

Booked a short 4 day trip and stayed here. I would never book a vibe hotel in high season but knew it would be ok out of season. I had seen other hotels with a higher rating but visually didn't like the look the rooms

I would worry in peak times, as anyone could climb over the barrier. The pool was nice and quiet and kept very clean. The life guard was there all day

They still have some Covid restrictions in place it seems, you aren’t able to fill your own water bottle up from the cold water tap so you have to buy bottled water if you’d like fresh, other than the cups you can have with breakfast

It was very clean though, and the bathroom was nice with the LED and the demister on the mirror a nice touch. The balcony was not private as there was no screen or wall between each balcony, so we didn't sit out often

There is a bus stop just outside the hotel, which takes you into Ayia Napa central, and there are a few nice restaurants. We only went one evening to have a look but were disappointed at the shops as all the same

The hotel is perfectly positioned opposite a beautiful beach. The pool and area around is also lovely and well maintained. The rooms were lovely and I had a side sea view which was a bonus I wasn't expecting

I can not think of anything negative to say about this hotel. The staff are amazing and can not do enough to make an enjoyable stay. The general manager checks on guests every day which is a lovely personal touch

Check was smooth and swift and I was soon on my way to the room. Room was clean and spacious and had everything I needed. We were bed and breakfast and I was very pleased with the selection

The location is excellent with nisi bay and Ayia Napa centre walkable or bus which are regular. The beach directly outside the hotel is clean and safe. All in all I would highly recommend

This hotel is the perfect location, great staff, clean and adult only. I love children but working in schools appreciate the down time! The rooms have everything you need fridge, hairdryer cleaned everyday

The whole hotel seemed to be in a confused state, where they try to accommodate everyone, without delivering a full experience. STAY CLEAR OF THE SNACKS at the pool area

There are all necessary facilities:swimming pool, SPA area, bars, restaurant. The beach is a five minute walk away!

The place offers lovely, family-oriented lodging. The rooms are spacious enough and cleaned daily — plus you get a complimentary bottle of water every day. The pool is warm, clean, and absolutely perfect for children

They can jump, dive, swim — anything they like. Breakfast is sufficient and satisfying. You really feel at home here thanks to the cozy atmosphere and welcoming vibe. The staff is wonderful and always helpful

Lovely hotel in a quiet place and a little far from the center. Two bus stops from Nisi Beach and about 4 stops from the center. Clean rooms, suitable for families with children, very clean hotel

Right across the street, there’s a supermarket and a bus stop. Beaches are within walking distance, everything is easily accessible on foot. There’s also free parking available at the hotel

Some of the hotel’s policies also felt unnecessarily petty. Being asked for a €10 deposit for a pool towel or an extra room key (you only get one as standard, which is inconvenient) seemed a bit much

That said, there are some things that could be better. There simply aren’t enough sunbeds for the number of guests, and by 8. 30am all the good ones were gone. This meant the 80's-style ones on the grass

It's modern, the sunbeds are thick and comfortable, the bar, called "Famous", is very nice, and the rooms were clean with decent storage space. Waking up to the sea views was a real highlight

So we preferred the beach to using these. The two lifts are tiny and don’t really cope with the size of the hotel, and the rooms are quite dark – especially the bathrooms, where the lighting really isn’t up to scratch

The plug sockets by the dressing table were also ridiculous – positioned so close to the worktop that you couldn’t use them for a hairdryer or straighteners

For a short 4-night stay, none of this spoiled our break and I did really like the hotel overall. But if I was staying longer, I think these little frustrations would have added up

Great Hotel!! The rooms are clean and stocked. The good is very very tasty and varid. a large ja cuzzu and a beach the sea. Comfortable large sunbeams and next to the beach is the wet bar

Staff were all so helpful, especially musti and Marianna. Resort is very clean and has lots of places to chill and relax. Our room was very spacious and happy with the whole experience.

Pools are awesome with such a clear water, the garden is very beautiful, the room was very comfortable, the whole place is very stylish. I'm so thankful that we had opportunity to make late chek out

Vacuuming was inexistent, at most swept with a broom in the middle of the living room. Bathroom was never cleaned in 7 days, and towards the end of the journey we received 2 extra towels

The communication from the host has been 1st class, messages with all key and room information and she met us on our first day to explain everything

The apartment was spotless as was the reception area and all around the property. Yes there is night club across the road but that didn’t really bother us at all

Great location for a wander to the beach or up to the resort centre but a great place to just chill at one of the pools. Rooms, food & drink outstanding

The rooftop restaurant is well worth a visit, you can use this free once during a weeks stay. Great food and a lovely atmosphere. If you miss breakfast or don't want to use the restaurant at lunchtime there is a snackbar

The chefs work so hard to provide great tasty food. At breakfast you can have an omelette freshly cooked which are always lovely. A big shout out to Mr Mario, Ali and George and the rest of the restaurant staff

Gino and his team were brilliant and we saw some good new acts too. The food is always fantastic with so many different choices. The desserts are especially good (if you have a sweet tooth like me)

Just back from a week at Nissi Park. Staff were amazing from reception to bar staff Demetri was super lovey, to Thekla the sweetest cleaning maid. Pool area just wow, comfiest beds ever

Well about the Room that slide different, the lady that cleans the room very poor standards and very annoying same times especially the last day we was told to vacate the room at 11am

We were stranded due to the war in Israel and received support, assistance and sympathy. There is a fun pool area with sunbeds, breakfast, rooms cleaned every day and reasonable prices

Towels and bedding changed regularly. Popped to reception a couple of times - staff always friendly and very helpful. They’ve even allowed us to check out a hour later even though our room was booked that day

Amazing Hotel for couples and young people. The Hotel has 2 swimming pools, one for kids and one with 180 cm depth. The rooms are clean, nice, and modern

It's a small complex ideal for families and the pool is perfect. We are a couple but the children are no problem. There is hardly anyone about and no fights for sunbed

A nice touch is being able to have a shower prior to departure without the need to pay extra for late checkout as well as full use of all-inclusive facilities until departure - something not all hotels offer and was greatly appreciated by us
