The resort is very nice, the room was spacious, and both the sea and the beach are amazing. We only had breakfast, but lunch and dinner are also available. Of course, some improvements and renovations could be made, but overall we had a great time there.

I had a wonderful stay at Fedrania! The property is beautiful, comfortable, and exceeded all my expectations. A special shoutout to the incredible night staff member Paul, who was just a calm man. Our stay here was perfect. The rooms are nice and comfortable, the breakfast is delicious, but what stands out the most is the staff. Very friendly and helpful. A 4 star hotel. Breakfast is simple, matraces are outdated. Staff and location are perfect. Parking is free of charge, there was allways enough places. Ayia Napa down town just 10 minutes walk. Nissi beach is 10 minutes by car, Cavo Greco national park inside blue lagoon is 15 minutes by car.

You need to check number of your room. From 001 to 015 you will have view on the wall of neibour building. Location is good. not city center but near to the excellent Pantachou beach. Hidden treasure A real hidden treasure right in the centre of Ayia Napa. The communication from the host has been 1st class, messages with all key and room information and she met us on our first day to explain everything. The apartment was spotless as was the reception area and all around the property. Yes there is night club across the road but that didn’t really bother us at all.

We arrived there and were offered lemonade (loved it) also I celebrated my birthday there and when I got back from the beach they had prepared me a happy birthday card wine and some fruit - lovely! I could not recommend it any more...

Spend holiday with friends and children in this hotel at the end of May. I definitely recommend it, the staff is extremely nice, they will always help and be happy to welcome you. The rooms are clean, the pool is also always clean. The bar is good, there are theme nights. I will say honestly, a great hotel for this price.

Just got back from a fantastic stay,everyone is so friendly, it's in a great location, two minutes from the nearest bus stop, there's a good restaurant on the doorstep, or a ten minute walk to lots of restaurants, all good with lots of choices. Enjoyed a lovely stay at the hotel. Staff are great, the hotel itself has got everything you need to spend a relaxing , enjoyable holiday. The location is very good, with access to transport connections , supermarkets, various beaches. Highly recommend.

Stayed with friends in July - amazing location, walking distance to the strip but peaceful inside the hotel. Pool area is perfect for relaxing during the day!

We went for a wedding celebration as Family we had the most amazing time . Form the day we arrived we where grated with the lovely hotel staff. They where very helpful when we need dry cleaners and a taxi for the return trip home. Pool staff where so amazing. From the fresh cooked food to the service provided to us they where just amazing. Highly recommend this hotel. Is in a quiet area and and the same time closed to all amenities. Great location, very quiet and still very close to center, bar street. Very good service on reception and on the pool bar, really polite. We had no adapter for charging and on reception gave us. All the women working there are great. Just maybe refreshing the rooms could be good but still in the end of season is normal to not be the best condition. We used AC the whole time and no charged additionally

The hotel was excellent, with a very convenient location. We appreciated that it was almost equally distant from Nissi Beach and the city center – a bit of a walk, but perfect for us as we enjoy strolling. The property was clean, well-organized, and had everything we needed. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. We would definitely recommend this hotel!

We have just returned home to the UK from what has been a very memorable and relaxing holiday which was made possible by the incredibly friendly and accomodating staff at Tasia Maris Gardens. Our accomodation was spotlessly clean upon arrival, and continued to be cleaned spotlessly by the very hard working and friendly Maids daily, during our stay. I am here right now. Our room is basic but very clean but behind us is a building site and they start very early, this morning it was 3am so very little sleep had. The food is good with plenty of choice and the staff are excellent. It's a small complex ideal for families and the pool is perfect. We are a couple but the children are no problem. There is hardly anyone about and no fights for sunbed....

Great staff, diverse catering serves vegetarians well and makes their options creative; close to great beach, plenty of activities for children and adults alike. Diligent cleaning staff refresh towels and bed-linen and service the rooms each day, which is very useful! Very positive experience and would recommend. The inclusive bar can be a hazard...!

Great hotel for the money we paid! Nice staff and the dinner was eatable and often quite tasty. Lunch and snacks was good too, appreciated that you can choose from the menu instead of getting served a buffet like many of the other all inclusive hotels.
