The restaurant close to the beach have amazing food and drinks. The halloumi here is so far the best I've had in all of Ayia napa and i have tried them all so far. This one is a bit on the sweeter site, but it matches the flavour profile perfectly, it's not rubbery and its just fantastic for every bite. If I could I would bring a ton of it home because wow, it's amazing

The hotel is way better than the images found online or on their website. They seriously need to hire better photographers. I enjoyed every minute I stayed there. A delightful hotel which was clean. The best aspect of the stay was the daily breakfast with fresh fruit, thick yogurt and local honey on offer. We stayed at this hotel at the end of August 2025. In short: the staff are extremely friendly, cleanliness is at the highest level, the food could be a bit more varied but everything is very tasty. All in all, I warmly recommend this hotel to everyone and I hope to come back again next year.

The rooms are rather small, for what actually would be possible to put there. Although the staff are perfect, the facilities need a lot of updating, especially needed near the beach area, the sun beds have no cushions and the sun shade have no pins to keep them updated lack of attention detail, the pool area itself is immaculate and staff make the place it is, pity about poor management to detail, they need to work harder.

We stayed a week in November. We arrived at midnight and the night receptionist checked us in. Myself and partner had a room on the first floor overlooking the side road and our friend had a room overlooking the front. Room was clean and tidy. There was a kettle and 2 cups. Stayed here 10 nights with my husband, room excellent, food good ,drink good ,bar staff excellent, cleaning excellent, last few days not so good as few groups of young boys/girls behaving was disgusting, spitting and boking over eachother, we both love a drink and a party but these bunch were a disgrace, felt really sorry for the other guests, glad we were going home .

The apartment we stayed in was very spacious but basic, the cooker handle was broken, the toaster smelled of burning, when I tried to use it. The maid literally walked into our room various times without knocking at 8:45am. We are both not young so did not appreciate this, we found this to be quite rude and it felt as if we were not paying to stay there and got it for free. A positive for this hotel...

Had a lovely stay at Blue Harbour Boutique. Had a family wedding reception there, how they transformed the bar was amazing & would highly recommend having a look if you needed somewhere for a reception of any kind. The rooms there are really nice most comfortable bed I’ve slept in while away, but most of all the staff are so helpful & can’t do enough for you. Will definitely be returning 😀

Coming to Cyprus, visiting Ayia Napa is a must but it’s expensive. It’s a very touristy area and these apartments are far enough out of being directly in it. With the heat of September, it was nice to be by the pool all day and then venture out. Parking I think is limited on site, but believe there were other pots available. It is old and tired, but rooms are huge. Good value for what it is.

Two days in Ayia Napa We enjoyed very much our 2 days visit at Petrosana. It's a nice small hotel, located in a short distance from the beach and the center of Ayia Napa. Nice and comfortable rooms. Sometimes a little noise from the street, when young people was working home from discos and bars in the night. Everything worked perfectly, and we can only give them our best recommendations.

I wouldn't say this is the nicest hotel I have stayed in but not the worst ,it's a bit tired in a lot of places but the beds are very comfy. Need to lot of work to tidy up a bit but the price reflects in what you get and open out of season which is another bonus

The Manager Linda , 10 out of 10. The facility itself, perfectly allocated. The end of the day, you get what you pay for. It's very, very reasonably priced. So don't expect too much frills, maybe not even an elevator. But what you're getting is a safe place, safe, managed by good management in the perfect location for unbelievable value. In Europe, this has got to be one of the cheapest accommodations

The hotel is really nice, close to all the bars and clubs but very quiet at night.  The only thing I didn’t like is that the AC wasn’t included, and 16€ a day it’s ridiculous, thankfully it wasn’t that hot at night and I didn’t need it.

We had a wondeful week at Pavlinia Hotel Apartments right in the center of Ayia Napa. The first time we were there in 2015 and since 2020 five times a row. The facility is super clean and well renovated. The staff is extraordinary friendly and helpful. The location is great and you only walk a short distance to the bar street. Good for the price room are clean air conditioning is excellent and perfect location but keep in mind that it is an apartment not hotel the room service is only available in certain time.

The price is good, the location also but there is a huge uphill. The pool was very clean and the staff is kind. The pictures not even close shows the reality, the room needs renovation, the sunbeds are very dirty. There is no wifi in the room, only in the public areas.

I stayed here for three days and it was not bad at all but i saw many negative things which i have to tell you! First of all, there is no restaurant or bar so no food or drink. One day we were leaving the apartment at the morning and we told to the janitors that we will leave right now to let them clean the room, so we came back after around three hours and the room was not cleaned, basically they...

The location and the aparment is fine, I only missed the drainboad from it and some shelves and hangers from the bathroom. The restaurant however is perfect with really delicious meals on the menu and a nice staff! Absolutely recommended!❤

Excellent location,rooms spacious and spotless, pool area clean and quiet and plenty of sunbeds, bit dated but it didn't detract Wasn't our first choice,that was full but actually it did us a favour and we will be back

The perfect place to stay in Ayia Napa. Centrally located for the beach, harbour, shops, bars and restaurants. Spotlessly clean with comfy beds and friendly owners.

Rooms are dated and in need refurbishment but the pool area is nice. Visited out of season so it was peaceful and relaxing.

Nice apartment, friendly staff, swimming pool, very close to the beach. Lots of supermarkets, restaurants and bars nearby.

The location of the hotel is close to everywhere, 10-15 minutes walking distance. The rooms are nice and have a pool view, you can go out to the balcony and have a coffee with the pool view, but yesterday there were 15-20 ants crawling on a bed, that's why I took off a star. But in general, it's a nice hotel and the staff is friendly. I recommend it for families, it's a hotel that deserves 4 stars

The location is great, close to the beach and close to restaurants and shops. The swimming pool is clean and they have enough sun-beds for everyone. The place is pretty quiet, so we enjoyed some peace after a day at the beach and around town. Unfortunately the cleaning products used to tidy the rooms and the bathroom are no of good quality. First day we had to open all windows to get some fresh air...
