The spa was included every day for 60 minutes, a bottle of wine in the room, and the utmost comfort. THERE WAS REALLY EVERYTHING, from sweet to savory, with wonderful attention to detail
Good location, close to public transport. Just perfect distance away from busy centre. Close to shops, cafes and restaurants. Staff are really accommodating and friendly
Oh, and they gave us a discount card for some attractions and restaurants in Prague, and last but not least, as the icing on the cake, a farewell kit with a discount code for returning to the hotel, a pack of their own brand tissues, and a small bottle of water each
WOW experience! My boyfriend and I stayed in this little corner of paradise in Prague. Besides being a beautiful location, it offers a truly extensive range of services and is incredibly welcoming
This was our first visit to Prague and we were really happy with our chosing Colorfactory Spa Hotel to stay at
The hotel is very comfortable, everything is clean, the staff is friendly and ready to help us with everything we need. The breakfast consists of amazingly abundant, tasty and of good quality
The rooms were exceptionally clean. I love that you had walk-in showers. The temperature of the room was comfortable. Some nice treats were included -- Free water daily, macaroons one night
During our last morning, we had a minor issue and sent a note to the hotel after our departure and Martina manager immediately replied and resolved the issue above and beyond expectations
The hotel's location is convenient, the rooms are spacious, and the service is excellent. The hotel's restaurant is a Michelin-starred restaurant! We are very satisfied!
The location is very good and convenient to go everywhere. But the circular design does not provide good lighting.
My wife and I stayed at the Grand Mark in late September for our 31st anniversary and had an amazing time. From the moment we were greeted by Nicky the Concierge, to Julia at check in, we felt like they really cared
We enjoyed our 3 days there so much.
They let us do late check out at 4 pm with no extra cost
The valet guy BILAL was super cool and friendly with us
also the girl at the reception OLGA were super kind and helpful
The hotel is not so hard to find, close to the city center. Service at the desk was very helpful in English and German. My room was very basic but didn't lack anything. It had a good bed and a good bathroom with a shower
We loved that breakfast is included - something that used to be common in Europe but no longer is. The breakfast is substantial and the room is quite large so that there is no waiting during the morning rush
The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet (except for some water running in pipes). The A/C worked well, which was crucial for us during a heat wave. Yet the windows opened which is important to us
The room is very clean but the hotel is near the Main Street. It is a little bit noisy.Breakfast is really worth the money.Super
European, English, local, everything was available
A good location with friendly staffs. It is closed to metro station and easy to access to the National museum and old town by walk. Restaurants are everywhere.
Another feature in the bar is a free pool table, table football and even a free photo machine. I'd happily stay here again on my next visit to Prague
The location is excellent and very convenient for exploring the area. However, the towels are quite worn and should be replaced. The staff are nice and helpful
The hotel is very close to the Powder Tower, about ten minutes' walk from the train station, and the old town and attractions are also within walking distance.
Great hotel for family of 4! Rooms were spacious and renovated. Bathroom was spacious pretty good for a European hotel room and a great price too!
From the moment I walked through the door I was impressed. A warm welcome from Lewis at check in who was friendly and informative
Clean room. Small but nice. Great location, would happily stay again on my next visit.

They stored our luggage for free all day and let us come back after checkout to comfortably wait for the bus and use their WiFi. Definitely would return here and recommend it to friends
The room was perfect, upgraded from the standard room as that is way too small and has a sloped attic ceiling. The staff were very courteous and helpful. The food was delicious.
The Kosher Hotel King David in Prague is incredible. The staff was extremely attentive, responsive, and helpful. The rooms were huge, quiet, well appointed, and the air conditioning worked great
The food at breakfast and dinner was superb with a ton of variety. We stayed there for sukkot and would do so again in a heartbeat. The hotel is beautiful, but it's the staff that truly made the stay extraordinary
We arrived around 11 PM after a long flight and the front desk had saved us food from dinner in to go containers. From there, things just kept getting better
There's a shul in the hotel, a nice heated sukkah, and plenty of staff that speak Hebrew. Overall a perfect hotel, especially for kosher travelers
Excellent location and facilities. The gym was huge and the swimming pool very professional. Breakfast was varied and a available until 10 which is perfect for night owls. Walkable to all of the best landmarks.
The location is excellent — public transport is right nearby (bus station, metro, tram). That said, you can easily walk to the main sightseeing areas: most of Prague’s iconic spots are about 10–15 minutes away on foot
The property isn’t brand-new, but it’s well looked after: everything felt clean and tidy. The beds were comfortable, and breakfast offered a nice variety. The staff were genuinely kind and helpful
Hotel AxA
Location: From Central Station, it takes about 12-15 minutes to walk, or you can get there within 10 minutes by subway. It only takes ten minutes to walk to the Old Town area. There are many supermarkets nearby
Great base for exploring Prague — superb location, good breakfast, and very friendly staff
What upsets me the most is the pool, which is included in the price, is also accessible for public and you will go to an extremely crowded pool

Room could do with a mirror as the only one was in the bathroom
There was a paid coffee machine in reception area. There were no other amenities (except a pool table), not even a bar to have a drink
We loved that it was old and a little worn but very clean. The breakfast was very good and lots of it. The coffee was also very good. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about the area
A lot of options, the food was warm and fresh. Receptionist super helpful and nice👍🏻 and of course the location of the hotel was perfect for us: walk distance to Charles Bridge and 5 minutes from Florenc Bus Station
Great place, comfy bed (slept like a baby!). Surprising how quiet it is, considering how close we are to everything. Friendly and helpful staff, all of which spoke perfect English as well
Nice selection for breakfast with freshly baked homemade cake every day! If something, it could be more types of bread and maybe more veggies
Staff were friendly and helpful . Room was nice and clean . Breakfast had a good variety of food .
Unforgettable moments of drinking coffe and proseco on terrace - with view of Prage at different hours of day and night will stay with us till
Great personal, great service, we were given an apartment instead of ordinary room as a compliment due to the not functioning elevator which was very nice.
First of all the hotel attendents are very friendly and helpful. She is a good spirit of the ORION Hotel
Super location a short tram ride from old town. Stayed in the top floor room with views - well worth the money. Breakfast had good variety and traditional food we all liked as well as the usual fayre
The apartment was clean and tidy and was above our expectations and cemented our decision that when we returned to Prague we would book this Hotel again without a doubt
She recomended us the apartemt with a terrace on a 6th flor - we believe the best pleace to look at Prage from above

The location is very convenient — there’s an Aldi supermarket nearby, and the bus and underground stations are right in front of the hotel. It’s only about a 10-minute underground ride to Prague city center
We stayed for 5D 4N and found the breakfast options to be the same every single day - I think some variation would be appreciated!
All in all, great location, comes with breakfast option & friendly staff
Hotel staff were friendly and responded quickly upon request. There were some stains on our carpet floor and we weren’t sure whether it was spilled coffee/a burnt carpet (?) but nothing too concerning
Excellent location close to the Na Knizeci bus station & Metro station. Room very clean, spacious, the bathroom with floor heat & excellent shower water pressure. Helpful & friendly receptionist
Lots of restaurants and cool coffee shops within walking distance, plus a supermarket right under the hotel too which is great if you're after a snack or need some supplies
Overall hotel experience was good!
Train was situated very near to a Metro & not too far from two tram stop options! Super convenient to get in and out of the centre

Hotel was excellent, staff were friendly and helpful, the tool was clean and bed was extremely comfortable, breakfast was excellent, freshly made pancakes were available , great choice of hot food, cereals, fruits ,breads ,meats and cheeses something for everyone,
Great location to easily walk to all of the major attractions,
Would definitely stay again on my next visit to Prague
The staff was great and the room was nicely renovated, especially the bathroom. This building has so much character and charm and it’s conveniently located, making it very easy to explore the city on foot
Perfect location and nice staff. Very basic accommodations, but clean and with hot showers. The only small thing to consider is that you will hear other guests stirring, possibly quite early
Breakfast was great, fresh vegetables and fruit, fresh bread, lots of choices. Options to eat in the courtyard or inside. We stayed in two different rooms
Front desk, Reception, exceedingly helpful and successful in making you feel right at home. A hotel with a bit of grandeur from another time.
It should not deter you from staying here, just something to be aware of if you are a light sleeper looking to sleep in
The building is old and the elevator is wobbly, but the bathroom has been renovated and is clean. It's also nice that there is an outlet near the pillow. Please note that there is no hair dryer
I stayed at this hotel for three nights and found it to be a decent option for the price. The location was convenient, with several restaurants and shops nearby, making it easy to get around
The breakfast was really great, with plenty of choices to start the day. The room was spacious enough for the two of us and provided a comfortable stay. One thing we really appreciated was the luggage storage service
The room was generally clean and had the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay
Overall, a convenient and comfortable hotel with excellent breakfast and helpful services. We would definitely stay here again if we visit Prague in the future
We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. It was easy to find, and Prague's city center is not too big, so many attractions are within walking distance

That’s my POV!
The hotel has been renovated, and for the price, it’s totally worth it. I actually like it old but gold! It’s not loud like some other reviews say, except if your neighbors make a lot of noise
The reception staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Peter. He’s really friendly, and it’s always nice to see him working, his smile and warm greetings every time we pass by truly make a difference
But for me, I prefer walking more than using public transportation!
The breakfast is amazing, just as they claim served very early in the morning and really tasty
The hotel is located in an amazing area you can walk everywhere, and the metro is just a few steps away
The showers' water temperature was changing so much during the shower that we had to stop it. The room was very small and there was little table surface
One way to mitigate it is to install wall mounted racks, shelves, and hooks. I hope the management is reading this and taking action
Prague, Václavské nám. 22, Nové Město (in the centre) 🧭 Map
In the courtyard there is a beautiful garden and a Playground. So if you're travelling with kids, the most it! The staff is responsive. Cleaning every day! In the rooms everything is working!
Very clean and comfortable room, everything was well maintained. The location is perfect, close to all main attractions. I had a lovely stay and would happily come back again.
It was really worth it and I had an amazing visit! The location was perfect!!
I booked a standard room with balcony here including a mini kitchenette, Room was good facilities good but no condiments. Room service not very good not all bins emptied mini kitchen not cleaned floor not cleaned.
Swimming pool start 8 pm . 11 pm . You have to be on Guinness book of Record for swimming pool time ..
In the bathroom bathrobes, a set of 3 towels, liquid soap, and kits (shampoo, shower gel, body lotion, conditioner, soap, shower cap, cotton discs and sticks). Everything was replenished every day

Guests frequently highlight that it’s super convenient for sightseeing
There were two entrances: one along the main street from Muzeum station and another from a side street, which was helpful during the cold winter months. The front desk service was average, but there were no problems
Great hotel, friendly staff and an awesome location!!
Everything you need to spend a great time in Prague🤩
My room was on the first floor, but it had a bathtub, which was a lifesaver in winter. The hot water pressure was fine; I could fill the bathtub and take a shower with plenty of hot water
The showerhead was a little loose, making it slightly difficult to use, but I suppose that's common in overseas hotels. Shampoo, body wash, bar soap, and a hairdryer are provided
Clean, convenient, with food and tourist attractions near the accommodation.

Friendly staff and clean rooms. The breakfasts are good.
I had to ask for the room booked as they assigned me a very small one. Otherwise all was great. The breakfast in the old theatre is the cherry on the cake.
Very good very nice. Breakfast good. The room looks nice but small.
The only lack is there is no air conditioning but so far the room was warm although the weather outside was 1 degrees Celsius. The price is quite reasonable and fair for Prague hotels
There was a breakfast included in the morning with great options of local pastries, cheeses and breads as well as many meat options for any meat eaters (I’m a vegetarian) would stay here again and recommend!
Great locations as only a 5-10 minute drive from the train station depending on the traffic. The receptionist was so lovely and instantly made me feel welcome
The triple room was surprisingly spacious, and the skylight made it incredibly bright. There was a tour group staying during my visit, which suggests it's a good value for money. Definitely recommend it.
Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I highly recommend it! If you're visiting Prague, don't miss out! It's in the heart of the Old Town, just five minutes from the train station
Very comfortable room, I could sleep very well. The hotel is at a central location, close to IP Pavlova, with many restaurants and services in the vicinity.
My stay at the Hotel Assenzio was very good.
Very clean Hotel, nice room. Central location.
Marek from Reception is really exceptional.
Thank you Marek
The room was clean and tidy, the location was convenient, and the price was great
My boyfriend and I stayed at Hotel Carol from December 19th to 22nd. The hotel was fantastic, and the location was also excellent for getting around: the tram stop was a 1-minute walk away
The receptionist welcomes the guests well. Building/room look new / are in good conditions. Location is not at the center, but there are metro and tram station very close
The staff was fantastic and very friendly. I wanted to highlight Julia's professionalism and her willingness to help us and listen to our needs. The rooms were spotless, tidy, and very welcoming
Nearby big commercial center, many restaurants, including a high-quality Mediterranean restaurant directly at the hotel
We had a wonderful stay and experience great service here. Victoria served us with professionalism and she helped us with our room door issue swiftly and listen to our needs. The room was welcoming and tidy
In overall, I was very happy with the experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful at all times. The receptionists were always smiling and answering any questions with a smile on their face
Nice hotel. Good Breakfast. Charles bridge 7 min Walk. 1 minute to the Strahov monastery. There is to try their beer production.
The savoy was a beautifully , well located hotel. Far enough away from the busy streets but within easy walking distance
We love it! Highly recommend! The staff extremely friendly and polite! Super clean! Food outstanding!!! The room was sooo cute! I sleep looking at the stars ⭐️ every night! We got the attic room❤️❤️❤️❤️ Very cozy and floor were heated!!! We r coming back🥰🥰🥰
Location: perfectly located for the Castle area and a 20min downhill walk to the Charles Bridge. The tram is right outside for convenient travel into the city centre or the airport (changing to Metro and bus)
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Savoy. We stayed in a Jnr Suite, with a very comfortable king-size bed and glorious bathroom with separate shower and bath. The sitting room was very pleasant
Great location, very close to Prague Castle (10min walk)
Room was very spacious for two and they have a great breakfast buffet.
I would come back here for my next time in Prague!
ㅠㅠ
And they do clean the room daily. It seems they only do a little bit of cleaning, like changing the sheets and towels
The Strahov Monastery Library is less than a three-minute walk away, and although it's in a quiet area, it has good access to the city center. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Prague again
The staff were very kind and polite. Although I only speak a little English, they were happy to help me arrange a taxi, which gave me a sense of security during my stay
The facilities were clean, although the doors were poorly fitted and the amenities were average. I was also happy to have a bathtub in the bathroom
Good location, right next to the castle.
Upon arrival, I discovered that the hotel had changed my booked room type to a cheaper, smaller one without my consent. Despite my attempts to resolve the issue, none of the staff apologized

Great hotel in a great location. The breakfast buffet offers a good selection that’ll last you until dinner. Also a very quiet location but lots of restaurants and bars close by. Highly recommended.
Nice hotel, clean, friendly staff. Big bathroom. Free WiFi. More than enough electric power sockets. Big windows. Location great, everything on walking distance. We had a really plesent stay.
The staff were very friendly and quick to help with an issue we had with our room. We were provided a new room and were happy with that. The breakfast buffet was good and staff were friendly
Overall the whole stay, the staff service, clean room and breakfast, were excellent. My wife broke her foot and had to go to the hospital, and the staff guided us to the near by emergency room for the treatment
Very helpful staff. Hotel clean and the breakfast option were good. Good location, near trams, dining and cafes all in walking distance. I would stay again!
Fine hotel, the beds in room 411 was to soft but a nice room. Breakfast was nice but the scrambled eggs should not be mixed with mushrooms.
