Hotel bar is a nice touch- I hope more (honest) people stay here and this place gets the credit it deserves ! It is not a 5 star luxury chain hotel but definitely has a homely feel which is even better and harder to achieve
We loved it!!! Definitely deceiving from the outside. You can tell the owners have poured their heart into this place. The shower is amazing and powerful , it will blast you off into space 😅😆
Really enjoyed the stay in the hotel Arko. Our flight was cancelled during the night, and we were really happy that we could book the hotel and check in around midnight (self check in service)
Very nice place for a short stay while sightseing Prague. Good pricing, nice and friendly stuff. The building rather unatractive, 70/80 comunist architecture.
The location is great - only 5 mins from metro line C, shops, pharmacy, restaurants, McDonalds - all nearby. The rooms and bathroom are nice and cosy
Even though the hotel is on the other side of Prague than the airport, the transport was really quick by bus and metro during the night

Nice hotel for nice price❤️ the receptionists are very kind, rooms are clean and breakfast is nice. For the price it’s worth staying
You have to climb some stairs from the tram station, but other than that, the location is good. The view is also beautiful, depending on the room, as it's on a hill. (My room didn't have a very good view due to trees
There was no problem finding somewhere to hang clothes. There was no refrigerator, so I couldn't keep things cold. The staff were very helpful and spoke both English and Russian
It's conveniently located just a short tram ride from the city center, and it's also convenient for heading to the airport, with a bus stop less than a 10-minute walk away
Because the hotel is located on a hill, you have to climb a long staircase from the nearest tram stop to reach it. This can be quite difficult for people with heavy luggage or those who have trouble walking
There aren’t many restaurants nearby. The room interior is cute, but there is a sewage smell in the bathroom. The friendliness of the reception staff depends on the person

All members of staff were friendly and welcoming, giving us loads of advice regarding public transport, places to see, food and drinks. Breakfast was delicious 😋 rooms were small but comfortable and tidy
The breakfast was a bit weird (chicken and rice was one option) but it had toast and eggs, among other stuff. Our 2 rooms were, by no means, sound proof. The pool is heated, we were told, to 25 degrees (that's freezing!)
This is old-built but I highly recommend if anyone is looking for affordable yet enjoyable stay. Elevator is small, but it works. Hotel is equipped with All facilities - hot water, fan and working Wifi
But very cozy, everything is maintained, not ruined and overall the hotel is incredibly very clean!! Wellness for a fee private, but amazing, you don't have to squeeze anywhere or be embarrassed
Best part is lot of breakfast options especially if you’re vegetarian. They make lot of delicious food and very hospitable. Loved every minute of our stay. Thankyou for making it memorable
:Very helpful Front Desk-friendly and professional :Breakfast was excellent-wide selection of foods and associates were very accommodating :Room was comfortable and bright
I had a single room which was simple in set up but was everything I needed. It was clean with fresh towels and bed linen. Breakfast was European buffet style and was simple but did the job
Very nice and quiet hotel with friendly stuff. Just minute away from railway station which takes you directly to the Prague center. 10 minutes commute.
I recently stayed at Hotel Svornost, and despite some initial challenges, I had a wonderful experience thanks to the outstanding service provided by Zuzana
The hotel itself has a warm and inviting atmosphere, with comfortable accommodations that offer a great place to relax
The restaurant has delicious fried cheese and breakfast has more variety than a typical continental breakfast. There is secure parking in the courtyard, as well as good seating for drinks and a playground for kids
The location on the outskirts of Prague may seem to be out of the way but the 2-3 minute walk to the train station makes central Prague only a 15 minute ride away. (We didn't even hear the trains in our rooms
The location wasn’t as great as I thought but it was a 7 minute walk from a tram stop, which takes you everywhere in the city. Safe neighborhood and good restaurants nearby
Breakfast was excellent, staff very welcoming, comfortable bed and good shower
Fantastic property for the price great location staff were friendly rooms were clean. Left mid day came back beds were made towels were refreshed sheets were washed highly recommend this property
The bathroom is clean and with a sufficient number of towels that are changed daily. The breakfast is excellent; diverse and delicious
Our 6th time in Prague and we stay in different areas each time, Zizkov was really good for local bars and dining, this hotel was easy to check in and out, clean and a good breakfast laid on each morning
Will be back
Cozy and clean room. Great selection for breakfast. Also, it was very easy to change our assigned room with another (we were assigned at the first floor and changed to a room at the 3rd floor.)

Very convenient location, just a tram away from the city center. But it's located in a very quiet and tidy neighborhood. The place was nice and quite spacious. It also came with a little kitchen which was an extra plus
Fantastic stay. Very convenient for public transport and congress centre. Excellent shower and clean comfortable rooms. Reception staff very friendly. Good breakfast provided. Thanks again!
Just one very small soap and shampoo provided (enough for 1-2 showers) so you may want to bring your own. I did not take the breakfast option but it looked fairly basic
Close to transit with a direct tram to the “touristy areas” (10-15 minute ride) is only about 200m away from the hotel. We saw people walking alone well after dark
Staff very friendly but do not work after 21:00 so you have a key fob to open the front door. Suites are cleaned every 3 days (which I actually prefer)
There are very few restaurants close but the one next door was excellent and very reasonably priced
It's an excellent choice for a budget vacation. It's surrounded by greenery, quiet, and you'll be delighted by the singing of turtle doves every morning
I'd also like to mention the food! Always ready to cook up the most delicious meals, our chef, Tomas, delighted us every day! Plus, the area was very quiet, the bus stop was nearby, and the surrounding countryside was beautiful! Overall, we were very satisfied! I highly recommend it!
I liked the location; it's very quiet, and the tram stop is fairly close. The rooms are clean, and in the winter, you can adjust the temperature with a heater. Chef Tomasz is a very good cook; I really enjoyed it
It was a charming time, with beautiful architecture and the most hospitable people! Yes, that's exactly what we found in this cozy, warm, homey villa! The management was always ready to help, and the rooms were comfortable, clean, and convenient
Clean, comfortable and close to tram station. The host is friendly and goes out his way to be helpful. Lovely setting with free parking. Has a bar and resteraunt (limited menu).
A huge hello from Russia to everyone reading this! We visited Prague in the fall
Warm welcome and comfortable room. Good night's sleep and a great breakfast. Unfortunately the bar was closed due to the wet weather but drinks are available on request from the reception
Had a fantastic stay on the water. It was absolutely serene, quiet with just birdsong and ducks quaking and beautiful views of the fortress across the river
The location is great, very near the tube station and MacDonald's just opposite the boat :-) All staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful, specially Anna! Would definitely come again!
What a surprise to find such a beautiful spot set in nature just 15-20 min on public transport from the centre. Breakfast was a really good selection and staff were friendly
The hotel is very close tompublic transportation, just half a click away, tram, subway and buses. There even is a little ferry 10 minute walk from th hotel
Wonderful stay for two nioghts in Prague, the staff is absoltely great and many thanks to Lourdes she helped us out with visiting great sights in Prague

Excellent
We’re in Prague for a competition and this hotel was exactly what we needed, we where able to have a twin room, really clean and tidy, there was a really nice communal space and the room was well laid out and well equipped
The staff were all really friendly and we felt really welcome. Location is also great, just a short tram ride from the city centre
Very friendly staff. The room suited our needs and the transport links are excellent
Stayed here for 2 nights and had a very pleasant stay. Whilst the room was basic, most importantly it was clean and the bed was super comfortable
A bit shabby, located on a busy road more than an hour's walk from city center. There was good tram service though. I wouldn't chose this hotel again.
Staff were very nice location was right on the tram stop

Lovely experience, nothing too fancy but reasonable for it's price. Would not reccomend the pool, the food range in the restaurant goes from local food to just a normal breakfast (bacon, eggs, bread etc
The hotel has everything what you need. There is a breakfast and a swimming pool. Parking is free what is really great. It is a little bit old fashioned but it has its charm
They tend to be rather slow with bringing out whatever is missing so your breakfast might take a while. The rooms are clean! And you can get fresh towels every day - if you need them of course
We haven't tried the pool but it looked nice. The location is good just to get somewhere, there's almost nothing in the vicinity
The best staff ever, extremely kind and helpful.
Beata is the best hostess.
The tram to the center is about 500 metres (notice that you have to climb up hundreds stairs to get there)

The breakfest is in the 3rd Etage lying there and you Can Take What you want and Then Take it to your room. The only Thing i Can say is you Are missing out a lot if your Not staying in this Hotel!
This 3-bedroom family unit and buffet breakfast was quite reasonably priced. The location was great! One of that didn’t work when we arrived and the staff had it repaired immediately.
Best hotel stay EVER!! Beautiful location with nice city view. Rustic apartments with coffee bar in the room. Breakfast was unbelievable with many options and super healthy food. You can walk to all the good attractions
Best Hotel ever! The breakfest is so tasty and you get soooo much free stuff at the beginning. The staff is super nice and the view is to die for
Highly recommend! My girlfriend is ecstatic at the romantic atmosphere and I am a happy man. 10/10 will stay again next time visiting friends in Prague
It was absolutely amazing! Starting with the location being in the heart of the old town - the famous Charles Bridge is right around the corner
The staff was extremely kind and helpful, and we truly felt welcome. Everything exceeded our expectations. Thank you for making our visit to Prague so enjoyable
The room was very clean and comfortable, and the location is excellent – wherever you want to go, public transport is easily accessible and very convenient
Great Price for our stay, we were looking for the cheapest room since we were going to be in Prague for just one Night. If you are looking for a cheap stay for a few Nights i would gladly recommend
Great place to stay, nice staff, decent room with kitchenette. Left my snacks on the bed, came back and cleaning lady had made a swan. Near planetarium.
i was surprised! great place to stay if you are going to an event at Fortuna Sports Hall (where concerts and other events are often held). the room is clean, the tram stop is close. there is also a shopping center nearby
I attended an event nearby and I had an excellent stay here, the room was great, the breakfast was good and all at a reasonable price. The air conditioning was appreciated. The receptionist was really nice and helpful

A wonderful choice! Perhaps I had a special room-?; it was very good, clean, plus comfortable beds. Three days and nights; very good breakfast; only a few feet from the tram and bus stops! Quiet neighborhood
I really enjoyed my stay. A nice cozy room. The staff was very sweet. What I really liked about this place is that the train station is right outside the door. That was very convenient.
And the helpful, very pleasant Elizabeth, who did everything to make me and other guests happy. She gave excellent transport advice too. I will surely stay again when I return
Traditional pension Chaloupka meaning small country house for holidays. Very good breakfast, professional and kind owner can advise you about everything in the city
The apartment is really beautiful and has everything you need. The location is great there is a tram stop outside that can take you to the center in a few minutes
A great and a cosy place to stay. Exceptional host who treats you very well.
Great hotel in a great location. Lots of stairs which was fine, only had backpacks, but I imagine carrying a lot of luggage would be a nightmare. Can be loud at night due to location but didn’t bother us
The staff is great, all your issues are addressed without delay. A small minus is lack of Elevator and the large number of staircases spiral stairs create some inconvenience for guests with large suitcases
Old town bolgesinde merkezi konumuyla mukemmel. Odalar temiz fakat hafif serindi. Asansör olmamasi ağır valizlerle problem yaratiyor. Istediginiz her yere ulasim kolay.
It was a little bit noisy at night but that was to be expected due to the position but this didn't bother us. There was no air con but both rooms had a fan which was a godsend due to the hot weather
I was grateful that they greeted me with a smile even though I checked in at the last minute.
The cons are, need to climb up stairs as there is no elevator hence wish that u wont get the top floor (4th floor) the toilet is huge but they have no shower screen, causes the floor wet easily and messy
The restaurant staff weren't the nicest and food was cold and just average, not bad but not great. I would rather have breakfast somewhere else. Keep in mind that there is no elevator and stairs are steep
Rooms are nice, clean and spacious. I do not recommend the breakfast. I thought breakfast was inside the hotel but it is in an actual restaurant
The carpet at the sofa require to replace as it looks dirty
The bed was good. And the recption guy named Horek is superb and very helpful
Lovely attic room, extremely well equipped and cared for, and perfectly located in the historic centre of Prague
We did struggle with our 70 year old mom bringing luggage down. Other than that beautiful building
Set in the centre of Prague, just 2.7 km from Prague Astronomical Clock and 2.7 km from Old Town Square, Business Class Ruterra Suite offers accommodation with city views and free WiFi. The apartment, set in a building dating from 19th century, is 3.
We were so happy with our stay here. Calm place, nice facilities, fantastic pool and views, really good breakfast. It was extremely hot so no availability of a fan or air con in room was tricky
Being 8 months pregnant made it a bit more difficult to get around, but it didn't hinder the experience which overall was amazing! :)
There is also a lot of stairs and no elevator, best to advise them before you arrive if you require a more convenient room
Very cozy old school hotel.
Breakfast:
Pancakes are fresh
Bread is a bit hard
Oj and apple juice are bad
Room:
Was clean
Furniture looked out of date in some rooms
Very good hotel with nice room, decent bathroom and excellent service.
This hotel is in a suburb of prague but there is 24 tram and bus service available. Everything was nice.
I’m not sure why people say the food is not good, there was authentic hot pot and meat grilled on hot coals. Rooms and food are amazing and affordable. The receptionist is kind and helps with any problems
Great place, good location and excellent price
The Branik area is definitely a suburb though and although there is a tram around 200 meters away, it will take around 15 minutes to get into town. I will definitely stay there again
If you have a car, this is a good place to stay as parking is free at the hotel
Everything is great, the only thing is that there is a curfew from 1 to 5.

We spent a long weekend in this hotel, very nice and helpful staff, clean rooms, the only downside was the lack of a toilet seat in the toilet 😉
There were towels, soaps, cotton balls. A good place as a base for Prague
Nice personnel, roughly english-speakers, tidy and clean rooms. Rich breakfast with possibility to order fried eggs or sausages. Not too far away from Prague 1 and well connected with the public transport
Bus 120 takes 12 minutes to the Na Knizeci stop, and from there take the metro. It is worth buying a 24-hour ticket. Delicious breakfast included in the price of the room, the table nicely set
I will definitely recommend this place to my friends. Greetings ladies serving from the hotel and thank you for your nice hospitality 🙂
The value for money is good (35 euros for double room with breakfast). You can not expect much from the room facilities. German and English are unfortunately a taboo. You still understand each other anyway
Especially considering the price. All in all, you can easily spend two or three nights at the hotel. For longer stays I wish, however, something upscale amenities
The windows are old and keep out no noise from passerby’s, loud people, parties, all hours of night. Beds were huge and pretty comfortable. More bedding and towels would have been nice
Spacious rooms, I booked 3 bed rooms. Fair owner, I paid when I checked out, and the price was reasonable. Unfortunately I didn't take pictures. I travelled with family of 6, with my parents and my 10 yo
The minus, it doesn't have a lift, you have to carry your own baggage up stairs
Great apartment in classic style in perfect location
The toilet closet is tiny and closing the door is almost impossible for tall people. The shower/tub combo and sink are in another room which is nice. The light is low in the bathrooms
Very nice, clean and big apartment. Small side-note: you have to pick up the keys at the jewelry store downstairs. No big deal, but it would have been easier to find if we knew
