The hotel is veey beautiful and the staff are lovely. However, it is a bit old and by today's standards it is nowhere near a 5-star hotel. The breakfast is very simple as well

Of social note we had dinner at the hotel on both nights stay and not only was the food excellent but the 2 staff in the cafe on Saturday and Sunday nights where congenital friendly and welcoming and helped make our experience a pleasant one

I hesitated for a while about this hotel, mainly because I was worried that the renovations were old and the facilities might be outdated. However, after reading many reviews, I decided to book it anyway

The location is fantastic, within walking distance of the Old Town Square and the Astronomical Clock. There are all sorts of shopping malls and supermarkets nearby, making dining very convenient

The hotel's own café is very famous, and the breakfast is excellent. The room facilities didn't feel dated; it was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable

The front desk even confirmed the reservation for a hair cut and traditional hot towel shave for me which I made before the journey. A marvelous experience of Prague!!

The hotel's location is good; it's within walking distance of the bus and train stations, and not far from tourist attractions

I still can’t work out how this happened given they were way out of the way of the towels - I assume the used towels were put on top? Unfortunately the reception team were initially not helpful and it took a few requests for them to check with the cleaning team and check the laundry… they did and the clothes were uncovered in the basket of used towels… Not the end of the world but annoying that it...

Had such a wonderful stay at this hotel 🏨✨ The room was very clean, cozy, and beautifully designed. The bed was super comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a long day

Really amazing, great service just the only 1 out of 3 elevator were working so need to wait alot to go up or come down rest everything was perfect

Hostel near tram, then metro to access center within minutes Clean Room is big Private Bathroom and shower is clean and big

Everything was great, it's a 30-minute bus ride from the historical sites.

It's clean and ok. The breakfast is good. The room is large. Considering the convenient transportation to work, I chose E. It's a very good hotel. I suggest you stay here next time.

The atmosphere was stunning. There were stunning amenities like shampoo, treatment, and handwashing. High quality but the room doesn’t have a wine opener.

The breakfast that I was looking forward to was not as good as I expected.

The food was decent, though the selection was a bit limited! They even gave my husband a bottle of red wine and a birthday card on his birthday, which was very thoughtful! It's also just a few blocks from the Astronomical Clock and about a 5-minute walk from Charles Bridge! Public transportation and subway access are very convenient!

Although the hotel is old but with lots of history and you can read all the history on every floor near the lift lobby. I’m so glad I booked this hotel as it is literally beside the Old town and Prague Astronomical Clock

Perfect hotel in city center, walking distance for all tourists attraction , Charles Bridge approximately 20 minutes walking, breakfast was good , they have water kettle and small fridge, theres construction work in street but you not hear any thing in hotel is very quiet

Location: Great, lively area with a mall and tram station just a few meters away. The hotel is next to a football stadium. Parking: Generally fine, but it can be confusing on match days

The beds were very comfortable, and we especially appreciated having two pillow options (a large and a medium one), which made sleeping even better. Despite the busy road outside, the room was very quiet and peaceful

Convenient parking, the hotel is relatively new, a lot of service attitude, especially the breakfast waiter is very courteous ah, hot shower is very comfortable, water pressure is excellent, next door is a large supermarket!

The bathroom had a shower cabin and all the necessary amenities. There was a slight damp smell coming from the air conditioner, but after ventilating the room by opening the window, it disappeared

It seems that the air conditioning filters may need replacement. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of hot dishes, salads, snacks, dairy products, fresh vegetables, and fruits

It is very excellent hotel, great location, very reasonable price with good breakfast. Good for family, but just 1 negative comment, which is when night time walk back from garden , it is quite dark and very quiet.

Amazing breakfast with best cakes (every morning 6 different ones), pancakes, fruits and so on. Scrambeled eggs supreme! The staff is very friendly and international. Would recommend it to myself when I Alzheimers

We did get some fresh towels and clean mugs but the teaspoons weren’t changed (still dry coffee on them from a previous day). I know it’s just a trivial stuff, so not a dealbreaker, just something to consider

We were very satisfied with everything, from the location and cleanliness to the attentiveness of the staff.

The hotel is conveniently located near the city center. The rooms, while a bit dated, are spacious and clean. The front desk service was excellent. I arrived late, and they arranged a driver to pick me up at the airport

When I was leaving, I booked an airport shuttle, but it was stuck in traffic. They called and arranged a taxi for me. It was a great value, and I would definitely choose this hotel again

I checked in at 12 o'clock and was assigned a room with a terrace. I don't know why, but I stayed for 120,000 won, which was 50,000 won cheaper than other days.

Not in the core old city center but well located, nice neighborhood, safe and plenty of small restaurants and bars. It's not a luxurious hotel but, clean, enough amenities, with very friendly staff

The hotel is very well located, clean, and quiet. The reception staff are pleasant; a few more smiles from the breakfast staff wouldn't go amiss

However, rooms on the first floor are poorly soundproofed, and you can hear a lot from the ground floor restaurant/reception area. Putting felt pads on the chair legs would be a good start! ;)

Leisure break Nice enough hotel. Check in was a bit laborious. I was with a group of 16 but it seemed to take an age to get everyone checked in with city tax and €80 security fee (which you get back) on top of it

Hotel in good location, very quiet. 10 minute walk to the Metro which was so easy (and cheap!) to use to get to the Old Town. Convenient shop next door to hotel and atm machine in lobby was very handy

There are some lovely restaurants in the surrounding area, and I would particularly recommend Kuchyň just up the road for a scenic lunch or dinner. A truly memorable stay and one we would happily recommend

Really enjoyed my stay in the Alchymist Grand hotel. The room was breathtakingly perfect. The bed and pillows are super lux and comfortable. The bathroom is spacious with great Czech amenities

The public areas are also worth exploring for their history and beauty. Breakfast, whilst in a beautiful setting and has great service, food quality could be an area of improvement

The location is also ideal: quiet and peaceful compared to the busy Old Town, yet still very convenient to get around either on foot or by Uber

Spacious rooms and ideal location. Easy walks to the theater districts and to the Castle. The included breakfasts were quite wonderful - tasty, filling and very European.

I found the restaurant to be extremely convenient for when I was tired and didn't fancy heading out in search of food. The menu options, portion size, staff and taste were all first rate

They had freshly squeezed orange juice which was amazing. The staff were perfect! Annoyingly the restaurant and bar are not open on Sunday’s & Monday’s. We arrived on Sunday & left on Tuesday

Probably one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in just due to the overall hospitality & it was the small things that made a difference

The hotel is in a really good spot, easily walking distance to most places & if you want to go to the Castle it’s just a short walk to the tram stop and pence to catch the tram

The bedroom had an excellent large comfortable bed but unfortunately the room was hot and couldn’t cool it down without opening a window which was then noisy, the maintenance guy had a look straight away but turned the room stat up? The reception guy turned it half way but it didn’t make a difference

My room had a really nice vibe with the big Buddha statue in the corner & the bed was massive & really comfortable. The breakfast was definitely overall the best in terms of quality of ingredients being used

We did this and walked down to Charles Bridge and back. The hotel was clean and the staff were brilliant. The breakfast was excellent and so much to choose from, I had omelette with fresh smoked Salmon on the side

We were very impressed with the hotels cleanliness, service and the breakfast was lovely! Our only slight criticism was our room was very small and no tea/coffee making facilities (however this may be normal for a Prague hotel - don't know)

A hotel on the eastern edge of the old town near the bus station. Quiet but within all the tourist areas. Safe with all facilities you could want. Truly first class

Everything worked out perfectly at this place, plus very comfortable bed in an immaculately clean room. Also good parking option right next to the building.

The location in the old town is great. The breakfast selection isn't huge but it's sufficient, and it's very close to the metro station.

The room was spacious, clean, and well-furnished, which was very convenient. The only slight drawback was the small bathroom. Both the hotel's dinner and breakfast were excellent

It's very difficult to shower, and if you have any orthopedic issues, it's definitely not for you. The hotel reception staff are friendly

The hotel bar was also great, with an outdoor terrace where you could enjoy a drink. The prices at the bar were very reasonable too

The bathroom doesn't have a shower cabin; there's a very high and old bathtub, and the whole bathroom gets wet when you shower

Staff were very helpful with the best service mind. Welcome with welcome drink and take a tour around hotel and also room. Room is very clean and very nice. There has a local guide in every wednesday and saturday

It had been one of the best hotel stay i had to be honest. The service and attentiveness were great and impressive. You will feel welcome and the staff were all so friendly and helpful, they were so well trained

If these were the actual dimensions and facilities, I would have been better off booking a single room directly, which would have been cheaper for a solo traveler

And once we checkout, they take a poraloid as a souvenir. I challenge you that if you how much you expect a service for this hotel

Excellent location walkable to several attractions, surrounded by lots of shops and restaurants, luxurious stay at reasonable price when booked early. Complimentary drinks and snacks at lobby throughout the day. 

The location is fantastic, and the place feels very luxurious. We stayed on the 4th floor, and it got a bit warm during the day. I imagine it would be absolutely charming and wonderful to visit in the winter

Thank you for the delicious breakfast and friendly service. I had two suitcases that needed to be stored for a few days due to my Austria itinerary, and I was so relieved they readily helped me out
