Sound insulation is not great, so if guests in nearby rooms are loud, it’s difficult not to hear them—but that is somewhat expected in an older building. What I found unacceptable was what happened on my second night

Under these circumstances, I felt that a refund would have been appropriate so I could find another hotel. However, she refused, stating that she was not the manager and also refused to contact one

The noise was highly abnormal and had nothing to do with whether the air conditioning was on or off. I ended up staying awake all night, despite having commitments and a meeting the next day

She claimed that the noise was caused by the cold weather, which I found utterly unreasonable. She also said the hotel was fully booked and that I could not be moved to another room

What made things worse was the staff member the following morning—a lady with a very poor attitude. She was completely unable, and seemingly unwilling, to address the issue

Suddenly, there was a loud and persistent noise coming from the ceiling near the air conditioning unit. It was so severe that I was unable to sleep the entire night

Perfect for a short stay in Prague. Rooms are super clean, crispy white bedding and breakfast until 1pm. Staff at the reception at great, especially the two ladies. One lady called Jana always went the extra way to help

A very warm welcome by the hotel reception. You have a choice of a lift or stairs to get to your room on any floor. The room was spacious and offered a shower and bath, fridge, air conditioning, and a fan

Very convenient to reach by public transport. Friendly staff, they also speak Italian. Very clean room with every comfort. The only flaw was that the TV broadcast over 50 foreign channels except Italian

Fruits juices, hot and cold continental style food, good coffee machines, fresh fruit, and various breads and cakes. Walking distance is about 15/20 mins to the old town area, which was perfect for us

Parking is a bit difficult and expensive. No private parking possible. Only parking on the street for a maximum of 24h and than need to repark. The price and service for the hotel is pretty good for the location

I was very impressed with the Nespresso machine in each room and the amenities provided, which were more than enough for Japanese standards. It's convenient to go anywhere by tram or bus

My wife liked the room that morning it was very difficult to force myself to get out of bed. The location is also very good - close to Pclassa square and metro station I

Walking distance from lots of places of interest. If you are too lazy to walk too much. Transportation can be found nearby. Near Wenceslas Square where you can find lots of foods there

Big enough for at least 2 people with large baggages. They allow us to put our bags in the baggage room when we were there before check in. They do provide breakfast and brunch

Brunch was normal so I only tried one day but the breakfast was amazing. It is not just delicious but with a lot of varieties. it will be good if they can smile

Everything was good especially receiptionist guy name Victor who has assisted us on our special need. Thumbs up!

The hotel we really liked, was a week. Very comfortable bed and air blankets. I should also mention the Breakfast has everything you need for a great start to the day. And not like a lot, but there is always a choice

Very good place for the price. Good accessibility to the public transport. Even gave a small gift for one of my friends, who had B-day.

Stayed here for one night, no issues,. Room was perfectly adequate for three of us, a little out of the way from the train station but easily accessible via tram. Breakfast was continental. All good.

A very good hotel, continental breakfast, everything fresh and delicious, it's close to a supermarket and several tram stops, a bit far from the center but very well connected and away from the noise, we really liked the hotel and felt very comfortable

We loved the classic old style. Location good, 25 mins walk from main station and old town. Many trams in front, also a big supermarket next to the hotel. Room was very big and comfortable bed

Highly recommended! The location at 9 o'clock is excellent, right next to the Kafka statue. There are many supermarkets and shops nearby, making shopping very convenient. You can easily walk to Charles Bridge

Clean and Nice, quiet and top location. Helpful and service minded personell. Hadde a Nice balcony with overview of the Kafka rotting head.

Perfect location for all, attractions, food, bars, and grocery stores. Will def stay here again if I visit Prague

I didn't expect much, but although it's small in size, the location and everything else are satisfactory.

The other thing is the WiFi signal, at least for my room, was extremely weak, to the point that it's mostly useless and I had to rely on roaming data. Still, a great location with a quaint room and I highly recommend it

Excellent location tho note that most cabs (Uber or Bolt) are unlikely to pick up at the hotel and you might have to move further out, which was what I ended up doing

It's conveniently located near Charles Bridge. I went there at the end of the year and there was a Christmas market right in front of the hotel

This is a great find for people who come for vacation, and you still can have your instagram/snapchat moments

25-30min to the old centre by tram. The breakfast was super good,with various things, the room were nice. Even if u dont have a parking place, you can park on the street,but u ll need to pay 1.5€/ day by an app.

Cons: masenkaya primesense room, even the room being evicted at 11 -00 and several hours before the plane stuck have to , well, do not consider, not whether it happened. By the way, forgotten things throw or return?

First of all, I should say thank you to the reception staff for allowing me to check in earlier than 15:00. The room was super clean, and all the staff were really friendly. The breakfast was good enough

The blackout curtains were great you can completely darken the room, which is a big plus if you like that. Breakfast was sufficient considering the price and what's typically available in this location

The only thing I missed was some fresh salmon or other types of fish. :) There are trams and a metro station nearby, so getting to the city center is easy. It takes about 20–25 minutes to reach the very center

The swimming pool and sauna area are nice and clean. Breakfast is good while it could offer a bit more variety. Staff is nice and the spa and massage are really good. A best thing is the size of the rooms… big

If you are visiting with family and kids to Prague by car, the this just might be your type of hotel. The hotel is close enough to Prague to drive on a daily basis

We drove everyday for sightseeing, used the parking at the Palladium mall and came back to spend late afternoon at the hotel. The hotel first and foremost is spotless and clean

Very lovely spa facilities. The staff are kind and are able to appropriately deal with any issues that may arise during your stay. Excellent customer service.

You can sport there, have something to drink or eat and they have accomodation as well

Fantastic run hotel mathew and his staff are excellent, reception , and resteraunt staff 5 *, clean & tidy room comfy bed , with tea & coffee facilities in the room, nice little bar area , 10 -15 mins to the river and charles bridge , prague is amazing the architecture and transport system is second to none , rally purs the uk to shame ! ,the Czhc people are really nice people helpful and friendly

30 am -worn out rooms with really old whole floor carpets - at 8 am breakfast is ok but 9am it's overcrowdwd and cos there's only one single coffee machine you have to wate ages just to get a cup of coffee

However, be prepared to show your room key as some employees are very strict on the access until you show them your key

The location is very convenient — no matter which direction you walk from the hotel, it’s easy to catch trams or buses to local attractions

Overall, a very clean, spacious and comfortable room for Czech Republic. The view of the river in the city is spendid and the location is prime as you can walk to any place and find nice foods in the day

Good Value Hotel in Prague Located in the "Lesser Town" of Prague, the hotel is not "close" to many typical attractions, but is well located to be equidistant from them all, and easily accessible by foot or tram

I picked this hotel because I was arriving into town on a late flight and needed a hotel on the route of the night bus from the airport. The bus dropped me off about two blocks away, which was very convenient

Pretty much all tourist attractions I visited were within 30 minutes walk, or about a 5-10 minute tram ride. The hotel itself was a bit old, but had all the amenities I needed

It was close to the station so it was easy to get around.

The room was reasonably large and although it did not have air conditioning, there was a fan provided that did the job for me

The location is fantastic, very close to the center and within walking distance to everything. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast offered a great variety and was delicious. The hotel was clean and cleaned daily

Wonderful trip to Prague! The breakfast was so so good me and my friend were well fed until the afternoon which allowed us to achieve many activities. Sleep was perfect and I hope to have more experiences like this!

I was here two times and enjoyed my stay. Nice rooms, free internet, nice breakfast and near to the city center — you can even take a walk. There're a lot of cafe and pubs around and near with IP Pavlova metro station.

Really really lovely hotel. The room was far larger than expected and unlike some hotels you see it was under-advertised rather than ambitiously marketed! Very pleasantly surprised and would definitely stay again.

Nice apartments, good for young family with a little kid. We would skip the breakfast next time as it was quite basic. Would go again, well situated in city centre

The rooms are clean but aren’t too large (still good to rest). Bonus: absolutely amazing cat lives in this place

Located on the outskirts of Prague and calls for some minutes stroll to reach the Luka subway station. Small parking places outside the gates, so if you have a normally sized saloon it will intrude somewhat on the road

Hotel Librety located on the city center near to all attractions in Prague. The best thing about this hotel is that it showcases the old-fashioned design of Prague. The room was clean, spacious and tidy

I would definitely recommend this hotel and its close to the square and all the amenities plus lots of places to eat from expensive steak houses to mc Donald's/ burger king/ kfc The standard room came with a walk on shower but no bath ( just incase you wanted one ) We will return to this hotel

was plenty big enough with tea and coffee also a coffee machine although the pods are not free but don't cost much at 50 chz. They have a full stocked mini bar also charged very reasonably for that cheeky beer or wine

(If using public transport, don’t forget to validate your ticket or you could get fined). Breakfast in my opinion is very good, plenty of choice and the reception staff I found to be very pleasant and most helpful

Super friendly staff, loved that they included passes to access the tower next door, rooms were large, clean, quiet, and comfortable. The hotel is right beside Charles bridge so couldn’t ask for a better location

We'll be returning to Prague and will definately be staying at the Pod Vezi for a longer time as we enjoyed it so much, without a doubt this was the best hotel we have ever stayed at

As three Black women traveling to Prague, we were a little anxious before arriving, unsure of how we might be received. From the moment we enter Hotel Pod Vezi, all of those concerns disappeared

Super value for money hotel! Enormous room, pretty good service (except some staff members gave us a low season breakfast promo every day for €6 and another guy said no that's only for when you check in

The place is awesome if you aren't picky. I can't imagine staying in any other hotel in Prague but this one. Sheets are clean, the shower works, parking is included. What else would you ask for?

Imposing building approached through a gateway holding the reception office. Friendly receptionist on first arrival spoke good English, the staff on departure was not so customer friendly

Of course there is no lift and my room was on the second floor up 53 stairs. Good sized room with a very creaky floor and 2 single beds. Wi-Fi was intermittent which was frustrating

All is well except geographical location. Far from the center. The hotel itself is cozy and there speak Russian
