The room was clean and well-stocked with towels, which was great. The location is super convenient – just a short walk to the main station and a supermarket, so getting around and finding essentials was no problem at all
I had a wonderful stay at the Grand Hotel International Prague during my Erasmus+ training week. The hotel has a beautiful historic style and a unique atmosphere that makes you feel part of Prague’s history
More Than We Expected – Highly Recommended
Very large and comfortable hotel with great facilities. Two restaurants for dinner (à la carte and all-inclusive style buffet), children’s menu and kids’ areas available
A special highlight was the breakfast — exceptional, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options every morning. Overall, a very pleasant stay combining classic charm, comfort and great hospitality
One of the biggest advantages is the location — it’s right next to the tram station, and tram number 22 takes you directly to the city center and many main attractions. Super convenient and easy to use
Crowne Plaza Prague is a very comfortable hotel with clean, spacious rooms and a modern feel. The beds are comfortable, and some rooms offer a really nice view, which makes the stay even better
Prague, Na Porici 5, Prague-1 (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The main attractions are within walking distance, and right next door to the hotel is a large department store with a big supermarket on its second basement floor where locals do their shopping
The hotel also has a toaster oven and a water dispenser. Highly recommend to anyone planning a trip to Prague! Fantastic!
The hotel is just beside Palladium Praha Mall.
The front desk staff so friendly and helpful.
Will recommend to my friend and family and colleagues this Ibis Hotel
All the employees in the hotel spoke very good English and very kind ;)
I will definitely stay in ibis praha old town again if I visit Prague
The room was decent, and the location was excellent, making it easy to get around.
The hotel's location is excellent, just a few steps from the tram stop, making it convenient to go anywhere, including the airport

The room was immaculately cleaned, and there was a different Prague postcard by my pillow every night. The bed was laid out with a mat and slippers on it, and even the books I'd read had a hotel bookmark
The hotel's gym was open 24 hours a day. While the equipment wasn't as comprehensive as at the Four Seasons in Singapore, it was more than enough to allow me to work out different body parts every day
The location is perfect, right on the Vvar River, with a picturesque, fairytale world just outside the window. It's a two-minute walk to Charles Bridge and a five-minute walk to Prague Square
Staying here, I crossed Charles Bridge countless times a day and went to Prague Square for drinks and to watch the astronomical clock chime countless times. The hotel itself is even more impeccable
If you're in an unfamiliar city and don't know where to stay for the most convenient sightseeing, or are worried about the safety risks, the best option is to stay at the Four Seasons
The room was spacious, the furniture and furnishings were exquisite, the bed was incredibly comfortable, the capsule coffee was delicious, and the water was always replenished

Impeccable from check-in to check-out! 5* service.
The staff, the spa, the whole history of the building.
I was in heaven!! I will recommend this place (or should I say palace). Can’t wait to return.
Wonderful hotel. Superb staff. Nice clean spacious rooms, lovely lobby, and delicious breakfast. Again, superb staff. What a wonderful treat! And what a great way to stay in Prague
The property (including the spa) is meticulously maintained, and the staff are incredibly attentive and well-trained. The location is excellent.
We got no compensation for the inability to use the pool and sauna, and they suggested we could get for a spa treatment at 30% discount, which of course we still would have had to pay a lot of money for
The hotel was perfect and very clean . Staff are so friendly. Just keep in mind it’s a huge hotel so you may feel like lost in a maze while finding your room 😅
When we arrived they asked us to pay again, as they couldnt find our payment from Trip. A couple hours after check-in we were told the pool and sauna would be closed for the whole stay
The only small niggle was that the bath towels are pretty small
The buffet breakfast had plenty of choice, fresh fruit, pastries and even a glass of Prosecco if you wanted it! The hotel was spotlessly clean in all area's and we plan to go back again in the next couple of years
We had a lovely stay at this hotel last week. It's in a great location, easy to walk to a lot of the main attractions and transport links. The staff in the hotel are amazing, so friendly and helpful
The meeting room is fully equipped with all modern comforts and is very well organized. The hotel’s location is convenient and central. The rooms are spacious, tastefully furnished, and very clean
This hotel offers an excellent stay with a perfect location, friendly staff, and impeccably clean rooms. The breakfast was a highlight, providing a delicious variety of options to start the day
The manager personally oversaw the organization of our trip from start to finish, remaining consistently available, attentive, and understanding of our needs. I highly recommend this property!

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We arrived a little after 9 AM and they arranged an early check-in for us, which was great service. The room came with two bottles of water and slippers
They let us get into our room slightly earlier. The whole hotel is clean and tidy. Breakfast was great, lots of variety, and easy. If we come to prague again, we will book this hotel
Great location. However, room is a bit small and amenities weren't the compared to the other places I stayed at during my trip
The hotel provided me a very comfortable and nice experience in Prague. They offered the early check in as well. The location is very close to the famous restaurant Imperial Cafe.
It's also close to the old town, right next to the Imperial Café. For this price, it's excellent value for money
The room was a bit small, but very clean. The water pressure was a bit weak, probably because we were on the 5th floor. The entrance to the parking lot was extremely narrow, which made parking a bit stressful
The bar/downstairs area is super cosy and you actually want to hang out there. They have free pool table, foosball, ps4 and Space Invaders. The breakfast is lovely and there is plenty to eat
The rooms are spacious and clean.
The breakfast is good.
It was a little bit cold when the weather outside was about -5 degrees.
And you might find safe too small. A4 sized documents won't fit into it.
Such a nice hotel! We were not sure whether to stay there as the hotel is a little outcentered (approx. 7-10mins by cab, 120-170kč depending on time of the day), however it was worth it
Rooms were clean and spacious. We didn't check the gym but I heard from someone it was good. There is also a very very convenient filter water fountain which we used a lot
The staff are very friendly and attentive, the rooms are spacious and well equipped and the hotel itself has a great vibe. Very nice food and good drinks selection
By the time you spend money on Bolt/Uber, it is sgill cheaper than central for the quality you get (àso there are shops and restaurants within 5mind walk)

The receptionist was also very nice. Environment: The environment is quite nice. Facilities: The facilities are fairly complete. Oh, by the way, this hotel has the best breakfast I've found in this area so far
Rooms hot but overall a nice stay. Great breakfast too & good location for the underground :)
It was a bit far from the old town, but the accommodation was good.
The room is generally good, cost-effective, good sanitary conditions, timely cleaning, old TV with few channels, no napkins, good breakfast, booked a hotel with tax included, the hotel asked to pay city tax when checking out, and the platform has been processed
Overall it's very good, clean and comfortable. The room is larger than other hotels of the same price in Europe. It's a little far from the Old Town of Prague, but it's okay if you drive yourself
The facilities are relatively new and it's very suitable for business trips, family travel, etc

A good hotel, well located next to the Flora metro station. The only problem was that they tried to charge me again for the hotel even though I had already paid. Then they tried to charge me for taxes and fees
Don't stay in a standard room or a double room; a family room is the best, it's very spacious. The breakfast is good, with a wide variety of fruits, but the selection hasn't changed
Nice and cozy hotel. The location is quite but is just a few steps from the Metro station, there is a supermarker next door. Rooms are big enough, bad is comfortable but facilities a bit tired. Breakfast is tasty.
Great location with rich breakfast options, close to the city center, making it very convenient for getting around. The room was clean and spacious, with excellent hygiene
There are supermarkets and Chinese restaurants nearby, offering plenty of choices
Great location, next to a big mall, hotel was clean breakfast was tasty
It was wonderful to get into our room early and rest!
Facilities: Excellent, everything you need! The log cabin style is very cozy and comfortable. Environment: Normal space, not small at all
The hotel was great! Our flight arrived early, and the front desk staff, Natalie, immediately checked us in since there was an available room
Fantastic hotel with friendly staff in the center of Prague. Great choice if you looking for a place to stay to access any event at the O2 Arena, only couple of stops on the metro that is right in front of the hotel
Sufficient space for 3 adults. Toilet cleanliness was good when we entered and the room service were extremely prompt
The hotel staffs were also friendly to help us in navigating the best place for wine and dine during New Year’s eve
The room was great, the location was convenient, and breakfast was plentiful. There are supermarkets, a metro station, and a bus stop right across from the hotel and nearby
Whilst the ibis has no gym or swimming pool of its own, you can pay to access the gym in the neighbouring Novotel
The only slight issue we faced was that the thermostat in the room faces the bed and features a quite bright touchscreen panel: the panel does not appear to be dimmable, meaning you will face an annoying bright light in the otherwise completely dark and relaxing room, emanating from the wall
The prices don't seem too expensive, if you make the most of it!
The hotel also offers a water cooler on each floor, where you can go and fill up your water bottles and at reception, there is a small shop where you can purchase certain amenities and snacks
The room came equipped with a kettle and a set of teas and coffees (instant). Bed was comfortable and the blinds kept out the very bright mornings in Prague until ready to awake
The hotel's location is excellent, really close to both the subway and tram stations. It's quite new and the facilities are decent, offering great value for money.
Convenient location, two minutes walk from the metro red line and a five minute walk from Wenceslas square. There is a fitness room, pool, sauna. Free Wi-Fi in room and throughout the hotel
Located in the city centre and stone throw distance from public transportation, both tram and metro. Conveniently located to all major hop on hop off bus services and minute walk to a stop
The atomospher is nice, located next to IBIS hotel. Amenities can be ordered with QR code, like teethbrush, slippers, tewels and pillows.
Hotel is in a decent position from city and train station, not super close but close enough to walk. Normal reliable Novotel standard. Great they are able to convert a Queen room into a family room with a sofa bed
Generally good but 2 things are not ideal in my opinion. The bedsheets are rough cotton fabric hence trapping heat way too well. Woke up frequently due to heat even though AC is set to below 10 with max fan speed
fantastic and quick service, scrupulously clean room, and even gave us complimentary wine and chocolate for a birthday. very attentive staff from reception, cleaning and room service.
The shower is within the bathtub and no shower curtain is provided. So either use the shower super mindfully or risk having the bathroom floor real wet

Nice and clean room. We really enjoyed saunas, whirlpool and swimming pool. N
Breakfast was excellent, great variety of food & beverages. I just didn't like the location of hotel.
Best wellness spot in Prague. Seven different types of sauna, swimming pool, jaccuzi, guided sauna rituals, lovely wellness bar etc.
There are also many sporting opportunities, conference area and two good restaurant.
There are many cherry trees full of fruits in the small park not far away. There are bars, billiard halls, swimming pools, restaurants, etc. The parking lot is also quite good
IT HAS A LOVELY POOL. And the rooms have a safe in. Big rooms. A great experience.
The room is very clean and hygienic, with complete facilities and a suitable size. The hotel environment is very good. There is a fountain at the door
For transportation, you need to walk a few hundred meters to the main road where there are trams and buses
And the complimentary breakfast was great as well! The hotel is located right outside of town but isn’t a far walk. It’s perfect since it doesn’t get too busy but walk a few minutes and you’re right in the center
Room was very quiet clean
Breakfast was super
Location excellent
I totally recomend this hotel to anyone that wants to stay in beautiful Prague
An easy and pleasant trip to Prague with a lovely hotel.
The bath towels are not really clean and smell. Room cleaning is less than average.
Fantastic hotel, would highly recommend. Staff very comfortable speaking English and extremely helpful and attentive to needs and requests. Location is perfect, just round the corner from the Palladium shopping centre
We had a fantastic three days here, they even placed a bottle of fix and some chocolates for my birthday in my room for when we returned after a long day discovering Prague. I would highly recommend this hotel
I've included some pictures without my family in, but most of these places were extremely easy to reach from the hotel, and the included breakfast was perfect to fill up on before journeying out
Loved this hotel. Walking distance to Old Town Square and Wenceslas Square as well as lots of public transport options. Loved the Art Nouveau decorations and the breakfasts were amazing. Rooms can be small though.
Very modern and clean hotel! Perfect location for exploring the city. Breakfast is very impressive (plenty to choose from)
Only side note is the rooms are too hot!
The staff were exceptional and couldn't do enough for us. Kamila on the front desk was fantastic and knowledgeable of the local area
Excellent location. Helpful staffs. Very beautiful decoration. Spacious room with amazingly long and large balcony’s clothes.
Located in the center of Prague, it is very convenient to go anywhere. The room size is very satisfactory. The bathroom and toilet are separated. The service staff is very kind and the breakfast is rich~
It's within walking distance of Prague Main Station, with tram stops, metro stations, and department stores right nearby. Getting to the airport via Bolt took less than 30 minutes
While the building is old, leading to some minor inconveniences like inefficient heating and limited power outlets, the overall pleasant experience more than makes up for it
It was the perfect hotel, whether for sightseeing or just relaxing. The breakfast was also superb. The only thing I wouldn't recommend is the cocktails at the bar
The hotel was also very clean, and I particularly liked the calm, old European atmosphere. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and was very delicious
Very clean and elegant hotel. Staffs are always helpful . Location is very close to powder tower and old town square. Strongly recommend !

Nice and economically convenient hotel, at 5-minute walk to Husinecká tram station which connects you by 9 line to Vaclav Havel Airport. It has comfortable beds, good restroom, and safety box.
I appreciate their services, it made my trip so complete and fulfilled.
No instant coffee bags, but there was electric cattle, free tee bags (2 fruit, 2 black) and sugar bags. Water taps in the sink and shower are separated, and it takes some time to set required temperature
Good access from the old town. In addition, the staff were friendly and the facilities were well maintained. Good value for money.
It was really great to stay here and easy to commute anywhere in prague. Thank
This hotel's location is its strongest point - its a single tram ride to the Old town or the main train station. It does go down-hill from this point on. The weakest point of this hotel is the staff
The breakfast specially was very very nice, with an assortment of the usual continental items, but with some really nice tuna, smoked salmon and trout
Great Hotel! Location is perfect! แนะนำเข้าพักที่นี่เลยคะ วิวจากห้องพักสวยมาก อาหารเช้าดี บริการดี สำหรับคนไทยมีร้านอาหารไทยใกล้ๆ
the decor of the hotel was beautiful, the room though a bit awkward was very nice, and the bath tub was excellent
Great value for money. Very kind receptionists. The room is nice. Breakfast restaurant is a bit too small but food is very tasty and fresh. The gym is really good, would've been better to open it earlier than 10 am.
The most important thing is that there are Chinese instructions everywhere in the hotel, and there are disposable slippers, which are generally not available in European hotels
Reception 1/5
Bathtub 1/5 moldy
Breakfast 3/5 Basic. It could be better
Room on the fourth floor 1/5 It is so warm
It could have been better.
All staff were very friendly and helpfull. Breakfast is incredible: so much choice from sweet to savory. Location could not be more central. We used the pool and sauna, all very clean
Our room, located in the Executive floor (3rd floor), was very nice, had a ginormous bed and more importantly, fantastic views to the Republic square
Friendly and helpful staffs, breakfast was nice. Good location which is near to Tram station and to powder tower
The room was comfortable, the location excellent, and the hotel service great, with the lounge staff being particularly exceptional. It's within walking distance to attractions and very convenient for shopping.
In the room, the bathroom was really nice, clean and had a nice bathtub (that I used our last night, amazing!)
Would recommend to friends and family, will visit again
The only problem with this hotel are the elevators. They are slow and sometimes only 2 out of the 3 work. Also if you stand nearby the elevator doors the elevator won't move, so that limits the capacity of them
I am at 7th floor and I can see the highway, KFC, Decathlon from my room. The room is really clean, and you can park your car in the underground parking for 10 euro/night. or it was 12 euro?! Can’t remember
Together with my Fiance we stayed two nights with breakfast. The dining space is not large but it's sufficient. You can order waffles to be made just for you. Rooms are clean, and have their own AC
Really cool Hotel, just what I was looking for in my trip to Berlin, a really quiet room, even if the hotel is near the highway, but you can’t hear any noise from the room
Nice, spotless clean, tidy, really pleasant staff, great breakfast buffet. The metro station is really close, which is directly connected to the city centre. Excellent.
Honestly dishes was amazing, i pay 80€ and got 2 room with lunch.
Parking costs 11€!
Also personal speaking in a lot of popular languages.
