There are piles of dirt, some old sunbeds, wooden planks, tubes and trash spread over the garden. Then there are some flags tied to trees(for decoration?), but they only make things worse
Perfect stay, will come again for sure
At winter time it not the best place but if you need just for sleep it's ok. Manager come fast then we call and ask about stay, no problem with arrival time. If you without car better take another location
And of course if you want privacy they place not for you
We only ate breakfast here, but if you are planning to cook, i would suggest that you bring your own pot, because there is only one and it's kind of small. The tram stop is 3 min from the house and tram ride was 25 min
So it wasn't that far from the city centre. The owner was nice and responsive. Cons:
The first thing you see is a garden, that leaves a lasting impression. This impression however, isn't positive
Great beer, delicious food, and great accommodation
They offer nice, clean accommodation in a quiet area of Prague
Good accommodation, quiet, has parking and everything is nearby, including shops, metro and business center, you don't need a car, there is even a pond with ducks in front and a playground for children

Even if I checked-in a bit late some nice lady guided me through the process so everything was ok. Room was on the smaller size, but bed was fine and bathroom clean so no issues there
I could only recommend for solo or on budget travelling
We had a really nice stay in this hotel. Staff was friendly, good breakfast and good prices. 10 minute walk to the metro. Would definitely go there again.
The bed is comfortable, the only downside is that it's a bit far away, but there's good transport service.
Waiters who also manage rooms, barely speak English, so have Google Translator ready ;) Owner and one waitress are the only people speaking English perfectly. Despite all that, it's a good place for this price
The amenities were quite poor (no fridge, no electric kettle) but when I asked for kettle there was no absolutely no problem (I got one directly from the store!) with that, so that was very kind of the owner
Prague, U Sluncové 618/25 (60 min from centre) 🧭 Map
Also Accept the Multisport Card for all the Amenities
The price for hard court/cement is less as it is old and clay court is okayish to play with. They also teach tennis there , and if you want to get classes in English they do help you with
One hard court open /outdoor
And 4 clay courts outdoor are available. Indoor courts are available during winters and multisport card is not accepted during winters
Cosy comfortable relatively large rooms. Walking distance to tram and metro. City centre 3 stops away by metro. Good breakfast selection. Price reasonable.
The fancier part of the hotel was beautiful, spacious, and clean. The less fancy side was not well cleaned. Good location, 7 minute walk from the metro
They allowed us to store suitcase in a locked closet while we left for a weekend trip. Did not use the sports facilities, so cannot comment on them
A good place to stay near to the city centre. Really clean and really good for the price. International breakfast is included, but is better to bring your own food just in case you don't like the options.
Nice place, unfortunately can't say it's quiet because I had a room with windows watching on the street where trams were going :)
Great location, ten minutes walk to nearly everywhere you need. Room was a bit cold but not a big deal. Pretty good breakfast. Carpets could be a bit cleaner. Take your slippers. I can stay again.
The staff was very nice and welcoming, the place is very well located, the room was clean, we had a kitchen and a bath as well. The breakfast is included (not exceptional, but surely enough)
Perfect location, near to the Wenceslas Square. Old but comfortable bed. Room was really big than expected. Breakfast has more than croissants :)
Everything was actually very good and we had a wonderful stay. Obviously it's not a high-end luxury hotel, but it served us really well

The room is clean with only some level of hot water tuning is required everytime but not really a big nuisance, the TV is able to connect to Bluetooth for you to watch your movies through phone and speaker through the TV
The hotel is 5min walk away from the tram station Stepanska, being away from the main circuit of the old town means you will have some level of peace at the night
I like the service of the hotel being the fact the receptionist is very helpful to my request on lending the phone call due to emergency
The pillow is very soft. Daily house keeping only change the towels. No coffee refill and cleaning. Didn’t try their breakfast- no comment.
The only thing we noticed that housekeeping only gave fresh towels and emptied bins. It did not look like they cleaned or made the beds
We brought our small dog no problem but the extra charge was double what we normally pay, Maimaison charge 21 euro a day, which is to much otherwise very nice hotel apartments with 24 our security
Excellent stay, great staff and we loved the hotel bar & restaurant. Great location, we paid for an upgrade and it was amazing. There is a €150 security deposit required so please make sure you are expecting it
Friendly staff, clean & close to all attractions & everything you want to see by foot. Great food & cocktails in their restaurant & bar. We stayed in Suite 308 - was like staying in the tower of a castle
The environment of Tiemen is very good, quiet in a busy city, the price is also very good if you book in advance, the room is very large, and there is a big clock outside. It's a great hotel, and the service is also good
It's in the style of an old-fashioned European hotel. After taking the elevator to the top floor, you still need to walk up the stairs to the attic. It takes more than 20 minutes to walk from the train station
Very romantic 💕
Beware of the spiral staircase, especially after having a few but it also creates a lot of laughs 🤣🤣🤣

Great hotel in the city center. In walking distance to all relevant sights. Please be aware that parking in Prague is expensive and difficult. Leave the car outside of the town, no kidding.
There is a nice fitness room and beautiful jacuzzi spa for couples. This facility has an old world charm and devotion to personalized service that made our stay just perfect
I have to say honestly, this is one of the best places i have stayed in the past years. It's clean, quiet and in one of the nicest areas of Prague. I went there to suprise my girlfriend with her birthday
Our guest room was extremely comfortable, very modern bathroom, comfortable bed, fresh fruit in the room upon arrival and little cookies left each day after housekeeping
The staff was extremely kind and attentive, greeting guests each day at breakfast (which was also lovely) in their own language. They were great about helping us find places to go for dinner, tickets to shows, etc
Excelent, quiet, lot of privacy, nice building, relaxing, cosy
Peaceful location very close to the castle complex, pretty (and immaculately clean) room with excellent water pressure in the shower, tasty breakfast, and extremely attentive employees
It has an excellent location, backing onto Prague Castle and facing Lesser Town. Vitus Cathedral and Charles Bridge are all within walking distance. The hotel is a renovation of an old house, clean and sanitary
The American Consulate is just outside the alley in front of the hotel. There are always police officers and police cars on duty nearby, so it feels relatively safe. The price is a bit high which is a pity
In addition to the buffet, you can also order meals without paying extra. Compared to the noise near the Old Town Square, this place is quiet in the midst of bustle
Theresa helped with directions and was very pleasant through our stay with additional items needed for the room. Room was outstanding and very clean!
The hotel’s location is excellent—within walking distance to many popular attractions and key spots around the city. The property is very well maintained, neat, and exceptionally clean throughout
The staff are courteous, friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel

Wonderful hotel, amazing staff, beautifully decorated room with luxurious amenities.Close to the city centre and only a few minutes walk to the metro station. I highly recommend this place!
The room is nicely designed with a lot of detail minded touches. Good location, near to old town but not crowded witb tourists. Staff are warm, nice and helpful
The only negative comment is that not enough sunlight to my room (no. No view from the windows at all. It would be better specify in the booking site
There's a sister hotel right next door with extra facilities we could use, plus free bicycles available. The receptionists were friendly and helpful, and the hotel is always securely locked, which made it feel very safe
We enjoyed our stay. The hotel is in an excellent location, room is spacious and the bed is very comfortable. Staff are friendly. Would definitely recommend.
Beautiful, clean, friendly hotel which was perfect for our stay. I used this as a base for the Generali Prague Half Marathon 2026. Ideal location away from tourist traps. More authentic foodies and attractions close by
The rooms are stylish and contemporary, yet warm and inviting, with a unique character. The breakfasts are hearty and comforting, a perfect way to start the day
I don't have one single bad thing to say about our whole experience with Selský Dvůr, we started planning our wedding half a year ago with the hotel and everything went very smoothly
The cozy courtyard and antique wooden rocking horses created a nostalgic atmosphere, adding to the hotel’s charm and sense of tranquility. A major advantage is the free parking
so we didn't really have to worry about anything except to enjoy the wedding ☺️ They were also great help with the accomodations of our numerous out of town guests, we had a lot of changes during the whole planning period but in the end it all turned out great as they were very patient with us with confirming the final number of rooms and dates for each one of them
I stayed here with my partner and parents as it is close to my brother's house in Prague. The rooms were clean with really comfy beds, good Aircon, and a nice big shower
If you’re looking for a place with character, a cozy atmosphere, and excellent service, this hotel is a fantastic choice!

If the breakfast is till 10:00 AM that means that you can get food even if you come at 9:50 AM regardless. The waitresses were upset that we came at 9:30 AM and asked for more scrambled eggs since there were none left
Those are some weird rules or the people working there are not happy with their work. A little more kindness would go much further. Otherwise a good choice to stay in Prague and not be in the middle of the city
The ownwer of the hotel Mr Konrad Link is super nice and very service minded. When wr can’t use the restaurant he lets us use the hotel shuttle for transportation to the city do we can eat
Meals on-site were fair, though a bit stodgy, which seems to be typically Czech. Complimentary shuttle service to the nearest metro station meant it's easy to get into Prague city centre
)
Although it's not far from a busy road, which was audible when eating outside, noise doesn't permeate the rooms. Otherwise, a former manor house in a quiet location
Very helpful staff who dealt with Czech baggage handling company on our behalf when my partner's suitcase was left behind in Birmingham airport

A quiet and relaxing place on the outskirts of Prague. Again and again highly recommended and an ideal starting point for couples to explore Prague and the surrounding area.
Great place! The staff were very nice, allowed me to have Kate checkout due to some work I had. Awesome breakfast served in the restaurant (not a buffet). Having a garage parking was very comfortable
Super bungalow apartments, modern, garage for cars with in price, professional and friendly service. Easy access by car, taxi and some places within walking distance.
Very nice and nice apartments. I appreciate the possibility of parking in my own garage. All around, especially complete peace.
The house was wide, modern, clean and cozy
Went there in winter and it had a calm and quiet atmosphere. The apartment had a "kitchenette" but had only a kettle and a microwave. The place was spacious with a garage

We was in roof terrace appartment with 3room,under us was Mark&Spencer. Was very nice apartment, big terrace also. And when u went down to the street u was in the heart of Prague in Vaclavske namestie....was nice
Perfect studio for a romantic escapade in the heart of Prague. Located under the roof of a building on Wenceslas Square. We can access a nice balcony giving us nice view over Prague
We were there in January, and the only comment would be that the heating was a bit too low, especially at night. I think it is related to the central heating, but needs to be mentioned
Centrally located apartments in Wenceslas square. Well furnished and quite. Pity that the framed print of Klimts "The Kiss" was hung on the wall horizontal instead of vertically. Won't hold this against them.

Small fridge, hot drinks facilities and a small safe. Bathroom was a shower only but good sized and easy to use. Plenty of complimentary toiletries. Room was lovely and warm and a comfortable double bed
I was stunned also by the size of the room, everything in the room you need such as Mini bar, tea and coffee making, wifi etc,etc and again room very clean and the bathroom is just as good with bath, shower and everything you need
The hotel is in a great location right near the Charles Bridge in the lesser town. Its entrance is a small door with a door card access. There is a buzzer for reception for when you arrive
Extremely warm greeting and even though we had arrived early our room was ready and we were allowed to check in and unpack. We were in room 4 on the first floor. Nice sized room with plenty of storage
Fantastic place to base your city break in Prague. Located near the west end of the Charles bridge, it allows easy access to the castle , cathedral and the old town
The receptionists spoke perfect English and organised a taxi for our return to the airport (when she discovered we were leaving before breakfast, she organised a packed lunch for us to eat on the go - very thought) The daily breakfast was a standard continental affair with the usual eggs, sausage, cereals, fruits, yoghurts, breads and spreads

The teenager accompanying us really liked her separate space on the mezzanine. Delicious breakfasts! As someone already mentioned, the road to the hotel was uphill
Okay for taxis, but parking can be difficult and public transportation is a little walk to either the trams, buses or metro
Regal rooms with great staff. Centrally located right below the prague castle, but it's up a big hill so be prepared!
Second time I have stayed here. Excellent location close to everything. Comfortable beds, excellent breakfast and affordable. Lina at the front desk is very helpful with any questions or concerns you may have
In the small bedroom no side table to put my glasses and phone. I shifted a chair next to the bed to put my glasses and phone next to me as use as a bed table. Service Front desk , friendly , helpful
The choices at breakfast were very good and very fresh, with new items coming out all the time. There was no delay on tables being cleared when people left, so everything was clean and tidy
Clean and spacious Very warm Great location for the sights
Nice apartment in the center of the city.
The registration process by an “app” is not friendly and if you add that when you travel you struggle with internet connectivity make it worse
During the stay there were several electronic problems and the electronic lock was not working, so we have issues during the stay
The hotel's key pick-up location is remote. It takes 20 minutes to walk with luggage and 40 minutes to go back and forth. The hotel is located in the most popular central area. Self-driving travel is not recommended

Housekeeping visited daily, providing fresh towels, replenishing coffee and tea supplies, and making the beds. The reception team, especially Romana and Alice, were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and enthusiastic
Staff was wonderful, location was unbeatable - on a quiet side street in the middle of bustling Old Town Prague. The building and room furnishings were charming, and the bathroom was huge, modern and luxurious.
The room was spacious, spotless, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. There was also a fully stocked fridge offering wine, beer, soft drinks, and snacks, which was a very convenient addition
What a quaint, perfectly located hotel. We really enjoyed our stay here. It was so charming! The room was perfectly sized. The mini fridge, although unused, was a great addition
The reception desk next store was so welcoming! The safety features of the hotel were great. We appreciated the offer for hotel transport and the driver from the train station was great
Be prepared to carry up your luggage to the top floor! It was fine, we didn't mind considering the awesome location and great hotel!!! We would definately recommend this hotel!!
Also, the building is located on a pedestrian street, so arriving and leaving by car wasn’t very easy, and parking is a bit far from the property. That said, the place is totally worth it for its location and comfort
Our family of four (with two kids) had a wonderful stay here!
The apartment was very spacious, clean, and comfortable — perfect for families
The location is excellent, just a short walk from the main attractions in the center of Prague, which made exploring the city super easy
The only downside was that our unit was on the 4th floor with no elevator, so carrying luggage up and down was a bit of a workout
Nice staffs, kind service(taxi calling service for train station) and perfect location which was just 3 minutes from the Charles bridge. I will definitely choose 3 Epoques again if I have another chance to visit prague
It had everything we needed for a lovely stay and close to everything we wanted to see
There was a little bit of noise from the bars outside on the first night but then we didn't hear anything!
We were given a voucher for breakfast at a cafe (Bond cafe) and it was okay not traditional enough for us so we organised our own breakfast after that!
Highly recommend Marchant's Yard Residence!!
Our Host was there upon arrival. He was Very informative and advised us regarding eateries. Breakfast was included at a Cafe around the corner. Air cond worked very well as it was 33 c when we stayed
Room was very large, and it also blocked any noise from the courtyard below. Bathroom was fantastic and shower amazing. It was very close to everything and our host was very helpful and spoke English very well
Stunning interior of the hotel is practically not inferior to the restaurant, where Breakfast, to city centre 0 metres, because this is the center ! Warm and cozy hotel, tasty and beautiful restaurant.
Pavel was amazing organising our transfer after a late flight, he was there to greet us. Spoke perfect English and was very helpful
Amazing, mid-Old Town located lodging. So many things to see and do right outside your door. The service is impeccable and the people friendly
