I reported a guest stalking us and being rude to my 2 daughters and myself. I text the concierge, talked to the front desk and they did not even respond or talk to me. When we left we were told they provided transportation, we had to pay the driver because he said that was not something the resort does. I felt very mislead and upset by the management. Rested for 2 weeks in November. The location of the hotel is good, a beautiful large beach. Several other hotels of the same chain are nearby. Hotel Riu Naiboa is quite old and needs updating. We had a great time, the staff was very helpful in making our stay aweome. Everyone from Juan at check in making sure everyone went smooth and stress free to Jancey taking checking in to make sure we had everything we needed on a daily basis and Hugo at the pool bar keeping my drinks full. Outstanding hotel located on the beach with fantastic service. Rooms were exceptionally comfortable and clean. Staff was accommodating, friendly and attentive. Several restaurants and bars on location so there was no need to leave the property. Pool, property and beach were all well maintained. Overall an extremely positive experience. Highly recommend.

Great place to relax. Too many kids at the bar area on this trip making it hard to socialize, but it must’ve been an event.

Very friendly staff highlight the experience. The on property restaurants are expensive. My only complaint there is no on property store to purchase sundries and nothing within walking distance , only a tiny souvenir shop.
